You can take a screenshot of your desktop by using print screen of most of the keyboards; There are a number of tools out there (Greenshot, etc) that will allow you to take screenshots of specific regions of the screen.

Note that pressing ALT + print screen will take a screenshot of the active window, so you don't need to make as many culture if the Simulator has the focus.

EDIT: On the Simulator, you shouldn't need additional permissions to access the GPS. However for live devices, you need to include as appropriate <> ermit > fields.

  • Slow Application launch time

    I have a 13 inch MacBook (mid-2012) bought in 2014. 2.5 Intel Core i5 to GHz, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Operating system: OS X El Capitan 10.11.2

I have known launch of the application slow times, ranging from 15 seconds to launch iWork applications, 20 seconds to launch Chrome and iTunes and up to 50 seconds to launch Microsoft Office applications (2013). Once the applications are running for a few minutes, they work quickly and without problem.

I tried a few options of troubleshooting for general slowness of mac, but they have not improved launch time:

    • Updated all the software
    • Moved old documents to an external hard drive and erased from the laptop
    • Started in mode 'safe' and attempts to launch slow applications
    • Run 'First aid' disk utility
    • Cleared the cache of bookstores
    • Removed the unnecessary plugins of Chrome & Safari.

This could be the cause of slow launch times and how can I solve this problem?

Could be an application such as an antivirus by using memory resources program in the background. You can open the activity monitory and see if something is using too much memory.  Or download and run EtreCheck and post here.   http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck

  • "JNDI name is already in use" error when deploying ADF Application after the deployment of Interface of AM Service

    Hello

    12.1.3 JDeveloper / WLS 12.1.3 / Windows 7 64-bit OS.

I am facing the problem that is mentioned in the following post.

    https://community.Oracle.com/thread/2284290

I created a simple ADF page with the data to display in the Employees table. The page works fine.

I added a custom method to the AM and a profile of "Business Service Interface components" deployment of the AOS.

When I'm trying to deploy the stand-alone WLS Service, it gives the error below.

If I deploy only the AM Service interface, the web service deployment is going very well.

If I cancel the deployment of the AM Service and deploy ADF EAR, then it also works very well.

But if I deploy the AM Service and then try to deploy the EAR, then it gives the error below.

And vice versa, if I deploy EAR application, and then deploy the AM service, it gives the error below.

It was working fine until 11.1.1.7.

I have done this repeatedly for a long time and wasn't any problem in 11.1.1.7 deployments.

If something has changed in 12.1.3?

Even if the AM Service is existing, it is deployed in the same application, it should be able to just crush?

Here are the results with different versions

11.1.1.7 - domain of the ADF - Standalone Server - works fine

11.1.1.7 - SOA - Standalone Server - domain works very well

    12.1.3 - error field - integrated WLS - ADF

    12.1.3 - error field - independent server - SOA

(The foregoing analysis is based on a simple project ADF as a point of Contact for that matter).

    Real-world scenario

    --------------------

We need this because ours is a BPM Application and the Composite depends on the AM Service, so the AM service must first deployed in the field of the SOA.

Then, we make the process as well as the ADF UI for task forms. ADF project depends also on the model project

We get the error during the deployment of the BPM project and the ADF UI project below.

    Error

    -----

Unable to deploy EJB: ModelEJB.jar model.common.HRAMServiceBean:

[EJB:011055] The EJB deployment error ' model.common.HRAMServiceBean (Application: employees, EJBComponent: ModelEJB.jar) ", the JNDI name" HRAMServiceBean #model.common.serviceinterface.HRAMService "is already in use." You must assign another name JNDI in weblogic-ejb-jar deployment descriptor. XML or annotation corresponding to this EJB before it can be deployed.

[12: 02:07] caused by: java.lang.Throwable: substituted for the missing class [EJB - 11055] the EJB deployment error ' model.common.HRAMServiceBean (Application: employees, EJBComponent: ModelEJB.jar)', the JNDI name "HRAMServiceBean #model.common.serviceinterface.HRAMService" is already in use. You must assign another name JNDI in weblogic-ejb-jar deployment descriptor. XML or annotation corresponding to this EJB before it can be deployed.

    Thanks for any help

    Sameer

Found a workaround for this problem.

I don't have to do this in 11.1.1.7 well!

You don't know if it's the right solution or not!

If anyone of you knows a better solution, please share.

