  • Conexant HD audio presets and the external speaker connections

I have some doubt about this problems with queries?

    My laptop configuration:

    Name: Toshiba C640-I4014

    Processor: Intel Core i3 2330 M

    Audio driver: Conexant SmartAudio HD

Audio ports: two (1. Helmet 2. MIC)

    Speakers: Built-in stereo speakers

Outdoor speaker of Philips 5.1 multichannel (3 Ports = 2.1 channels, channels 5.1, Center)

After obtaining this devices were struggling on the connection of the external speakers with my laptop computer ports. First of all, I have connected the headphone portable at the port of philips 5.1 via the single cable after that that I had very low noise in the REAR speakers only done even do not climb on the subwoofer bass and other stakeholders like 2 ubiquitous speakers. Then,

I connected the laptop headphone philips 2.1 unique cable port. Now I'm getting all the sound speakers and subwoofer with 2.1 channel sound, but it does not work 5.1 channels multistreaming.

Then I thought that it will work connection is.

Port of portable headphones = on Philips Exteranl 5.1 speakers 5.1 channel port

Computer laptop microphone Port = port channel 2.1 external speakers Philips 5.1

None = Center port external speaker Philips 5.1 speakers

Then, after I tried to configure the Conexant HD SmartAudio driver, here's the problem,

    Problem 1:

Conexant Audio software is not configuration of the external speakers

For Ex: Two streams available on this audio driver

    * Classic flow

    * Multistream

Here, if I chose "Multistream" his does not work with external speakers connected laptop after removing the external speakers of his work with portable speakers integrated with multistream. But if selected with the mode 'Classic Stream' his work external speakers with subwoofer with all speakers even time and sound. But I need a 5.1 multichannel sound. I don't get this sound on my PC laptop Toshiba c640-I4014 with philips 5.1 speaker.

    Problem 2:

    Conexant SmartAudio HD speaker settings,

If connected to the port of the external channel speaker 2.1 also its projection on the headphones plugged symbol

If connected with port channel 5.1 external speakers not working not properly.

If connected with External headphone with MIC as its projection on the wired headphone symbol

After removing the cable from the speakers external then driver Conexant HD SmartAudio only displays as speakers connected symbol in the driver software. Its average single speaker connection working with built-in speakers or what?. If I tried connected to external speakers its projection in the just connected headphones.

After these problems, I have a doubt on my laptop and speakers with drivers,.

1 Toshiba C640-I4014 computer laptop support 5.1 channel speakers?

2 driver Conexant HD SmartAudio will support 5.1 channel speakers?

    3. why "Multistream" Mode does not work with the external speakers connected to the laptop?

So please read over problems after so help me on this question...

    Thank you!

  • Toshiba Satellite M60 - problem sound configuration for the external speakers 2.1

    I just bought:
"Creative I-Trigue 3400" 2.1 channel PC speakers for my PC laptop Toshiba M60.

My problem is that there is no sound in the right speaker.

    * Headphone/onboard speakers work very well
    * I have updated its (Realtek AC97) card drivers
Creative speakers work fine with my I - Pod
Creative speakers work fine with my laptop less expensive/Sour.

I have experimented with the settings of his Panel, including settings of Toshiba virtual sound without success.

    any help would be appreciated.

Closer examination, I noticed that there is a slight (millimeters) overlooking 'lip' above the headphone jack.

The creative speaker comes with a heavy input jack which gets partially blocked by this fake - my input cable using cheaper "thinner" solved my problem.

  • my computer reads that sound out of the left speaker, how to fix this?

I have the impression that the panoramic L/R is off but don't know how to fix it.  It's not just at the point where I play sound from my computer, but when I plug small. where can I find panoramic options? or whatever else might be needed to solve this problem? It is a Windows 7, has always been and its lenovo. Thank you!!

    Hi Ryan,
I would recommend going back to the basics.
You have removed realtec and you currently use generic windows drivers correct?
The sound card is on the motherboard, or installed on his own card?
If she has her own card he dethrone (while the system is off) then reposition the map making is secure
Once you determine that several otherwise work speakers/headphones have this same question, then pointing to a hardware failure.

  • Enter the external value in the while loop

Hello, I have the following problem. I am beginner labviewe and I created a simple program to record data and control a laser printer driver. The problem is:

at the beginning, I'm in the temperature values and current - they must be outside of the loop, because I want to include these start values in the header file that I add the file initially.

Then I go into the loop, but if the control is on the outside I can't change the value more.

So here's the question: what to do to be always able to change these settings without creating more control?

Sorry for the mess in VI, but I'm just getting started.

