  Try this > right click on the shortcut to the program > choose Properties > then the Compatibility tab > then check the box "run this program in compatibility mode.  When you right click on the shortcut can also be a troubleshooting compatibility.

  I found the solution m was not associated with android or blackberry. I had to go into my router and reset IPV6. This solved everything.

  I'm on an iMac El Capitan 10.11.4 running. All my apps are up to date, but they will not open. The icons just bounce off the dock. Give a Ctrl-click "Application is not responding do not" and then I force quit. I restarted my computer several times, but that did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application.   Please force quit Adobe all associated creative processes Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Office Services, Adobe, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon's Activity Monitor in Mac. Then, start Creative Cloud Desktop Application and reconnect.
