  I just bought and started designing with Flex 2. I'm plugging away, except that I met a problem with my data displays only not on the data grid.
  
  I use a drop-down list box, the onchange event, again the required parameters. That manage to querying the data, because I can say the change in the amount of data because of the scroll bar on the side of the data grid. But, for some reason, the data is not displayed.
  
  Before you begin to post the code, it's a simple beginners control that the regulars here may have known?

  You can place all the functions within ActionScript script tags. It is difficult to build too without using some ActionScript. Make sure you choose Debug the application, not to run it. You can see the results of the trace() in debug mode function.

  What is your location.  The reason why I ask this is that your keyboard is set to the standard UK layout.  Looks like you have the keyboard for the U.S. keyboard layout.  Shift + 2 is the "on the UK keyboard, @ on the U.S. keyboard."

  To change the keyboard settings you must go to "Control Panel", then "regional and language options".  The first page allows you to set the number format and character relative to your location and also set the location.  Check these and modify accordingly so badly.  You want to then go to the second 'languages' tab and click on the button "Details".  Here you can set the default keyboard.  This changes if necessary.  This should, hopefully restore your keyboard to the presentation that you want.

  I have a date custom field where I have to select a date. I used it for the touchscreen. Now I want to implemnt it in no touch. But to not touch, I am able to select the date, but it does not appear in the field. I used a flag that I've initialized as false. I write a method like below:

• VB6 program install on Win7, but some forms will not display

  Using a Setup.exe to install the program on any Windows XP operating system or higher to run as administrator and all work to form properly.

  Customer wants to distribute through the .msi package:

  With the help of an .msi package built with Visual Studio 6 Installer on Windows XP.  Install on Windows XP and each form works correctly.

  Using the same name of the package .msi on Win7 and some forms are not displayed, no error is generated, the screen does not display.  I checked that all the controls are distributed and installed on the target computer.  I think it may be related to registration of MSADO15.dll or MSCOMCTL.ocx because the only thing that forms that do not have in common is that they use all ADO recordsets.

  Someone has ideas about things can try or I had a similar experience with applications on Win7 VB6?

  I fixed it by restoring the system to 1 day before the update from 14 August.
  Then I did regsvr32.exe /s mscomctl.ocx to system32 and syswow64 folder

• traded drives a NV + others data is not displayed

  I failed NV + v1 and bought a used one, so I was able to get the data on the hard drives. Swapped the drives from the old to the new. New NV + appears in the finder on my iMac, but is not displayed in RaidAR. I can access via the finder, but none of the files appears. I see is a file called "homes" and none of my old files are visible. Ideas?

  You can have an unwanted extension that modifies researchers. Try this:

  Disable all non-essential or unrecognized extensions on page modules. Either:

  • Command + shift + a
  • Tools menu > Modules

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off. (Or if it is obviously the badware, delete).

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  Note that when you search from the address bar of Firefox, searches that contain no spaces are checked as possible (e.g., intranet or my.web.server) server names. Most of the servers DNS don't report just "no server" and Firefox bounces the query to Google. However, some DNS servers say Firefox, they found the site and display the search results.   Hi, I have a HP SimpleSave 500 GB external hard drive. Till a month back I had copied, files, documents, mp3 etc in this player. And a few weeks back when I plugged it to recover some data on this subject, I was unable to see any folder in which I had copied the same. In the properties it shows to me that about 120 GB is used, which some how make sure that data are on it, however, due to an unexplained error, I am unable to see. Any help will be appreciated.

  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  Method 1: Run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and see if it makes a difference.

  Method 2: I suggest you disable and re-enable the USB controller and check.

  Use Device Manager to disable and re-enable all the USB controllers. This allows controllers to recover the port USB of his condition does not respond. USB controllers represent the USB ports in Device Manager.

• Some attachments are not displayed on my Gmail emails

  I have set up both a Live account and a gmail account on the application of my surface Mail. I get all of my live emails and all attachments. I have also all my emails on my Gmail account, however, I get not all associated accessories. In some cases, it is just a simple JPG file. If I check my Gmail online I can see all of the associated attachment. I have also passed the Gmail emails in question to my live account and when I see the direct e-mail on my surface of the attachment appears and I can't open them.

