SOA 11 g BAM - MS SQL

Hello

I installed Oracle BAM and create a Source of external data to integrate with Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

All happen well, but when I try to create a new report I get this error: object name invalid [FMWGEN] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] [SQL Server] Table_1

I tried to change the driver jdbc, but still little erro.

ATT,

Marcus.

I had the same problem, I installed the MSSQL 2008 Server and we have solved the problem using synonym

try running the following command connected as a user of the jdbc/data source you use for oracle bam.

CREATE SYNONYM

FOR ..

important: do not know SQL Server before 2008 synonym support, I am not a SQL Server expert, but for sure > 2008 will work...

    Hi AB
I'm not the best oracle dba, so I don't know if the version makes a difference.
I use this query on 10gr 2 in SQLPLUS (make sure you have quotation marks around table names)
for example, BAM comes with a sample 'Employees' data object, I can do via sqlplus
    Select * from ORABAM. "" _Employees;

  • Change the port for Oracle BAM(11g)

    Hi all

After installation, I noticed 9001 is used by another process every night.
Then I changed it to 29001 in Weblogic and the URL BAM console in Oracle EM to http://eqlpar001.qantas.com.au:29001 too.

Then I rebooted the server. But when I want to create the connection to BAM in the JDev11.1.1.3, I got the following error.

Anyone can advice me what I should do.

The exception is caused by an incompatibility between JDeveloper + SOA update and BAM Server version. Make sure they are at the same version level (for example 11.1.1.3.0).

Beware that BAM requires manual configuration for the default port numbers no. Refer to the documentation for

  • Size of RAM required for Soa Suite 11 g in the development environment?

    Hi all

I have a question about the optimal size of RAM required for soa suite suite 11 g in the development environment. I can see the facility of documents which

    Logic of Web-> 2 GB
SOA Suite(soa server and BAM server on web logic) - > 2 GB
    Developer of J-> 1 GB

A total of 5 GB, since we are new to 11g we're not sure, cannot therefore anyone who uses the comment 11g on the optimal RAM necessary for execution of soa suite 11 g with the developer of J.

    Thank you

Try to have a separate for the SOA Suite, for example the server machine. Then use JDev developer machines.

It really comes down to how much load you put on your environment. I would recommend 4 GB but I ran fine with only 2 GB. The question of having JDev on the same machine is that JDev can very very hungry memory and can / will affect developer experience.

    see you soon

  • SOA Gateway - timeout when calling a web service custom Pl/SQL using SOAP

    Hello

I developed and deployed my PL/SQL web service custom repository integration SOA Gateway.

The web service works well, but sometimes its execution time exceeds 60 seconds, and I get the following time-out error: java.net.SocketTimeOutException: Read timed out

    Here's my env:

Oracle E-Business Suite integrated SOA Gateway
    12.1.3
IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)
    6.1

I would like to know if there is a way to increase this time-out?

    EDIT:

I took a quick glance at this doc errors of timeout in Web Services deployment (Doc ID 1073270.1( )

    and modified the $ORA_CONFIG_HOME/10.1.3/opmn/conf/opmn.xml file

then bounced oacore, oafm, but it did not work.

    EDIT 2:

I tried to change the timeout setting in the file httpd.conf ( $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf )

restart apache and the server, but it didn't work.

    Thank you

    Kind regards

    Simon

In fact, I tried to play with the values that you mentioned, I put the maximum Heap space in JAVA to 2048M and in Apache timeout to 3600 seconds and after a wait of cca. 20 minutes I got the answer I needed the SOAP service.

  • It's a question of "How do I" in SOA Suite?  (application of pseudo-code only)

    WebLogic Version: 12.1.3.0.0

    Version of the SOA: 12.1.3.0

JCA database adapter connects to a (e) 11.2.0.4 database.

In pseudo-code, how can I query a table and write the results to a file?

I know how to create and use a database and that wire to a BPEL component adapter.  I also know how to create a file 'write' and that wire to a BPEL component adapter.  I am familiar with the use of the processing activity, but especially the use has been with opaque mappings (file).

What do need me in the BPEL component to map the results of sql to reference files in writing?

  • Pure SQL Exception: Caused by java.lang.NullPointerException.

    Caused by java.lang.NullPointerException.

The pure SQL option is for only border use cases and provides simple but minimal functionality.  Maybe try the "Run an operation on a table" option instead.  This exception is considered non reproducible, probably due to an error of modeling.

Version: Oracle soa suite 12.1.3 - jdk1.7 - (local) Windows 7 operating system

I get the above exception in one of our Async BPEL of the process, and it happens like 1 in 5 cases.

As you can see, the reason for the error is not really clear and I see nothing diagnosis either connects.

And when I start this process from the console, it's getting completed successfully.

We are not exceeding the number of DB connections either.

    Here's our design:

BPEL Poller-> (several calls) Async BPEL process-> database adaptor with above query

What could be wrong? What is the reason for this odd behavior?

    Thank you

This error could not be reproduced on the test environment, where the SOA server with oracle DB of the backend rather than javaDB on integrated server is installed...

Could help you find the solution?

    Thanks for the help guys.

    I created wlfullclient.jar and added instead wlclient.jar

    1. go to the server/lib directory.

    CD WL_HOME/server/lib

    2. use the following command to create wlfullclient.jar in server/lib directory:

    java-jar wljarbuilder.jar

    3. you can now copy and group wlfullclient.jar with client applications

After that, I got error about not activate remote JDBC. Solution:

    /Oracle/middleware/user_projects/domains/ECMdomain/bin/setDomainEnv.sh

    WLS_JDBC_REMOTE_ENABLED = "-Dweblogic.jdbc.remoteEnabled =true"

After these steps, I waited to succeed =) but once again an error:

    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/sql/BfileDBAccess

Solution: add ojdbc6.jar to the project

Now all the perfect job. I hope that this statement will help someone!