    Thank you very much

    Maciek

    Hello

A quick solution, create a local variable for the control to use in the loop. Best solution, plan to implement a state machine design model so put everything before the loop in the first State, before moving on to the main report (the stuff currently in your loop). In this way, you would be able to access the control of these two cases which is preferable.

    Hope that helps,

  • Satellite A350-how to disable the speaker internal while external speaker jack

    Hi all

Anyone knows how I can cut the House speaker while connecting to the external speaker?
I want to use my laptop in libuary, but when I plug in the headphones, the speaker still his, when I put in muted, the speaker and the headphones the two silent.
How can I configure the silent speaker, while external speakers can only keep silent?

    > Knowledge how can I mute the speaker internal while connecting to the external speaker?

I guess you have a Realtek sound card and Realtek HD audio Manager should appear in Control Panel.

Please check this Realtek HD audio Manager.
The speakers on the right tab, you will see the options analog & digital.
Right click one of the option and check if you could see a few options that provide a framework in order to mute the speakers.

You will also see the option called: the advantage of the device settings.
    Check this box too.

PS; my laptop automatically the internal speakers if the headphones have been connected.
I read in other threads that update the audio driver might help too, but first test the settings as mentioned above.

  • Satellite A30-921 PSA33E - no sound and the missing "speaker" icon

Some time ago, I lost the sound and also the missing "speaker" icon.
But the sounds in the control panel and all its grayed out. Restarted the system and everything has been restored.

Once again lost both and rebooted but is more than this noise of restoration. Icon was back at the helm of the tasks, but when you click on it, all greyed out.

Uninstalled the audio driver and used the disk utility to try to restore the sound, but does not work: visited the download from Toshiba site and I tried the Realtek driver, no luck. Checked with my Bios Update and I have the latest version.

    What is going on???

    If anyone can help...

    Congratulations to all.

    Hello

I think that you must first remove the old sound driver.
Check if there is an entry in Control Panel-> Add & Remove programs.

In addition, you should go to the Device Manager and should remove the sound card in the list of devices.
Just mark the sound card and remove it.
    Reboot the laptop.

After that restart of the operating system (Win XP) should start looking for a new device and should ask the audio driver.
This is the time to point the driver package, and files that you downloaded from the Toshiba European page.

Check to see if that would help!

  • transformed into external speaker output jack external microphone input!

Hi, 2 weeks ago, I bought a HP Pavilion dv4-3006tx. I tried with 3 different microphone to the laptop but the microphone does not work. The microphone to work on other computers. There is no problem with the microphone. In the sound control panel, the external microphone is displayed, so I guess that the pilot detected an external mic, but it's not. Here's what I've done so far to solve the problem:

    (1) I've updated the driver from the HP website with the latest driver. I consulted HP online agent.

    (2) I've updated the BIOS with the latest version of the software. I consulted HP online agent.

    (3) I checked all devices in the sound control panel and the external microphone as default communication device.

    (4) I checked the external microphone volume in the world. The volume is maximum.

    (5) I reinstalled the audio driver.

    (6) I tried to use a linux ubuntu on this laptop to check if a problem persists, and Yes, the external microphone still does not work.

    (7) I tried google several days on this subject and I found nothing. Perhaps no one is facing the same problem like me. That is why I would get help from HP here.

The internal mic works fine only problem with external mic. There are two jacks on the symbol of a laptop labeled for external speaker and another for external microphone. What's funny here is that when I plugged 3 helmet both decision they come to produce sounds. Is this a hardware error? Any other solution that I can try?

    Hi Maxi32,

The port of microphone on your model is designed for a headset microphone.

This port also works as a headphone port - it works as expected.

Here is a picture of the support page for your laptop:

Generally, these types of microphones have three black lines on the connector instead of standard for microphones and two for the headphones.

This document is for Mini series, but it's the same type of port:

  • No sound on internal or external speakers

No sound more via the internal speaker or speakers attached.  I can't think of anything whatsoever that I could have done to make this happen.  He just stopped.  I am running Windows XP Pro.  Someone knows why?

What were you doing at the time? Install software, change the settings of the hardware, download and installation of updates?

When you try to play an mp3 or wav file, you get any sound? Same goes for the videos?

First thing to try is re - install your audio drivers, either on the CD/DVD that came with your device or its manufacturer's Web site.

    See you soon,.

How sound my desktop computer Pavilion, Windows 8, with none of the external speakers?

It says no driver installed audio internal speaker.

Where can I download the audio driver appropriate?  Which audio driver would it?

When you request support, please provide the full model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq made thousands of computer models. Without this information, it can be difficult, even impossible to help you solve your problem.
