Now my question is IF I set up on my cell phone number call forwarding (who is T-mobile, it's my cell phone provider) I pay for minutes with Tmobile and having to pay the cost of returning with Tmobile or will be covered by my Skype subscription call?

  I contacted Skype a few months there this topic, they said that if you have a subscription if it is covered by your subscription (for example, calls to the US & Canada unlimited) and make a call on Skype, it will be covered.

  You can contact Skype Customer Service and explain that you want to have a discount for the number.
  How it can be done at all? They will issue a refund for your number, then number is of course removed from your account (but you reserved for 90 days) and then you go through the flow of payment again.

I understand that if I buy a Skype phone number I can redirect calls to anywhere where I am in the world. (I do a lot with many different travel of the SIM for my phone to get the best rates in the countries I visit). My questions are: how much will redirect calls cost me? If I configured correctly will Skype be the ring to redirect calls on my phone or I just a message?
