It does not show that everything is on the disk. I went in each library individually in FCPX and deleted all THE files of rendering.  Reducing the total size of several concerts, but there are still almost 1 500 GB difference.

  This is due to files not movable, scattered in open spaces.  Windows Disk Manager has a few limitations... You can use a thrid party as EaseUS Partition Master Free Edition 9.2.2 freeware utility

  Although Adobe indicates that you install the application on the main drive, it is possible to change the destination of the installation of creative cloud app preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive.  In addition, temporary files will be created on your main drive during the installation process.   The reader might be for backup and could have copied data on the same, thanks to which it shows a low space.