I did the 2 following things.

    a. classes of the AM Service Interface of removed files from deployment profile filters

    ViewController project-> properties-> deployment profile--> filegroups--> WEB - INF / classes-> filters

    : Uncheck * Service *. * files (4 - Service.class, Service.wsdl, Service.xsd, ServiceImpl.class)

    b. deleted the deployment profile of library jar ADF for the model project

    Model project-> properties-> deployment

: Remove the deployment of ADF library jar files profile

And now I am able to deploy time interface AM Service and application.

It works for me because I won't need to deploy the AM Service interface again while deploying the process / code of the ADF.

Since I will deploy the Service Interface of first Business components separately.

    Thanks and greetings

  • Application of ADF deploys successfully but run displays "Loading" constantly

    Hello

I have a simple form ADF, which deploys successfully on the integrated server (10.3.5) and also runs correctly using the < Home > URL: port / < contextroot > /faces/ < formname > .jsp
Same application compiles and deploys successfully (no error) on the stand alone wls 10.3.6 with ADF performance (11.1.1.6), but when I run the jsp in the browser in the same form displays "Loading" constantly.
Both deployments have been made to the adminserver

    Would appreciate any pointers

Check that your application module uses JDBC data instead of the connection URL source

Click with the right button to click for the app module configuration > localAppModule (don't remember exactly) but you will see here

to use JDBC, data source to ensure it is created in the WLS console as well as the Services > sources of data tab and use the same JNDI name

  • Application simulation - indicators of progress

    Hello

I am creating an application simulation in Captivate 5, very similar to the one shown here:

    http://TV.Adobe.com/watch/from-our-evangelist-/application-simulation/

I have the basic completed by the three main parties shell (show me, try it, test me) and 5 slides in each section. I now move on to create progress bars, however, I am struggling to see how this is achieved.

I have created an indicator of progress of base for a whole group of slides that shows progress in 10% increments. This was accomplished by using a tip Action (see screen below cap) with an entry on: run the script on each slide and a set of 11 distinct graphics that represent increments of 10% from 0% and ending with 100%. Although it is somewhat functional, she does not really follow progress and shows that a true representation of how the user is.

    Actions.jpg

Any help on how to get this or something similar in fact follow a progression of users with real data would be amazing.

    Thank you!

    Hello again,

It can be done with advanced actions. In this example for each indicator of progress, I saw only 3 images; either you set one visible whether it is stacked at the bottom of the 3 images and the other two images visible:

    1. that is quite clear, when the user has not started the module
    2. one who has a half 'fill' when the user started but did not complete the module
    3. one who is completely filled when the user has finished the module.

If you want to be able to go back to the first slide, you need to variable user for each module can have 3 possible values (0,1,2). to explain I will use an example to try this module:

    • create the variable user v_tryit
    • entering the first slide, set its value to 0 as a reset; This can be done with a standard tip for variables action 3 user
    • entering the first slide in the module Tryit, v_tryit expected the value 1; But beware: If you want to give the user an opportunity to examine this module, even when they have already completed, you would better a conditional action instead of a simple tip action: test if v_tryit is already set to 2 (progress bar shows full), in this case simply continue, otherwise set it to 1
    • on the last slide of the first module v_tryit must be set to 2. If you are sure that the slide will be considered until the last image, you can trigger it by the event leaving; If you have interactive objects (buttons...) who jumps directly to the next slide, it will be preferable to the event to enter. After all they did until the last slide, and you're never sure that they look totally

The (re-) entering the slide from the Menu where the progress indicator is seated, you will need a conditional action advanced with several decisions (2 for each progress indicator) to show/hide the appropriate image. If you hid the clear picture so you will need 9 decisions but I do not recommend that make you this visible one and stack under the other two images.

    Is this useful?

  • Slow application

    Hello

I have the problem with one of my request. When I access requests, his talk to a lot of time to react.
How can I solve this problem and this is the issue of the production. What should I do first to bad response is

Can you tell me the audit resources please

    Thank you
    Deep

There is very less information to suggest where to start from. There could be reasons for the application to be slow: -.
    1. not enough Heap size... GC pauses longer and causing slow application.
-Active GC for further investigation. (Not so easy to do in production systems)
-You can monitor the use of the bunch of the administration console.

    2 resource conflicts.
-Take thread dumps while you see the slowness of the application. There might be some contention son resources / blocked causing the slowness.
-In production systems give a break of at least 10 seconds or more between the thread dumps because it can cause high CPU usage. Collect at least 5 such thread
    landfills.

