  I'm trying to make a move to the SAP to PeopleSoft. I thought it is easier to install TFTP since the number of installation source is much less than SAP. However, I kept getting same error where the links does not work no matter which environment I tried to install.
  
  I downloaded all of the software delivery.
  HCM 9.1, PTOOLS 8.52, Oracle 11 g 64 bit, Oracle Client 32-bit.
  
  First test:
  Install on windows 7 64 bit. Everything works fine until the first connection to the TFTP and all links doesn't do not.
  Hakan suggestion is to apply the patch and gave me a link to the old FTP site. I downloaded the patch 85209 but got the password.
  Finally I managed to get a customer to a friend ID and downloaded Patch 85211 and applied. But received error java so I put discarded it.
  Anyway, Gasparotto said the environment is not certified and will not solve my problem with the patch.
  
  Second test:
  Installed Virtual Box.
  Installed Windows 2008 R2 and apply the SP1.
  Installed all over again.
  Insured the similar PTWEBSERVER the username password.
  Everything works fine, but when connect to TFTP, once again... the links does not and see in the lower left corner there are a javascript error where they don't find some objects of peoplesoft...
  
  Just upgraded to IE 9 because I read somewhere that IE 8 is not certified.
  Tried to log in again, no error message and all seems well, but... the links don't work do not.
  
  Newspapers seems normal to me.
  
  Anyone who ever encountered similar problems before?
  Fact it is normal behavior before the tools patch 85211 applied?

  I think you misunderstandoog 3tier mode.
  3tier with AppDesigner connection is a direct connection to the application through the WSL port server, not on the Web or JSL port server or.
  So first WSL must be activate and port configured on the appserverver.
  Second, your client should point to WSL port (7000).

  The only thing that will cause links not working, that is if there is a positioned element by hiding links from mouse events.  In your case, it would be #footWrap div that is SUPERIOR to any other element on the page (with a z-index 3).  "But not' tell you, because div #body has also a z-index 3, to which I say" you forget that div #body is contained in the #contentWrap div that has a z-index of 2, so #body div has a z-index effective from 2-in regard to the rest of the page is concerned.   See the answer of Bruce.  I thought you meant mailto protocol.  If the suggestion of Bruce doesn't fix it, then set the HTTP and HTTPS protocols to be handled by IE.

  Turning Javascript power is a work-around.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  My iPhone (iphone 6s 128 GB) updated to IOS 9.3 overnight. Now the links no longer work.

  For example, in Safari, if I google something and click the link, the Safari browser all crashes.

  Also, when I click on the links in my email, I have the same problem.

  I tried to reset the cache - that changes nothing. Just the 6s freezes.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  It is a well known problem with the recent release of iOS 9.3, Apple is working on a solution. You can solve the problem for Safari by disabling Javascript, to do this, go to: settings > safari > advanced > then disable 'Javascript '.

  That should fix the links in safari. If this does not work, then you can also change your search engine "Bing" (I know it feels like a stupid thing to do) and also erase data from site. "

  As far as I know (and I recently spent 30 minutes in line with apple, trying to find a work around) there is no solution yet to the problem with the links in messages, safari, notes, etc. So we'll just have to wait for an update.

  Your other option is to do a restore in iTunes, but I have my doubts about it as the operating system would remain at 9.3 (respective of iOS of the backup) so I think that the fault would stay or simply remake surface.

  I am running Linux on my HP Envy 14 (kernel 2.6.34). The backlight of the screen always remains 100% light even on battery or using a power energy efficient plan, sucking my dry battery without delay.

  Obviously, brightness controls do not work. I had a look at/proc/acpi/video had a look at the information of brightness, but only records there are GFX0 and PEGP, none of them contains a subfolder of the LCD. :-(

  It seems that the brightness information is stored in:

  • GFX0/DD01/brightness
  • GFX0/DD02/brightness
  • PEGP/DD01/brightness
  • DD02/PEGP/brightness

  Writing '50' in these files (for 50% brightness) does not change the brightness. Interesting detail: xbacklight now ISC brightness was 50%, but it's not. Directly with xbacklight brightness adjustment does not work.

  I suspect that this is a problem of switchable graphics or BIOS.

  Any suggestions?

  Good news, everyone! I compiled the last openSUSE 11.3 kernel 2.6.34 and applied the maintainer of Ubuntu kernel patches and now I had controls backlight works, yay!

  Your bearing works... because the link, ime that leaves the layers themselves as an option. Add a new layer (above the base layer that everything is on) then place the bearing and test.

  Thanks for the screenshot, I don't check far down enough before. Lollipop, touching one of these links shows the icons for different applications, but the Firefox icon only downloads the file and it does not play in the browser. But whatever it is, direct links certainly work vs play via a player on the page.

  I get the same results on my desktop and laptop computers.

  Both are XP 3

  Both had 11 Flash.

  I uninstalled 11 on the laptop and I went back to 10, but that did not help.

  I know I have seen the videos of rohazelton a few weeks ago.

  I don't remember when I finally discovered a cwtv video, but I know that I have in the past.

  I spent hours Googleing the problem, but I have not found any that fix it.

  I changed my Google search words for the problem and found a few new links. It led me to another post on this forum:

  1. Close the browser windows
  2. In Explorer, navigate to the following folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ (the best way to do this is to type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the path of the Explorer bar).
  3. Remove the Macromedia folder
  4. Then, go to the Adobe folder and delete the folder 'Flash Player' inside.
  5. Finally, go to "c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash" and look for a file mms.cfg.  If it is present, please rename it.

  Once done, try those sites to reoffend.

  First of all, I went to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users data no. Macromedia file here.

  Then I went to C:\Documents and Settings. Default User data found and renamed the file Macromedia...   It does not solve the problem.

  Finally, I went in C:\Documents and Setting\Owner (is my user name) change Data found and renamed the Macromedia folder.

  Clicked on my window of browser cwtv.com to recharge, and I couldn't believe my eyes (and ears)!  It worked!

  After the test, I saw that a new Macromedia folder has been created.

  I cleaned by moving my old file of Macromedia Shockwave folder, renamed for the new Macromedia folder and delete the old.

  iPhone 6 s 128 GB started having the same problem. Updated to ios 9.3 always the same.  As many have done, I tried all reasonable things to solve the problem. Nothing has worked so far.

  He isn't supposed to go back to factory settings and then restore, seeing the number of people having the same problem, it is obviously that a problem Apple should fix the problem.

  Apple knows that the update is screwed up and they are working on a fix. You may be able to get help here the issue of links in Safari.

  I don't necessarily agree with this statement. If you backup regularly as you must and should do this just before the update, and if you restore the device to factory and then restore the backup - and if it solves the problem, which is not supposed to on this?

  Even in the best of cases, when the overwhelming majority of the people to day without problem, a small percentage of users have problems and restore can solve these problems for them
