Start/run has no option execution (fixed). Safe mode blocked with user and password of accounts screen has obscured the users. I never use passwords on this computer. Wuauclt.exe and ccsvchst.exe? using large cpu time. No unusual RSH file. Restore points do not work. protected my norton 360 found nothing. has run Norton power eraser to erase and scan security of ms that is not found.
