Open the directory where you published your flash files. in this directory, you will see the skin swf. Download the swf on your server in the same directory of your other flash files server.

The first slide in my project has a widget that loads a swf file. I imported this file in my library, and it is the right file. However, when I preview the slide I see not the movie playing. I don't know what I do, can someone explain this? The enclosed graph could help.

Hi all!
I need help. I created several SWFs for the new my business site and 3 of 4 play without any problems at all. One is a bit more complicated (for my minimal knowledge of Flash) and will not run and I just can't understand it. Help, please! The test page I place is http://wwwstaging.proclivitysystems.com/overview.html and you will see that nothing loads here. Other (assessment, how it works and console) pages with swf files load very well.

When I change the main mxml file in the project and then export the swf file does not change, why?

I have an existing project, years ago that I need to change, I am using Flash Builder 4. When I export the project, it creates a SWF in bin-release, then when I change the code in the mxml project file or files of any format and export the swf file needs to change, but it's not. I found the problem, there was a SWF into the html-template folder within the project. This has led to substitute the swf of the new generation.

WMV file does not play when loading on the web... but file system work?

I have a MOV file that I converted using FFMPEG (are there better tools for this?). When I open the file in windows Explorer, works fine, but when I copy it to a virtual directory and access it via the HTTP protocol, all of a sudden WMP 11 does not seem to recognize the file and he throws some sort of abstract error which brings me here:

Riddle me this: what could possibly cause this? Either way, I tried to load the file into Windows Movie Maker, but it crashed it. Well, wasn't so much a 'crash'... modal dialogue saying 'Import' appears and essentially takes over the machine. I can't click anywhere wiothout get a "Ding" of the OS and my last resort was to end task.

I never knew what the problem was... the file was fine. I could open in WMP11 via file-> open and file-> open location, pointing to the same location over HTTP (virtual directory), raised problems.

It should be noted that boththelinks provide information... If anything, I would say that it is the network at the suggestion of network, but the server was definitely upward - I had a feeling he might have something to do with codecs... maybe the server was to launch a crazy MIME type.

I use swf files to show the views in 360 degrees of my products. All swf files worked very well until version 11.1.102.55 is out. Now just a white spot is shown where the image is supposed to be. Here is an example: http://www.downunderweb.com/store/MI_SAD235.html
I tried to view my site on multiple computers and browsers with the same results - nothing shows up in 11.1.102.55, but swf files work fine on older versions of flash. I spoke with other web owners who have the same problem. The new version of flash not backward compatible with some SWF files?

Thank you, ralphk. I don't use windows 64 bit so it wouldn't be a problem. I recompiled now all my images with the latest version of Object2vr swf and files now display correctly in all browsers.

Double click on the multimedia file, does not play immediately

Machine of Ultimate from Windows 7 x 64 - when I double click on a media file any (MP3, WMV, AVI, etc.) of the window which was to play the file appears and then immediately ON this window, that rises in the Windows Media Player library, paused for 5-10 seconds, the Explorer does not display anything, then goes. Media window will start playing the file.

If a media file plays, and I double click on another it will immediately start to play.

Try to get the files to start playing right away again. I deleted the registry keys and it was as if WMP is started for the first time and remove the database WMP. No luck.

8. now restart the computer and then go to Windows features turn on or off features. Place a check for Windows Media Player. You receive a warning message in a pop-up window. Click Yes.
9. restart your computer.

SWF file will not play on the Internet
I've been everywhere on the internet, find the answer to my problem. I have a site in which I have two Flash animations that I need to play. We're working very well. I bought a model flash, edited, published, no problem. The other, I have a photo gallery template I customized, but it will not play on the internet, not even with the generated html file. SWF files does not properly

Hello, I'm new to Flash and recently downloaded the demo to do a few things to add to my site. Nothing too complex, I made a slideshow of images and turned some button images. Anyway, after I publish files and import the swf in Dreamweaver files, I always get a flash player error when I try to watch the content on my site. She'll tell me that I need to update my flash 11.2 drive. I have downloaded several times 11.2, reinstalled flash player and made sure I have indeed the correct version of flash player on this computer. Just to make sure it wasn't a problem with my laptop, I checked with another computer, as well, and he had the same problem.

When you publish to the web you really never want to publish for any version of flash beyond what you really need. Who will annoy your users when you're not even using anything in the latest versions of flash.

Go to your publishing settings, set the target for publication of flash 10.1/10.2. I'm pretty sure it will look and work the same and you will not annoying to users who need to update flash.

Never publish at the latest if you don't absolutely need to. I have published for v9 until about 6 months ago, then finally started using up 10.1/10.2.

SWF file does not open with Flash Player

I THOUGHT ABOUT IT! The AC_RunActiveContent.js script treated him not properly pathed to Dreamweaver, even when new pages have been made.
