• Sony Smartband talk - cannot receive incoming calls

  Hello

  I recently bought Smartband speak only to receive calls without having to exit the phone out of the Pocket. However, have been fruitless so far. I have paired the device to my Samsung Galaxy S4, installed Smartband talk and lifelog apps on my phone. I get all my SMS / whatsapp notifications. However, when I called another number in order to test the functionality of appeal, vibrates my talking smartband and poster who called, but when I press the function key, then the screen just flashes but then nothing happens. Call guard ringtone on my Samsung phone. If I can take the call on my samsung phone, my smartband only shows that call is active with this issue, but is he's going. Is this something I am doing wrong. Someone in the forum mentioned Smart Dialer third-party app - can this solve the problem of not being able to take calls or y at - it an another third-party application that I can use. I tried restarted and re-pairing following the mentioned method (key simultaneously both volume and function) but that also has not solved the problem.

  I just got a Sony Xperia z3 Compact and a Smartband Talk shows.

  But when I try to connect the two devices (parring) by NFC I can't connect, download the MOUSSOKI "error". But if I try with Bluetooth I have no problem...

  I tried to put my phone in service mode and tried the NFC scanner with the watch and the reading is OK, so there is a connection. Also when I put the watch until the scanner NFS phone spot he PIF, but nothing els.

  Met a few heavy rains while wearing Smartband Talk and after that, the release of voice control app has been distorted or very soft.  Had to leave all night to return to the quality of the voice "HD".  Is this normal?

  I have another question multiple choice and the advanced answer option is not there--not that gray... is simply not there. The only difference I see between these issues is that one of them is to have several correct answers (2 of 4 correct) while the first MCQ has only one correct answer on 4.

• How to prioritize the connection of the PHONE in CAR Bluetooth system / device on SmartBand talk SWR30

  After reviewing on this device for over a month I asked my wife to gift me for Christmas. For 3 days I really liked, but then a critical flaw is apparent

  Having not driven for several days because of the holidays, I'm leaving in my car, only to realize that I wasn't getting phone calls, text Messages and other notifications on my car bluetooth system integrated (Ford Sync of Sony / Microsoft), only on the talk Smartband. Doing some research, it became clear that if my SWR30 was already connected with my Xperia (Z2) my Ford Sync could not connect!

  I realize the limitations of Bluetooth technology (for example, you can not simultaneous connections using the same Bluetooth profile) and the workaround is to manually turn off the Audio from the phone (hands-free) for SWR30 in Z2 Bluetooth profile. Don't forget to turn off off / return turns out to be irritating and too much effort. I thought I might be able to create a (macro) event in app of Smart Connect from Sony to do this automatically, but this can be done that the app is rather limited!

  It is more important for my car system works with my Z2 that I use frequently and is quite a safer and more average legal to answering calls etc.

  As already said, I really like the SmartBand and was very disappointed to learn that he could not coexist with a Bluetooth car system! Having had a few days between Christmas and new year I was determined to solve this "loophole" and I'm happy to announce that I have and somehow smooth!

  Suggestion widget-driven "ensaro", unfortunately, I didn't a rocker who was to be executed manually, it should be automatic. So I carefully studied the Google game shop, try a large number and ended up with 2 applications that were real contenders: Trigger (by Egomotion) and Automagic (by Gridvision).

  Both apps will basically allow you to create a trigger (for example the Bluetooth car radio wants to connect to the phone) followed by an action (for example disconnect connection phone Bluetooth to SmartBand, followed by switch on Bluetooth car audio connection). Trigger calls this task automation a trigger, Automagic calls that a Flow.Trigger is fairly intuitive, visually, but unfortunately support for this supposedly highly rated app seems to no longer exist! It became very frustrating for me because sometimes it would not run (However, it allows also a widget manually run the task manually)... so I dug for the heavier weight Automagic!

  AUTOMAGIC uses a dynamic flowchart, where you add a trigger, optional condition (true / false) and finally one or more actions. The style reminded me of my days of programming many years ago and logical nature excited me. The possibilities are huge and can scare some users looking for a quick result, but it's really very easy to use, especially when you have some of the somewhat "obscure" terms used (after all this, a German programmer of labour and some suggestions of translation may be required).

  At the end of the day, I created 2 stream, connect to car via (SmartBand disconnect) system and then connection towards my car and the other to reconnect to the SmartBand not drive (the trigger being the car Bluetooth is is disconnected / unplugged). These flows is passive and apparently uses very little battery energy, execution when a trigger condition is matched, and so far, works well.

  If someone wants to see how my stream are built, I'll be happy to email them. You open them directly in Automagic (go to their website allows you to download a 9 day trial version with up to 3 workflow)... my stream are embellished by additional measures, like turn off WiFi and play a sound when a connection took place... and most important of all there is a forum with a lot of help and examples and I was really happy when the progaming author , Martin, in fact, responded to a query...

• Captivate 8: Advanced response option missing

  I recently purchased Captivate 8 license and installed the software.

  In MCQ created with only one answer, I found answer advanced option is missing - I have tried searching on the web and followed the instructions, cleared cache by clicking the .bat file while captivate is not open. Rebooted the system, but still the issue is not resolved.

  I want this option to complete one of my projects. Early response is much appreciated.

  Hi Sissi,

  I checked in my system and I am able to get action moving properly under the Options section within the Properties tab of the item selected. To activate the rating partial first go to quiz tab and check the partial score box.

  Please, I prefer clear page layouts and preferences then start the captivate and check the issue.

  To clear preferences go to the captivate\utils installation folder and run the CleanPreferencesWin.bat file.

  To clear page layouts have to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Layouts and delete the 8_0 folder.

  Please keep post if you still have this problem.

• Smartband talk is disconnected and does not restore

  1 week old and it comes up with 'Samrtband is disconnected, you may be off' is 8 inches away, restarted my z3 xperia and always the same, both fully charged.

  It sets I removed the smarttalk app and reinstalled and chose the pair manually option. Not happy for a device/new application go awol however. Thanks for the help

  I used to have an Aqua of M4, and when it is disconnected from the Smartsband, it has finally connected automatically.

  This does not happen with my new Z5. When I'm back on the beach, Z5 can recognize it is in the range but do not connect, so I have to click and then it connects.
