Some messages in the Inbox are sent to my smart mailboxes, incorrectly

Some explain how I can get some of my incoming mail to stop going to some of my smart mailboxes I. I obviously did something, that this problem only has to occur. Other rules that I work very well.

Smart mailboxes do not actually contain mail. They point to the messages that meet the criteria, you assign to any mailbox that they reside in. Change you your smart mailbox and compare to the messages that you say do not belong.
Smart mailboxes have nothing to do with the rules. So is it SmartMailboxes or rules that you have problems with?

If you have the file somewhere on your hard drive, export and import tools it will be important back to Thunderbird.

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox (if you can), and move the messages you want to record off deleted items and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.
Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
With OE closed, find the Deleted Items.dbx and Sent Items.dbx files and delete them. New files will be created automatically when you open OE.
Compact all folders as described below.
To avoid this in the future:
Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

No content appears suddenly when I click on some of the items in the Inbox. For the rest, I get the code, rather than normal text, and the content is not related to the sender/topic. Trash folder disappeared entirely; but when I rechecked a day later, it now seems normal. No luck with the Inbox. I read the suggestion of a repair/properties/right click, but my right click on the receipt/property box does not turn upward a repair option. I am running version 24.4.0. Help!
The answer is to click with the right button on the back of the problem, and then select Properties. Then click on the button labeled File Repair.
I don't know what you do not see this option.
Be prepared to lose messages if the corruption is too bad to get back them. Then read this article on how to maintain your records to avoid the problem in the future.

Impossible to delete some messages. Some are in the same domain. Should be spam. The settings have not been changed.
To solve the problem, I signed in Microsoft Outlook.com and managed to delete messages as well as notify Microsoft about junk e-mail. So far, when you use Windows live mail, I received an email from the same source as before and was able to remove it.

I can manually delete messages, but this is a time-consuming operation.
I can empty the deleted items folder, but I did not have this option in the Inbox or sent items folders.When the Inbox is open, highlight an email.
Then just click on the "Edit" menu at the top, then choose 'select all' which will highlight all the contents of this folder.
After return to the Edit menu, then choose 'delete' and all these emails will be deleted.
If you do not want to delete all the emails, but to delete e-mails in mass.
You can also simply click on an email, then hold down the 'CTRL' on the keyboard and continue by clicking as many messages as you want (they are all selected) then right click and choose 'Remove' and all seslected emails that you clicked will be deleted altogether.

I recently changed my googlemail password and saved a nine on Thunderbird. However, when I try to delete mail messages or my project all the files they reappear again and I have to go in googlemail to remove. I can delete in the Inbox and sent folders (even if I was prompted to enter the password for each of them at the start, but I have received no invitation for projects and all messages. I don't want to change the settings regarding where these messages are stored.
I thank very you much for your useful replies. I checked all the settings and they were as you described. Removal of all mail is not important and can be done, if necessary, from Gmail. I have overcome the problem of the drafts folder by changing the destination folder in the drafts IMAP that allows me to remove both Thunderbird and Gmail at the same time, which is what I needed. However, I still do not understand why change my Gmail password should have caused the problem in the first place!

Then the application Mail (version 9.2) in El Capitan keeps about a week of messages in the Inbox. This is different from what I experienced in the Mavericks and earlier versions. Is there a way to fix this for all e-mails are kept unless that specific deleted?
This isn't a 9.2 e-mail feature in itself. Some settings must be changed at the same time. Mail is not a parameter to mail to disappear of itself, but it could be defined mail disappear other systems or devices access the same mail server and account.
It can be caused by access to an e-mail account via IMAP on some systems / peripheral (s) and POP on other (s), according to the system of POP/device settings. (For example, if the system/device access via POP is set to delete messages from the server after a week, then ropes/devices to access the server even not see messages after the device/system POP them deleted from the server.)

How to transfer messages from the Inbox to another mailbox?
I need all the messages in my Inbox that I do not delete to access a specific mailbox. An alternative is to send all incoming messages directly to this mailbox. I can't find a way in the preferences to do this. Is there a way?
Reason: Inbox is not synchronized in iCloud. When you use the MBA and scatters messages manually I have to start over all when the iMac. And the messages still in the Inbox of the computer, that they have been downloaded are not in the other computer.
