  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post. • Cannot get full screen after update the software Adobe Acrobat reader DC

  After the update to Acrobat Reader DC (mine was made on 8. November, my husband today, 29. (November), we cannot release mode display thefull under normal conditions, ESC does not work and there is no available tools. The only way out of this is to use Ctrl + Alt + Delete to access the task and then manager stop AR, which is very inconvenient.

  Perhaps, Ctrl + L will work.

  I've done this process over and over again. Tried to look to the top of Adobe Reader specifically for Windows Vista, but it came to an Adobe website which looked like illegitimate. I don't know, it does not only look like the other Adobe Reader download page.   I am a new user of recent Mac and I have some difficulty with the Pages.

  I'll create a new document and save it as a PDF file (save it to the desktop), when I open it again, it opens with Acrobat Reader and the text released along side this one pane. It does not open a document own stand alone. This cause me a problem when I want to send it as an attachment, as it includes this component, as well as all other toolbars with.

  When you send the PDF document as an attachment, it will be sent as a document 'stand alone '. It will be open according to the preferences that are set by the receiving party.
