• Update November 2015 problem

  Hi all

  Update November 2015 sends my HP 640-1100 PC Windows 7 HP Touch, SP1 in some loop after reboot, it gets to the point where a password box enter would appear I see screen seems way outside this missing element, but something clearly does not load properly as he disappears then reappears with circle continues to try to load something which resulted in a flashing screen and continuous running permanent.

  Gets system recovery come to me before update and I tried twice and flaw is certainly in somwhere there but no idea what update is originally broadcast, I get no error message.

  a. you have any Windows 7 installation media?

  b. What is the update's KB number?

  [To see which articles updates failed, try the following steps:]
  a. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then in the list of results, click Windows Update.
  [ b. in the left pane, click view update history.]

  If the update number is KB3097877, then reinstall the update KB should solve the problem. However, as you can not reach your office, I would first run auto repair with installation media and see if it helps you repair system files or not. For the execution of the task, I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps.

  Method 1

  When you use the recovery environment (Windows RE) to troubleshoot startup issues, first try the Startup Repair option in the System Recovery Options dialog box. If this does not resolve the problem, or if you have additional problems manually, use the Bootrec.exe tool.

  Because you cannot start the computer, you may need to create a bootable Windows installation media, and then do an auto repair, and if this does not help then you try to restore your computer to the previous date.

  Note: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  If you are using Windows 7 then the link provided below might help you to download and create installation media.

  Method 2

  If the problem persists, try to rebuild the BCD by using the Bootrec.exe tool. To run the Bootrec.exe tool, you must start Windows recovery environment (Windows RE) . To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Place the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
  2. Press a key when you are prompted. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
  3. Click repair your computer.
  4. Click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
  5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt.
  6. Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.

  If you are able to reach the office, and then try to Uninstall then reinstall the KB3097877 update and check if it helps resolve the issue permanently.

  I'm not able to start my autocad after installation. When I run the application, its shows error code 0 x 0000142 and the program does not start. HT also checked autodesk site for this problem and someone recommendation, I have also uninstall Adobe reader 9.0 to avoid this problem, but it's not working. Update my windows and MSE for this problem and re install Auto cad but ever-present problem. When I checked on net some site advised me to install registry cleaner and other software, but I have no confidence on them. So please help to solve this problem.

• RoboHelp 2015: Problem conversion of numbered paragraphs

  Dear readers,

  For a project I need Robohelp 2015 to convert a text Word 2010 numbered section headers (1. Title 1, 1.1. Title2, etc.). I would like to as Robohelp to generate topics separated for each of these headers. Not numbered headers (default value of Word) it works very well, for numbered headings I get a single subject with headers converted to Favorites. Anyone knows how to generate topics separated for each heading numbered by Robohelp?

  Thanks a lot for your answer. You're right, I had checked Pagination, I forgot to mention that in my original post.

  Numbered headers are required for the project, unfortunately. After many tests I found what caused the document do not split into several pages on the numbered headers. In the Conversion Settings window, other parameters section, I had 'List Convert Word' also checked. This causes the headers interpreted as list items and not as headers, where they were not converted into several pages. Once I unchecked, everything worked fine. Currently I do not see why they have been converted to Favorites, but at least my problem seems to be resolved.

• ID CC 2015 problem: Impossible to move objects

  I have recently updated CC to 2015 on my Macbook air and have a class project, I try to start but I have a problem with objects in a file. I am able to resize them, but NOT move them to a new location in the file with or without a frame.

  Initially, I guess with a lengthy absence from the application method to treat objects must be refreshed in my memory so I searched and found that this was not the case.

  I then tried to restart the application and open the same object in a different file, but the problem persists.

• Installation of DPS 2015 problem

  Hello world

  I recently signed up for a free trial of DPS 2015 and I'm trying to traverse the how to videos. I'm at the stage where I need to install Packager HTML Article. I downloaded the installation files and when I double-clicked for the installation, the icon appears to bounce in my dock like any program of loading (see photo 1) and then I get this fast (see photo 2) I click on open, but then the twist disappears icon and nothing happens. I dragged the program directly in my applications folder and tried loading from there, but you have the same problem. I can't think otherwise to install it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  Great that you are using the HTML package manager tool!

