I used the timewarp, but the sound is not affected.

It is to be expected. Only the native time remapping affects sound, but given that EI is not an audio processing application, the quality is terrible. You must use the hearing or a similar program.

  • Response of mouse slows down when editing

It is a continuation of a discussion dated dated August 21, 2011 16:26 with suggestions of Bill Gehrke and John Smith, who has recommended how I could speed up edition and made my PC i7 and suggestions to solve the slow response of the mouse .

    My problem:

After that several clicks of the mouse, the first quick reactions from first Pro CS5 are starting to slow down to a crawl.

    My PC:

    -ASUS P6TWS Professional Motherboard

    -Intel Core i7 920 CPU

    -12 GB OF DDR3 1333 RAM

    -4 HD 1 TB

-Video card ATI RADEON 4670 1

-Coolermaster 690 case separate real power 700W

    -LG BlueRay writer

-Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard 6000 v2.0

    -Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000

    Recommendations:

    1. Disable indexing on your hard drives.
    2. Try wired keyboard and mouse (old style, no USB) with the generic driver for Win7.
    3. Try disabling the two security programs.
    4. Do not use boot drive for what anyone (editing wise) but the OS and applications. Sale video project and media on another quick of HDD or a table.
    5. Try another (more recent AND older) driver for your ATI card.

Status of the above numbered items:

    1. Indexing is disabled on all drives used for video editing.
    2. The Asus P6T WS Pro motherboard has a combo keyboard and mouse PS2 Connector.  I was trying to use an old PS2 Keyboard and mouse PS2 to replace the Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse.  This would require a PS2 PS2 male/2 female adapter.  Information on the Internet shows that there is 2 pins to spare on a standard PS2.  These 2 spare pins are used on connectors PS2 combo for the mouse clock and data which I assume is the case for the ASUS motherboard.  This requires a special adapter where regular clock pins and the date the female to PS2 Keyboard and pins of alternatives to the female to PS2 Mouse.  I couldn't so far find such an adapter.
    3. I need to use the Internet for updates of program so I would disconnect the LAN to disable security for the trial.  If security is the issue, I guess it would be to disconnect the LAN and disabling security whenever I'm editing video.
    4. I have 1 TB disks 3 other than the boot drive, one for each video source, audio source and output rendered.  I think that the reader audio source would be best to share with the project file because the audio files are not as demanding on the CPU if treated earlier in Soundbooth.
    5. I'll try different drivers.

As recommended, the first Pro Benchmark I ran against my i7 PC to conclude that performance was close to the other similarly configured PCs. This confirms that I am dealing with problems of the outdoor unit.  In this case, the interaction of the mouse when editing is the likely suspect.  I'll try a second run after the changes.  I don't know how the files originate in the testbed among my 4 hard drives so that the results may not indicate a better distribution of readers.

Does anyone can tell where I can get a combo reliable adapter PS2?  Do not share the drive audio source with the project file a better choice than the readers of rendered files or video source?

    John

    > solved by replacing the laser mouse with a PS2 Mouse Wireless

Just guessing here... but my 'better thinking' is that your problem is not the material of the mouse, but the the mouse software that created the wireless link was not totally compatible with 'something' in Adobe software

Another option could be a USB mouse

  • Asks the plugin noise reduction effect-made clip jerky and slow down after application?

I apply an effect - the neat video Plugin to reduce noise. for some reason when I apply the effect, playback of the clip is really slow and jerky. Why is this?

    Hi Dragonsfire,

I'm looking at the rendering time and it's extremely slow, like the clip is 30 secs long 2mins but render time estimate is like 3 hours! My laptop is not the fastest, but it is not no more ancient. Any suggestions on the reduction to make time-no understood them with a much more powerful computer!

You have met one of the intensive more rendered effects on the stage of post-production. Sorry if you think that something goes wrong. Likely, that's fine, except that it takes very long time to process images with that plugin.

Here are some tips on the neat video forum:

The real rendering for your clip speed should be around approximately 2 images per second. This value seems normal for a HD (1920 x 1080) image size and material to the average (you don't mention your hardware specifications). You can speed up a bit by disabling some of these filter options:

    • disable the very low freq, high quality options
    • some of the fixed noise reduction in some or all channels amounts (luminance / chrominance or Y/Cr/Cb) and/or ranges of frequency at 0%
    • reduction of the time filter RADIUS
    • disable the option of adaptive filtering

These measures allow the filter a little faster, but at the expense of the quality of filtration reduced. Noise reduction is usually a compromise between quality and processing speed. When you need good quality, it makes sense to give some time to the process with the top of the settings page. When that is not necessary, you can use a less accurate and more rapid filtration.

    Thank you

  • Editing: slow down

Recently I am facing a problem that I didn't have before. To develop after I made the tens (or maybe hundreds) small brush fixes all of a sudden everything slows down considerably. Feels like an overload, even if I have a powerful desktop with lots of free memory. LR5, Windows 8.

It is a known problem in Lightroom. A lot of brushing causes Lightroom to slow down. You would be better to make the brush in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.

  • Windows Live Movie Maker-how access slowed down effect

    movie maker slow?

Slow Motion is a tool of the mounting base video... I do not understand? Why include a video editing software that only the most basic functions?

    Hey tug luke,.

    1. use Windows movie maker or Windows live movie maker?

If you use Windows Live Movie Maker it has no available Slow Down effect.

Only Windows Movie Maker v2.6 has that effect. I recommend that you download Windows Movie Maker 2.6 If you want access to the effect of "slow down, half.

To make your video more slowly by using this version of Windows Movie Maker, you must use the effect "slow down, half. On the table of the storyboard / timeline, select the video clip, picture, or title to which you want to add the effect. Click on 'Tools' and then click 'effects '. In the "Contents" pane, click the effect you want to add (in this case, "slow down, half"). You can click on 'Play' under the preview monitor to see a preview of what looks like the effect, or simply click and drag the clip to the video or photo.

  • How can I slow down a video that has been recorded too fast as well as audio, so it looks like a normal speed?

    Hello

So, I recorded about 40 slides of movie without realizing account than the speed needed adjustment on the projector. Then the audio sounds fast enough. I was wondering how can I slow down a bit without making a sound too slowly? I tried to adapt it to the FCP with the c case, but it make it too slow and makes it still the audio sound like chipmunks. I want to set the audio where it seems normal. I could get out of the video and adjust it in audacity, but I won't do that because then it will take me an eternity to align to the clip in FCP and even then it may not work right. I have attached a small clip for you all to see what I need assistance.

If you disable in the drop c, keep Pitch, you should lose the chipmunk effect.

  • How to slow down an animated arrow?

I'm working on a documentary of the history, and I needed an arrow that can move across a map from one place to the other. Fortunately, I found a generator of arrow very good here: http://tinyurl.com/hxygxkf> and it's free, created and offered to the world through a generous soul, called Theolait.

Theolait arrow Builder is very versatile, with lots of controls - the arrow can be folded into any shape, a curve or a zig - zag, transformed into a line dashed or dotted, etc. In the animation, the arrow appears at the Point A and then travel across the screen to the Point B. exactly what I need.

Except, unfortunately, even at the slower speed setting the arrow is moving too quickly on the map. It zips all the way across the screen in two seconds. I thought that maybe I could readjust the clip containing the card with the arrow top generator, to slow it down, but I guess that because the card is a fixed image, reprogram it controls are grayed out.

Is there another way, I might be able to slow down this arrow animation?
