  As soon as I start my laptop it automatically supports a reason any. The only way I can stop it is by pressing the tab key, and then it stops temporarily.

  But as soon as you press an arrow key that it is to the top, bottom, left or right the problem recurs. The key is not blocked, as if even pulled it off to see if theres anything the cause.

  I'm not sure that's a problem with the keyboard or a virus any even if someone suggested it might be something to do with the keyboard driver but ive checked for downloads on this site and I have not found except ive forgotten.

  First of all, make sure that you have the right setting.  Keyboard keyboard-settings-material and for each software keyboard you have, make sure you select English hardware keyboard, allows you to have the dictionary for the language you want to use, but the keyboard like the physical keyboard layout.

  Second, when writing, select the language that you need to write with accents and use "option + e + vowel" for this accents (a, e, i, o, u).  For this same result, you can use the button next to return + vowel.

  Lovely + key next to return + vowel will give you that (a, e, i, o, u)

  Option + N will give you N

  These are ones I've found so far and it's more than I need for Spanish, keep trying combinations that make little sense for the language you write and see what works.

  To make these characters via an external keyboard on an ipad you would normally use the same procedure on a laptop or desktop, press the shift keys, option or option + shift over another.  The one who depends on the language of your keyboard.  For the USA, you get § via the option-6 and € via option-shift-2.

  What that looks like?

  Have you tried safe mode?