  This will transform your html files in a f .articleormat you need in order to download content DPS 2015.

  You will need to do is just drag-and - drop and html file in Packager of HTML and that's it!  is - this simple.

  Thus, there are no problems.

• Windows 10 battery meter Toolbar - Update December 2015 problem

  Hello

  So, I finally got the toolbar of DuraShock battery installed on my machine E431 Windows 10 in October 2015.

  However, I made the mistake of upgrading to the new version that came out December 1, 2015, and now the toolbar has dissappeared as an option to select in the taskbar.

  In addition, I don't see anyway to uninstall the update (and I don't know where it has been installed).

  I tried to reinstall the previous version and the new version, but it does not take the system update Lenovo and Lenovo Solution Center tried to update software and claims that it ends very well, but it still gives me the option to install the update again.

  Information on where the toolbar installed (if I can remove the installation) or suggestions would be appreciated.

• X 1 carbon connection WIFI 2015 problem

  just got my x 1 carbon and got the bells and whistles...

  I7, touchscreen, 8GB, 256GB SSD, intel AC, etc anyway, have a problem connecting to my home wifi. immediately, the initial configuration of windows 8.1, it wouldn't connect to the my wifi at home. Ive got a uverse wireless gateway which I think is always a G network device.

  but ive got tons of devices connected wirelessly at home. Basically, the intel AC 7265 tries to connect and it times out after about a minute.

  Ive tried upgrading the bios, update drivers intel, made a few changed to advanced properties after having considered the matter on the virtual assistant of lenovo, but no luck.

  been reading on the internet that the 7265 seems to be flaky and inconsistent for some people. I was wondering if anyone else out there there was a problem.

  the x 1 works fine at my job where we got a few aironets of cisco that are N Wireless I think.

  I was able to connect to my netgear comments AP neighbors this morning.

  IM also unable to connect to my iphone as a hot spot.

  so it looks like this wifi adapter is hit or miss.

  I ended up going on the support forums intel and read tips

  I went in the driver properties Advanced and replaced by wireless g only mode, and then it is connected.

  I then returned and handed over to the a/b/g degault and now it connects well... strange

• Auto restart after successful problem!

  I recently upgrade a computer and after having had an installation of Home Prem 64 - bit windows successfully, the computer automatically reboots after his stop. I've updated to the latest version of the BIOS of the motherboard, disabled the settings suggested in the BIOS, change power options settings suggested in the OS power options and the OS registry w/no chance. Also, I checked MoBo front header connections (PERFECT)... and the continuity of power switch (PERFECT) still no luck. ! This problem is product w/two different MoBo, two different, windows 7 and 10 64-bit power. I have scoured the internet for this problem and tried all of its suggested solutions and still no workie correctly! Help!

  Problem solved, say-functional PCIe USB expansion card! Card removed and everything is fine! Thank you all!

  My xps 13 (9343) backlight button is not turn on the backlight. When I press the Windows key + X and implement Mobility Center there is no backlight option. Any help would be appreciated.

• Lightroom 2015 problem

  I am currently working with LightRoom 5.7. I upgraded to LR 2015cc and also had to move all of my photos on a larger drive that I have more than 43000 pictures about 4000 have been published.

  1. In LR 5.7, I dragged the files from my old drive to the new drive.
  2. I moved the LR 5.7 catalog on my new drive.
  3. I clicked on the catalog to the new drive, which opened LR 2015. A pop-up then said he had to convert my photos in 2015 of LR.
  4. I can see all the folders and files on my new drive but the photos in the photo library are all white with an exclamation mark above them.
  5. I have 43 000 photos on the new disc, with more than 40 records and hundreds of subfolders. I don't individually link files and folders so that LR 2015 can find folders and files. What I am doing wrong? How do I do so that if I transfer 5.7 LR from my old drive at LR 2015 on the new drive, I'll be able to see all my photos in the section of the library on the new drive

  Please help because I'm desperate. I don't want to lose my edited phots I recorded in my fast collection and are spread among the 43000 photos
