  The product key of Windows 8 (I guess it was the operating system that came with your laptop) is integrated into the chip of your system BIOS. Even if the hard drive is replaced, the product key remains intact in the motherboard BIOS chip.

  So, when you put the new hard drive & try to recover the Windows 8 operating system in your new drive, the OS will automatically activate of the product key in the BIOS chip. You don't have to do it manually.

  But, in case you got a message to activate Windows 8, you will need to contact HP or Microsoft technical support in your region.

  This problem can also occur if the Windows activation file is corrupted. I suggest you phone activation.

  1. press Windows + X key then click Run, and then type: slui.exe 4
  2. then press the ENTER"" key.
  3. Select your "country" in the list.
  4. choose the option "activate phone":

  5. stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

  NOTE:  if your system came with Windows preinstalled 8 then you need to install Windows 8 of disc/partition recovery and then upgrade to Windows 8.1.

  I have some difficulty to get my EDD to format correctly based on the XML attributes. Basically, what I would like is:

  For items with the multi = 'true' attribute, I want to be prefixed by a ball and with a left indent of 0.14"in order to align the text with the ball.

  After importing my XML, the prefix part works perfectly. No problem.

  However, the left based on the context does not work at all - all items inherit only the removal of paragraph (0.0 "). So it ends up looking like this:

  Please do not take into account the incomplete answer, it seems to me having posted. What I started to say is:

  Format of the item rules override formatting that it inherits from its parent, as well as modalities parentElement must not interfere with those that you specify for prim.

  I don't see the problem, and without actually opening the file in FM, it is difficult for me to guess what might be wrong.  A number of things that I do are:

  (1) set another property in the rule, for example, to set the font size to 70pt and changes the left indent. A change in font size will confirm that the rule was actually fired.

  (2) inspect the left indent in paragraph Designer. Maybe you have set it to 0.14pt instead of 0.14 to?

  Hi all

  I know that CMD-SHIFT-V works perfectly to keep the text styles you paste IN when you copy another block of text that contains different styles, but how do I do the same thing with a TABLE?

  I have paintings from an InDesign document with a set of styles/table cell styles, etc and am copying into another InDesign document where I have tables that have table styles different styles/cell, etc. The only way I can successfully get the information in one table to another is to copy the information from the old table with the old styles and then paste it into an excel worksheet, and then copy the excel worksheet and paste into new tables in the new InDesign document.

  Now, wouldn't that be so bad if I didn't have SO MANY hundreds and hundreds of paintings I was working with! I am currently working on a big catalogue and this workflow is slowing down a lot:)

  Please note that I have deleted all styles (by removing all styles) tables I am pasting FROM, but chose to keep the formatting.

  Once more, I bet that I I will kick myself when I see how the answer is easy!

  Try converting your old text table (column separator: tab; line separator: paragraph). Copy, select the style of lines and columns you want to paste the text in and paste without formatting in your new table. It may not work if your table is very complicated, but it worked for me on a test very simple.

  I'm sure miss him just something really simple here, but I have a great range available exported with success and all PSCS3 extended. My question is whether or not there are a few settings in output dialog boxes to save for Web which focus all simply complete available. The layout is built (in PS) with AP div tags, and I'm pretty new with CSS I do not know how to center easily. If I remove the absolute positioning of the parent div and set the margins to auto, it focuses only box... all contents remain in their absolute positions. So, without having to manually re-code each CSS selector to reposition my layout front and Center, how can I change the whole thing?

  Now, I see that you've been through a lot of work to install the SSD according to the manual, so you're not afraid of taking things apart as I am.

  If you want to keep running W10 and you can't get the Atheros card to work, I recommend that you replace the ugly single band, no bluetooth wireless card with a nice 7260 Intel dual band N Wireless with bluetooth card.  If you have a router AC, you can get the map of AC 7260.

  Make sure that there are two antennas currently connected to the Atheros card.  You need two antennas for this model of the wlan card.

  It will work with W10, and there are drivers on the Intel Web site.

  Quick question here. I am a music producer and you can always use a ton of extra space as some of my projects are 17 to 20 GB in size. My HP e9290f comes with a stock of 1 TB Seagate (I think) internal hard drive. I intend to add this DeckStar HGST hard 4 TB (7200 RPM)

  However, I am not sure, if this drive is compatible with my computer. I talked about the upgrade & maintenance manual but inside, he tells me only how to replace the current internal hard drive. The addition of this amount of space external hard drive is not an option since all my ports are used by external hard drive!   I have not tested a HDD 4 TB on the motherboard of truckee. In theory, it should work as a data reader set shaped like a GPT disk.

  Another option if you don't want to take the risk is to install two hard drives of 2 TB. The one in the location empty in the cage from the hard drive and another in the optical drive Bay (if open) second.  You will need one 3.5 "to 5.25" adapter if you use the optical Bay.
