  I have encountered this problem several times & was the largest part of three common reason

  1.) reboot Pocket not made after the update of the app.

  2.) actually not asking upgarded to the latest version.

  3.) app icon isin hidden state.

  (Resolution 1): Please take out the battery, while devcie is on & after a minute, reinsert may solve the problem

  Resolution 2.) Check if application is upgraded or not, try to upgrade properly.

  Resolution 3.) Press Menu (sign of Blackberry) from the home screen > Maximize Panel > press Menu > check now on Show icon all > see if the icon is visible or not, if it is visible in dull State > select ICON > press menu > uncheck show icon.

  * Original title: Impossible to activate the Notification Area Windows 7 battery icon, I tried the gpedit

  I can't find a way to activate Windows 7 battery icon. The option is grayed out in the Panel-> items-> Notification area icons Control Panel. I tried using GPEdit as some other answers said, but there is no option to activate the battery icon. I opened GPEdit, go to the administration model, and there is no option to turn on/off the battery icon at all. I use Windows 7 Home Premium, and my battery is a CyberPower UPS System. Thanks in advance for any help.

  The probable cause for the reason for the battery icons are not displayed in the notification could result from notifications being off for the battery icon under the Turn system icons on or off. You can enable notification.

  I upgraded my Blackberry App world, last night and the icon does not appear in the list, tried to download it via different modes but it doesnot anything on the contrary he says: "sorry, your session has expired.   I would say this:
  Go to Options > device > advanced > Applications then highlight the AppWorld application IF it shows up as installed and do not click it, just scroll to it. Click Menu > delete and remove the application.

  Now, do a restart: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Finally, use your BlackBerry browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install again.
  After installation and restarting possibly another, check your download folder or other frolders of application.

  Its been very frustrating.

  The configuration option of Internet e-mail in the installer of my bb torch 9800 is unresponsive. I tried to restart, wipeout, reinstalling the operating system, twice, but nothing works. This problem normally occurs when you do an update your e-mail through your operator client wireless. You will have to contact your carrier to find out if their . Also make sure the EmailClient has the E and the capital M.

  go press the menu/options/OPTIONS SECURITY / firewall / general reset all counts.

• BlackBerry Bold 9900 New Smartphones - Blackberry app world icon disappeared from the phone?

  A weird, but I just noticed my icon of world Blackberry app has disappeared from my phone.  It appears as an installed application, but there is no way to find it and run it.  I know that was a problem last year with another phone, I'm surprised if its still a bug?   I know there was a recent update to the world of the app and I backed up my phone.

  Clues?

  In the section using your phone, there is a link to the mobile site to download (or, in your case, re-upload) app world. Just type "app World" in the search bar on your phone and you should see the article.

  If re - download App World doesn't work, then I suggest to connect your blackberry to a computer and the re - download this way. I found that, as a general rule, when an icon that is not hidden disappeared it is best to remove the application your phone completely and then reinstall it.

  I searched for a while and have not been able to find the answer to this one.

  I wiped my Tour 9630.  Then I transferred to my address book and messages and signed up for my BIS account.  It displays my gmail and hotmail accounts, but I have not all the icons on the home screen for e-mail accounts.  How can I get back them?  Is there something more easy to delete accounts and recreate them then?

  Since wipe you the device, you must get things on it before continuing.

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > BBKey (it matter little what line is current) > Fockedey now

  1. it is starts against the parameters of the auto on / off.  He is currently assigned to be turned off during the wee hours, but sometimes at night it turns itself back ON.  I get emails and calendar notifications at all hours, against my settings.  It does not when I use the full stop option, but I would be just as quickly set it and forget it.

  2. I have traveled in other time zones and it gets stuck on the against the Eastern time zone setting for the timing of the network.

  3. he won't my email settings email Desktop Manager signature.

  I went back 3 previous BlackBerry for all of these reasons and technical assistance was of no help.

  Any ideas or suggestions?

  Sorry, but I do not use these features... others will have comments, I'm sure.

  I never checked my sig like this... inside screens configuration BIS (either from the interface for device or your Web of BIS carrier site) there is a field for what is known to work. You can find instructions for access to the configuration of your BIS here:

  Really impossible to remove these installation "pushed" application shortcuts, not very easily, in any case. It is simpler:

  To do this: create a folder on your home screen and name it "Junk" (you can choose to be more creative the folder name ). Now, highlight each unwanted icon and press the Menu key > go to folder and move it to the folder "spam". That, for each, you don't want to do.

  Now, highlight this "Junk" folder, and select Menu > hide.

  The chat history is stored permanently on the map of support IF you have enabled this feature in the options.
