  Hi, I have vista premium 32 bit version with 4 GB of ram and 2 x cpu 2.00 GHz each I have no problem with the hardware and all drivers are up to date and my whole system I revised myself, but I can't work out just why he is more than a minute at the start screen of vista with the scrolling green bar? Now I don't know what im doing with my system, but im either missing something or there is a more serious problem. I just found a solution that gets rid of the problem but he always comes back.  the solution that I found was if I reset my read-ahead using a piece of software called tweakVI my computer starts perfect as it was just installed fresh lol.   The configuration & db are stored on the hard drive, readers not the flash memory card.

  That's why I offered to put it back again.

  I'm under 6,2010, and if I click on the icon to start the software, it can take 30 seconds to display a form of start-up and up to 15 minutes to load.

  Sometimes, it takes more time in this case I'll go into the Task Manager, stop all processes of BB and RIM, and then try again. Then, it will take up to 15 minutes.

  Once launched, the software works perfectly.

  Operating system is Win7Pro. There is no other applications running that take a lot of time processor.

  Any advice on how I can get it to load at normal speed.

  Why I asked if you had all the previous versions of Desktop software on it is that there could be some old files still linger.
