Im making a mistake like:
Skype installation failed; Code of 1632
The temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free space on the disk, or else make sure you have persimission of Scripture on the Temp folder.
I tried to use different POS and also I tried to install the .msi version but I get page not found error.please help me. I use windows 8.

Recently, one of my drives hard due is age, it was my drive "temp files" (which was not my main hard drive), after you remove the diskette and restart the Skype system did not work and there icon disappeared, since my main hard drive is small enough space (64 GB SSD) I do not bother to change the folder for temporary files and simply collapsed using the computer until I could get a new drive.
Two days ago I had a new hard drive (2 TB, I've implemented 2 divides each 1 to and 'K' and 'L' system volume) I put the folder for temporary files on 'K:\tmp' and 'K:\temp', I'm sure that these folders work like temp files folders, other programs can write and read without any problem.
And the drive pretty much free space:
Anyway when trying to install Skype I get the error message 1632:

Free space on the drive or verify that you have permission write to the Temp folder.
I am sure that the drive/folder is accessible and is almost empty!
I thought maybe it was because of the old installation is corrupted, so I tried unistalling it first, but I got exactly the same error when you try to uninstall! Then I proceeded to uninstall manually (remove the files manually, temporary files Skype roaming/program files/etc and deleted each registry entry associated with Skype manually), after this new attempt but still the same.
-J' tried with the "SkypeSetup.exe", "SkypeSetupFull.exe", they both give me the same error 1632.
-J' I tried it with the "SkypeSetup.msi", it gives me Error 2755. http://2.1M.YT/ubP0z2.PNG
-J' googled tried many, everything what I found on the internet, but I still get the same.
-L'exe 'extract and replace' the installer msi is not an option since I did not all the files associated with Skype.
-J' tried to change the temporary files in "C:" folder and install but still the same.
Some useful information:
-Windows 7 (x 64)
-Hard drive: SSD 64 GB in total, 5 ~ GB of free space, system volume "C:".
-The hard drive temp file: 931 GB, 916 GB of free space, System total volume "K:" (new, total space 2 TB / two partitions)
Please help me I don't know what to do anymore!
Create a new folder on the partition of K.
Download Skype.exe and SkypeResources.dll of the OneDrive site files and place these files in the new folder.

If you intend to communicate with users on Skype for business, then you must also the gtr 4... files.
Create a desktop shortcut pointing to Skype.exe and tent now start Skype using this shortcut.

Follow these methods.
Method 1: Follow these steps:
1. go to the Skype website (see resources links to download Skype for Windows, Mac and Linux) and download the executable SkypeSetup.exe.
(The software is installed under the Program Files folder in a directory called Skype, which is automatically created. A Skype installer icon is automatically created on your desktop).
2. click on the Skype Setup icon located on your desktop. A Skype Setup Wizard will appear. You will get a warning window asking if you want to run or save this file: SkypeSetup.exe. Click on 'run '.
Note: Another confirmation message may appear, asking if you are sure you want to run this software. Click again on 'run '.
3 follow the instructions on the Skype Setup Wizard to complete the installation of the Skype software. At the end of the installation, you will be asked to create a Skype account.
4. a Skype window will appear, and if you've never used Skype before, you can create a Skype account. You will see a link on the window stating the following: "don't have a Skype name?
Click on this link and it opens another window "Skype - create a new account", where you type your display name, and then type a Skype name and a Skype password and repeat password in the respective fields on this window.

Trying to install Flash Media Encoder on Osx 10.11.2 (i7 El Capitan) 16g ram

I use Skype every day to talk to my friends and he says I need to update some time ago but it does not, but I thought it wouldn't matter and I could still use the old version but now it says I should use the most recent version, but it won't let me download it. I go through the thing of launcher update until where it says "Please wait while Skype is installed. This may take a few minutes"and then a little box pops up saying"Installing Skype failed; code 1603. a fatal error during installation occurered. "I click 'ok' and it closes, so now I can't use Skype so that I can't talk to my friends! Help, please
You should not extract these files directly in the installation of Skype folder, but first extract them to any folder on your computer (a folder where you have unlimitted access), and then move the extracted files to the installation of Skype folder.
That's how I'm always "update" my installations of Skype.

Vista SP2 Installation fails (error 800706BE Code) via Windows Update
I am running Windows Vista Business (32-bit) SP1 and I noticed that Vista SP2 is available for download by manually checking in Windows Update last night. After having seen that it is a large download (more), I started the download, left my PC and left the House. When I got home, my screensaver was away and when I attamped my password to disable the screen saver and see where I was in the process of updating, my password did not work. Then I did a hard reboot but then could not connect under my admin user account. I've then logged in as my wife (standard user - no password) and went to Windows Update where I noticed that the SP2 for Vista Installation fails (error 800706BE Code). I spent most of last night and all today so far tried to solve this problem. There are several problems here... When I click on "Install" in Windows Update, I get a message of "is not necessary: 1 update" (even when I look in the installed updates it says that the update failed). If it is not necessary, then why is it listed as an important update that must be installed? Endless loop... In addition, I'm not a password reset for my connection because I have a password saved on a flash drive. Then I tried using all the older passwords that I remembered and none worked. Shift caps lock was not on either. I've logged in as my wife, went to the Microsoft Download page and eventually find the link to download the standalone version of SP2 Vsita, but after downloading the massive file, I didn't have the right to install it because I can not connect as an adminstator!

Thank you very much for your suggestions! Your suggestion of restarting, press F8 and choose "repair your computer" worked. I was able to do a system restore and I chose a date where my old password was still in use (I had just been invited to change a few days before I tried to download Vista SP2). In addition to losing my cookies and automatically complete IE8 - everything is back to normal. I have not yet tried a 2nd try to SP2, and I'm very hesitant to do it now!

I started in Ubuntu and deleted the existing cdrom.sys, cdrom.inf etc. files (as in Windows, they were protected and I couldn't delete them), then I copied the files from another installation of Vista I had on another hard drive. After having done that, I updated the drivers in device, disabled/enabled readers and readers management that presented themselves.
