  Regarding recycling, I don't think you can do, as Activation lock is designed to prevent and protect devices stolen, and despite your explanation, it would be like they tried to recycle and rewards you for a device that cannot be used. While I am just a user like you, you can contact Apple if you want to discover.

However, when I checked the State of activation of the phone lock on my PC, it is off... So my question is: is it possible to activate locking activation after I lost my phone? & is there anyway I can find my phone while it is not connected to the internet & have deleted SIM card? And finally and especially, how this report to operator notified apple so if the stolen phone is brought to any apple store or authorized dealer and authorized service provider or connect to iTunes, I would get to this topic?

  First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select