  Does anyone know what setting I have to change on Gmail or my Surface. Most of the attachments that do not display are jpg. I don't think this is a limitation of the size as many files are small and as I said I can send it to my Live (via Gmail on the web) account and I can see the attachments without any problem.

  Try to set up your Gmail account again, but not as Google mail in the Mail app in place than others, then, select Exchange Activesync (EAS), and then click or tap Connect and use these settings:

  e-mail address: e-mail address

  user name: email address

  password: password

  Please let us know if this solves the problem of the attachment.

• Some subfolders is not displayed correctly

  I have about 40000 photos in LR 3, updated since LR1 on there is 8 MB. LR is up-to-date with the latest versions.  I have a hard drive with the hierarchy of the photo well organized, example: / Photos/2011 / * eventname * /.

  I have annual records dating back to 1999.  Technically, my display of files in LR must have a parent folder "Photos" and then 12 annual under subfolders.

  This is the case with only a few of my yearly records.  There are some who, in the case of LR, will not come under the structure/photos / organized.  Here is a screenshot:

  

  At the top of the list, you will see some random and years subfolders that are within the structure of parent/photos /, even if they are on the hard drive.

  I tried the following:

  (1) you click on one of the yearly records twisted and selected "Update folder location" and it gives me an error that this file already exists in this location.
  (2) you click one annual records twisted and selected "Add Parent folder" and it gives me a crazy error message. See screenshot

  

  (3) I clicked on the parent folder Photos in LR and chose sync folder.  But this process seems to try to re - import 30 000 pictures in subfolders "twisted."  I only did this because I guess that this will cancel the years of organizing collections.

  Can anyone help?

  Well, it's a good start.  Y at - it than anything ELSE called E:\something?  If you also have E:\lrsmithcatalog, it's the thing as if you had the path to the catalog spelled differently.    Two way street!   I.e., it looks like LR has coniptions on the way, so it's a mistake, or you have something very close by its name (as far as it is concerned) in the same place.   LR is a program that cares capitlization (right or down), then causes some of these issues.

  Other than that, well, I'm of ideas.  You could try moving the catalog (just the lrcat of catalog file, not the lrdat or the images) to another folder and see if that makes a difference.  Test, that's all.

  You've optimized your catalog lately?

  There is also one more thing, you can try;  make a catalogue of Virgin, then * import_from_catalog * of your old catalog.  Do NOT include the negatives.  Just let him add them where they are.  Then see if that fixes anything.  As long as you include negative no (it's a checkbox on the import line), and then you move or damage your old catalogue or pictures. Make the way easy and all lowercase (including the name of the folder).  See if that helps.

• Data is not displayed for a local variable Visual C++ 2010

  I am running Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2010 on windows 7.  Yesterday, he decided to no longer display the data for local variables (variables related to level superior OK, under block variable not). I deleted files *.pdb and *.idb and recompiled (off optimization). Microsoft argues it has a fix to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2452649 , but looks like they're going to charge me just short of $500 to the difficulty of access. I can't afford the charge. In the past, move to a newer version of Visual C++ and brought me to hire fees to make it work because it is not backward compatible. Any other ideas?

• Merge data does not display the Images

  It's my first go with data merge well. I have my master put in place and have my csv file mélange successfully in a multi-page data merge document.

  For reference, I use ID CC and Windows 7

  My problem is data, image fusion.

  My csv is configured using the ' @image as a header, and I use a relative link in the sub domain (/image-folder/image.jpg)

  ID recognizes the header image and watch 'image' in the data source, but when I assign to my frame nothing appears. I have the mount on the frame.

  My path seems to be correct, as if I change, my image does not appear in the layers palette.

  I don't see the image when I hit "preview" in the data merge palette, or when I perform the fusion of data itself.

  Really need help!

  It turns out to not be a path problem, it seems that InDesign is incredibly buggy when dealing with the merger of data! Display my images were not purely because of the layout and I don't want to say there was a mistake in there, but move a text frame a few px left or right has resolved... I don't know why, unfortunately, but it was a beautiful day.
