Someone is duplicating my account

I received an email in my junk with the same Hotmail account like myself. It seems to have originated in the Brazil. When you try to BLOCK the message appeared "cannot block the own account."

Of course concerned because I have not received emails expected in the past week. How can I prevent that person to reproduce my account name and how is it possible

I suspect that what has happened is a spammer grabbed your email somewhere that it uses to send email.  Spam is everywhere on the internet and there is very little you can do to stop using it.  You can block the subject of emails by creating a rule (if there are all the same subject) and you can report them using the below