    3. check the newspaper for all the reported errors that might give you the clue.

4 and other reasons... (Issues of database / network issues etc.)
I suggest you to contact support because it is the issue of the production.

  • How to bring back the settings page in list of applications in the Simulator BB10

    Hi all

I'm working on BB10 and I went on the mode of development, but when I wanted to return to the list of the application of the settings screen there appear to be no optiion to navigate back, any help.

    Thank you all

I'll assume that you want to hide the settings and return to the list of request regulat.

You go with your mouse to the bottom edge of the Simulator upward (as you would with a device BB10). Or you can drag upward and to the right, then you will stay in the HUB, you can then drag to the left to see the running application (in your case, you should see the settings).

If the Simulator is locked (some time has passed since you have been active on this issue), you will need to drag updwards until it unlocks the device and you is no longer the clock, then you can remove the mouse and the device will be unlocked.

If this isn't what you're talking about, then can you please provide more information.

  • problems with my application Simulator in Builder 4.6

    Hello

I just all of a sudden on a problem that I can't seem to understand.  I can build a Release version of my application without problem, but try to do some tests on the Simulator annoys me instant app closes with 8 error on the Simulator and this message in flash builder:

    Info: Action: launch
    Info: Launch of com.babware.CribbageCompanion.debug.testDev_anion_debugcffb4b91...

In most of my research, it has had problems with Debug chips, but I have regenerated and made sure they are all valid on my device and in Flash Builder.  Any other ideas?

problem was the Simulator. Tried to hang my PB appear as a target and everything works fine. * shrug *.

  • Application after the deployment of the OTA does not

Hello! I managed to deploy my application by using OTA and it is loaded successfully, but when I try to run it, it only opens and shows no message.

What happens in the Pearl 8100 Simulator and not in the Storm 9530 Simulator.

I'm a bit lost where I should be looking error messages or newspaper. Any advice?

    RexDoug wrote:

What level JDE you used to compile the code?

If you have compiled on the 9530 4.7 and attempt to run the program on the 8100, it will fail.

If you run the Simulator 8100 under the debugger, you must get a break on any exception, then inspect the call stack to determine the breaking point.

Thank you! I had never tried to debug a simulator course. It was a problem of path of resources. Fortunately, your suggestion got me in the rail: somehow during the Eclipse compilation, I didn't have this problem, but when I went to the JDE, in order to compile it to 4.2.0 it became a problem.

  • 10 blackberry applications can be deployed in windows phone 8?

    Hi all

I'm developing an application of cascades for blackberry 10 and I wonder what it can deploy in windows phone 8 due to all both are using C++?

    Thank you.

No.... It is not the language that counts. What is important is the SDK, the API set available to the developer to call in the OS and libraries to get tasks done. Windows Phone 8 and BB10 don't actually have nothing in common in these regions, so BB10 apps absolutely cannot be deployed Windows Phone 8, in general.

That said, sometimes we can use a restricted subset closely available APIs and build an application that can be re-targeted pretty easily. Using WebWorks (HTML5 stuff) can recover you a part of the way that he, and third-party frameworks that you can probably get most of the way there. I'm not familiar with the names and details, so I'll leave any other comments in this regard.

In a very simple sense, however, you can deploy ever * exactly * the same application because the packaging is different. BB10 apps are packaged as files '.bar', with a certain set of content, while Windows applications are something else... It of like how a ".exe" file will work very well on DOS/Windows, but cannot be used on a Linux platform, even if 100% of the code it contains is compatible.

  • Get the output of the console on Simulator BB10

Is it possible to access the console (or at least the stderr) output a basic NDK application deployed to the simulator of th?  I tried telnet in the Simulator to run it, but the devuser does not have permissions on the files of the app.

Or maybe is there a log of debugging as for Android?

I would like if possible, avoid using the IDE for this.

You don't actually run the console application, but you can use command line tools to look at the output of the application log.

Basically SSH into it (it is not really Telnet) and navigate to the folder of the application under the/accounts/1000/appdata /... then run "tail-f newspaper/journal" after the launch of the app, or just "cat/journal of newspapers". If the output you are interested is no longer attend balls/journal because of the new substance slogger2, you would use a variant of 'slog2info w' instead.

You are quite correct that attempting to run the application from the console did not give him the same environment and except in a very few cases, it serves no real purpose.
