(Solved) Windows XP does not upgraded to Windows Vista because Powershell is installed

PowerShell is not installed on this Windows XP computer. I checked the list of programs, and the registry. If not, where can I get? What other numbers KB Powershell can be listed under?

Solved. If all else fails, rename the WindowsPowerShell folder in C:\Windows\System32 to something else. If your operating system is 64-bit, you will have it also in C:\Windows\SysWow64 folder.
