  It probably wasn't your bank. They ask you for the details of the account confirmed that you were you? If yes you have given access to your account to someone else. Contact your bank directly and discuss with them.

  Set up Apple pay with a debit or credit requires that you run through a security process with the issuer of your card or the Bank. Even if someone has your credit card number or debit, they would not be able to create a fake account Apple pay to run with him. Similarly only your devices to pay registered Apple can be used to make payments on your accounts.

• Did someone hacked my email account and send an e-mail apparently from the same IP address?

  A few days ago, I sent and email to myself in the evening.  When I woke up the next morning that the e-mail was in my Inbox as 'read', but there was the same email not read in my Inbox, but sent to 2 hours before I woke up.  I'm afraid that someone has hacked my account.  How I know this?  I checked to see the 'message source' two emails.  Apparently they both have been sent from my ip address (I think).  I do not understand a lot about this stuff, but I saw that the first 5 numbers of the IP address has remained the same, the last 5 numbers has changed.  Then I compared it to other emails I sent from this computer and it seems as if the same thing happens, the first 5 remain the same and change the last 5 numbers.

  So, any ideas to help me understand this mystery?  I have a pattern that someone hacked my account recently, that's why I suspect this.
