  I want to thank you for taking the time to write this easy to follow the answer. I went directly to the folder via the specified path, tire/secure the 2 files deleted and found I could enter a new master pw without any problem.
  I also read that this (and the previous) FF master pw modification is not allowed...
  Well, damn. Guess that's why it is important to read the instructions FIRST.

• Something very wrong with the support of ACR 2015.6/6.6

  So I installed the last LR update yesterday. Don't think much on this subject that I have never had any real problems with the Adobe software.

  Tonight, I was going back on some old footage, from 2014, taken with my Fuji X - E2 I had converted to DNG in the native of Fuji, RAF RAW files using either the LR built in DNG converter or the stand alone DNG Converter.

  All the images in many cases dated back as unreadable. So I opened LR 5.7.1 and all these images are very good.

  Then I opened bridge CC and get the same result. Damaged or illegible images. Does not open in PS > ACR or ACR directly from bridge. Is even not displayed the image in Bridge

  I've since restored LR to 2015.5.1 and everything is back to normal for LR.

  But I'm stuck now without PS or bridge because I can't find a place to download the installer of origin without the most recent update. I'll post this in the forum of Photoshop.

• Commenting on - something very wrong with shortcuts for text correction.

  In Acrobat DC on the toolbar of comment, I chose 'enable shortcuts for text correction '. This allows you to

  Select text and press the 'delete' to put a red line through it

  Select text and begin typing the new text to replace (which shows in a comment box)

  It works similar to how Acrobat 6 CS worked, if I remember, although the selection tools SC 6 was much more robust.

  However, it doesn't "stick." Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works and then stops working. Right now I have the option "Activate" highlighted, have a word selected, press "delete" and nothing happens.

  Another behavior is that if I'm inserting text, the first letter I type is highlighted in the comment box and is replaced by the second letter I type.

  It's maddening. So I just had about 125 corrections to a pamphlet of entry and every time I had to use the mouse to choose the tool to do what I had to do, rather than from the keyboard.

  This can only happen for everyone, then, how do I know why it's happening to me? On OS 10.11.1.

  You can open it by accessing it in the Applications folder? If so, you may have a corrupt Dock alias. Click and hold the alias and make it about 1 inch away from the docking station, then release. Then drag the application in the Applications folder in the Dock to create a new alias. When you have a new alias, control - click/Options/keep in Dock.

  No idea how even specify what is wrong with this system. Here goes:

  About to go to bed. Set it up to reset (a common practice every two/three months). Everything is connected. Single screen unplugged the keyboard and laid on the floor, all thin connections, any reboots to 21% when I go to bed.

  Since then, nothing. Laptop does not turn on. Connect a charger and I see the screen casual flash tells me that both batteries are absolutely free of charge in them either. Repeatedly kept fresh in two, three, four days at a time. None other than the screen occasional flash.

  Almost as if there is nothing to charge up, nothing to the accusation. Something happened then that it has been reset. I'm completely exasperated as well. I think only a completely uneducated about this, is that for some reason, he stopped restarts. Essentially leaving the cell empty.

  Any ideas, anyone? Little broken hereby to be honest...
