small crack of unknown origin.
I was just wondering Sony take responsibility for any cracked screen? As my phone vibrates down in a small area less then 15 centimeters. I can't imagine such a high quality phone like the z3 would have such poor build quality, certainly, this must be a defective model or something?
"I mean dropping a phone in the street or your pockets it is a fault that the user has to take responsibility, but this tiny fall my phone is a small box on the falling floor on my carpet" with a screen protector, a quite expensive to whom ", I can't help feeling, it's on them, not me?
It is perhaps a silly question I know more cracked screens is a matter of repair costs and / or completely exchange the old screen cracked for a for a nice price, but I can't be the only one that what happened... does the warranty apply? Phone is less then a month less, and even then half a month.
Thanks for the responses, has soon.

original title: Trouble scanning an image.
I use Vista/Windows Photo Gallery to scan a picture on my Canon printer/scanner and it produces only a small part of the original. What should I do to make it load to 100% of the original?
Sometimes, there is not enough contrast of a photo
and a scanner may have problems with the edge detection.On the preview screen, you should be able to see the
part of the picture will be scanned.This article may be useful:
Windows Vista - Windows Photo Gallery - scan a picture
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/scan-a-picture -
I am trying to restore an image backup Vista 64 is 428 GB, the drive under restoration is a Velociraptor 2x300GB RAID 0 (about 558 GB under Windows), and the drive on which the image originated was is labeled as a 750 GB drive (actually about 698 GB / 433 GB used). When I first made the attempt I got some message on the target drive, have to be cleaned by diskpart, so I did. After that, I was able to complete the restoration - but after the restoration, at startup, I get the message:
"Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected bootable media and press a key.
And under Windows, the drive does not appear. Disk Management displays the disk as unallocated space. So I added a new Simple Volume and then tried the new restoration. But now I get the message:
"The drive is set as enabled in the BIOS is too small to recover the original system drive."
Even if the restore completed successfully after cleaning, the drive is empty, and the player has more than 100 GB more space than the size of the image. After the restoration after the own, why can't it detect the boot sector; and if I try to restore after formatting, why do we say that the disc is too small? How can I successfully restore?

Right click on the photo in sequence and "ladder to the chassis '. Can also be set in the preferences and affect imports after the change
Thank you

My fonts to the screen size is smaller than it was originally
The screen is too small to see

How to change the font size in Windows Vista
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or, if all is smaller, not only the font size:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-AU/Windows-Vista/change-screen-resolution
Change the screen resolution
Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.
For example, 640 × 480 is a lower screen resolution, and 1600 × 1200 is higher. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 × 768. LCD monitors can better support the higher resolutions. If you can increase your screen resolution depends on the size and capability of your monitor and the type of video card you have.
Text and images are sharper and smaller at high screen resolutionsText is larger and easier to read at low screen resolutions, but images are rasterized and number of items adapted to the screenOpen display settings by clicking on the button start , by clicking on Control Panel, appearance and personalization, clickingPersonalization and then clicking display settings.
Under resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, then clickApply.
NotesWhen you change the screen resolution, it affects all users who log on the computer.
When you set your monitor to a screen resolution that it will not support, the screen will go black for a few seconds while the monitor returns to the original resolution
See you soon.
Unknown origin of black sheet pulled from a HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw
We got a paper jam on our printer. One of our employees then pulled this black sheet of our HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw. This could really be an original work of this printer? Never seen such a thing before, mayby it's just a few packages that I have inside? The printer does work more (paper jam error). Thanks for helping out.
Hi @VL14 ,
I see by your post that you had a paper jam and the black sheet was removed from the HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw while removing the jammed paper. I would like to help.
Yes, this part sounds like something to do with the material of printers. The printer would need to be repaired.
Small crack on the top of my iPhone 6
My iPhone slipped out of my bag and fell to the ground (floor of stone)
Now, there are a few scratches (near the top of the phone and earpiece plug) , but there is also a slot on top... not on the screen, but on the top (the area marked with blue on the image of phone below).
My iPhone is in perfect condition.
Now, most would just leave & I'll probably.
I wonder what my opinions are for my situation should I decide later down the line I want to get it repaired?
I've had the iPhone for about 10 months now.
Repair is not an option. Your only option will be out of warranty replacement. The aluminum housing cannot be "repaired".
crack 2 mm on the screen of the HP Pavilion G6 2314AX
HP Pavilion 2314AX G6
Windows 7 x 64
1 year warranty HP India ends July 4, 2014 and I don't have more extended warranty 2 years too which expires August 12, 2016.
2 months ago, the computer screen got a very small crack near the left upper bezel and it did not affect to the laptop, I mean that the screen of the laptop still works. And a month ago the laptop suffered 90 b fan error so I had to take it to HP Service Center to replace the fan and they did.
They said I need to replace the screen in the given period of 1 year warranty HP India or otherwise they will not replace the screen during the extended warranty period and also said thay would replace it for free.
Only 45 days are still for the 1 year warranty to expire. I will ask to replace the screen? Replaced screen will be produced original HP? How long they take to a maintenance operation?
Only the broken parts will be repaired or replaced, assuming that there are no involved the accidental damage. As well as broken parts, if a part doesn't work the way it should be, it may be eligible for replacement.
Crack of 1 pixel screen MacBook Pro early 2015
Hi all
I own a MacBook Pro of the 2015 at the beginning and I recently discovered a problem with the retina display (so-called "gorilla glass").
I only have the MacBook since January this year, and I have recently discovered a small hole about 1 pixel wide screen. It seems that the screen is cracked and I see directly in the hole of the next layer of the screen. At first, I thought it was just some dust and I tried to clean it up, but it did not help.
I did some research and saw that people also had similar problems and sudently woke up seeing these annoying small cracks on the screen.
Here are some videos and pictures of what it looks like:
https://goo.GL/photos/LthBkUrM9eWDs5qM8
What I'm curious to know, is if this applies to the guarantee and if I can send it to apple so that they can change my screen.
I understand that it looks like it was an accident made by me, but it's not.
I can still use the MacBook, but that little crack is so boring, it's like a distraction.
Anyone apple support can help me with this? The nature of my question is eligible for the guarantee of apple?
You better Genius Bar appointment to show the screen of your MacBook Pro and ask if she applies for warranty.
I think you should pay for the cost of replacement LCD, however.
iPhone 5 cracked during loading
Recently received an iPhone handed to nine 5 eBay. I got two days and I was recharged during the night, it the morning I got up and took the phone to see a crack right next to the home button. I'm positive, I didn't damage myself and have read it could be overheating of the phone. The place I got it from offers a guarantee but not refund or replace my phone. Is it already happened to anyone else? How can I prove that it was not my fault?
Probably, you can't prove that it's not your fault. It is unlikely, that it was overheating. Normal load is not do. If this battery if very old and its expansion can push the screen out there but usually does not cause to crack. The screen could have been the subject of impact in the past, resulting in a very small crack that expand due to a change in temperature or a minor additional impact.
Should I exchange a 6s iPhone cracked for iPhone 6
I have an iPhone 6. About 4 months. I recently dropped the phone, and he now has a small crack in the actual screen right next to the contact ID. The crack is about 2-3 CN. I'm not able to replace the screen because it is too expensive. Someone gave me an iPhone brand new 6 swap for my iPhone fracked 6s. It is better to swap or do I just keep my iPhone 6 s?
Hello
It is entirely up to you.
The cost of a repair of the screen (if that's all that is needed) to the United States, for example, is currently $ 129 (plus plus delivery charges and local taxes, if any):
