• Could someone please help me with a problem I'm having with my update s/ie window?

  I was trying to find a way to get help with my concern about internet/window update of. 99% of the time when I'm in train to get updated window or check the mails on yahoo and a few other sites, my page is immediately closed. I tried to delete the cookies and files and restarted and system restore and reset my IE as well. Nothing works, and I know that I need some updates (would be nice to be able to check my email yahoo also).

  This is what happens in detail:

  I type in the Web site window update and as soon as he gets it closes immediately. When I type in the website of yahoo and then click check mail it closes immediately. There were a few other sites, but these are the 2 most important for me. I have no error code and no warning, just boom that it is gone and everytime I try to bring everything back up, it closes. I did everything I could and I am at a loss.

  Could someone please help me if I can get things and finally be happy and not so stressed. This happened for some time now. I tried to contact technical support, but I can't ever get a straight when clicking we answer contact as normal websites don't. So I try here.

  Please help me solve this problem... also I "think" I have IE 8? could be 7, but I think that 8. I can't because it messes up my computer.

  The resume loader, this is what is used when returning from hibernation.
  When the system boots, it checks if the computer has been in hibernation or
  not.
  If it has been in hibernation, winresume.exe load and try to mount the
  file Hiberfil.sys
  Hiberfil.sys is what has been stored in memory at the time of the machine
  hibernated.
  When WinResume attempts to load the hiberfil.sys, it fails (the
  Maybe corrupted file Hiberfil.sys)
  She then asks if you want to remove this hiberfil.sys and start normally,
  do not attempt to resume from hibernation.
  It loses any active data that has been stored in this file and not
  nowhere else.
  For example, an application that was opened that was given in it which was not
  nowhere else recorded on the computer when the device was put into hibernation.

  There are a few things, you can try to get past that take over the screen.

  1 press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You must press F8 before the summary screen is displayed.  This should birng upward from the Advanced Boot Options screen.
  In the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to select last good known Configuration and press ENTER.

  2. If you have a PS/2 keyboard try it.  Most likely the USB drivers are not yet loaded at this stage of the boot process, so a USB keyboard does not work.

  3. If this does not work, you can try to clear CMOS.  You need visit the web site of the manufacturer to find out how, or the manufacturer of the computer if it is a pre-generated system or motherboard manufacturer if a system tailor-made.

  4. one other thing to try would be to boot from the card mother CD or the manufacturer's CD.

  5. you can also try going into the BIOS and defining everything by default, save and exit and then see if it will work.

• Nightmare of Customer Service - the billing department - someone please help?

  I've been a customer of creative cloud for years. I recently acquired a new credit card and cancelled the card that was used for my automatic monthly payments to Adobe. I logged into my Adobe account and updated my payment information. When my date of payment, the payment does not pass. I said, 'maybe I made a mistake and typed a wrong number", so I logged in to my Adobe account and updated the information of payment again. This did not help. My horrible experience with customer service began this day - April 20, 2015. The nightmare continued for more than a month and I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and chat with customer support. I contacted my Bank, USAA, double - twice they told them me the only reason why to come through Adobe charges denied is that the address that adobe has for me the file (my old address) does not match the address associated with my new credit card (my new address). I have to update address with my new payment information, but apparently do not have access to update the address what adobe has for my account.

  I was told that my address has been updated countless times, but the automatic payments continue to be denied to my Bank and my Bank reports the same problem - the address sent by Adobe at the request of the accusation is incorrect and does not correspond to my current address.

  When Adobe Support sends the generated mails automatically titled "Adobe case Update" and providing a link to a "Customer Support Portal", my OLD ADDRESS is obviously at the top with my name. My OLD ADDRESS, even though I was assured and reassured many times my address has been updated in the system. The only thing I can think is that address only is not updated on all platforms, especially in the Department of billing and payments.

  I'm just trying to pay my monthly bill of the Adobe Creative Cloud. How can something as simple as to update my address on my account have taken more than 8 hours of my time over the last 5 weeks?

  After a clean install, I lost my beautiful environment of Bluetooth on my laptop Sony vgn-bx51-vn in 2005 (a laptop that is like finding teeth of chicken on the Sony site).  I did a smart thing to keep the "Toshiba" Bluetooth file when I finally removed the windows.old folder after the re-installation.  Only smart because it allowed me to compare models with a pilot of 'original' newly downloaded and files utility (including msi files) Sony - the result was that there are a lot of files that is different.

  They newly installed drivers grumble horribly subject knowing incompatabilities with Win 7 (which is just a skin on top of Vista... or so I thought) and refuse to carry you.  They subsequently take you to Toshiba where you end by abandon the search for any useful help in spite of being a good faith user - no?

  Cut to the Chase.  Can someone please help to get the drivers/utilities on my Sony notebook by hook or crook.  NB. I hope just to aspire to the use of Bluetooth for something useful someday but am also irritated by the cul-de-sac which is software policy.
