SourceFire search individual URL

Hello

We are deploying SourceFire, and I was asked to try two peculiarities of reporting/research.  We went just to 6.0.0.0 if that makes a difference.

Basically, what we find are the following:

(1) enter a user and find all URLs/IPs access

(2) enter a URL and find all the users who have accessed this URL (ideally on a specific calendar)

I tried for a few hours, but could not get either people to work properly.  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Hello

Try the search in the analysis > connections, click on Edit, search for initiator IP and so are looking for.  For the URL, on the search TAB left you have URL option.

Kind regards

  • Problem with the easy search engine url

I want that search engines to scan some of my pages that can currently will be achieved only with variables in the url, for example www.mydomain.com/home.cfm?m=fred. So I changed that link to the www.mydomain.com/home.cfm/fred (call this "google-friendly url"). On home.cfm, I check the value of cgi. PATH_INFO, and if it is not null, I analyze the characters after the last slash to get the value of my variable "m" (in this case, "fred").

The strange thing is that when I navigate the explorable url by google, my stylesheet is ignored and none of my styles are applied. When I use Firebug to look at the html code and css, I see this when inspecting any < div > tag:

    : root {ua.css (line 45)
    «"" "quotes: '" ' "" "" "" "" "";} "»

My global.css file is in the same folder (wwwroot) as home.cfm. Can someone tell me what is happening? Thank you.

Wild eyed guess here, but you may need to use full url paths for your
stylesheets and java scripts with this diet.

The idea being that, as long as you reference currently a relative path.
He is attempting to add this path to the URL, as the browser sees and
    find the resouce

In other words, the browser is looking for
www.mydomain.com/Home.cfm/Fred/global.CSS and the server said he
There is no file of this type.

  • Keyword.URL no longer works, default search uses it who is selected in the search box, how can I get this search keyword.url in the address bar works again?

just changed after the last update of firefox. It's very embarrassing because the address bar and search bar are two different entities.

CTRL + L moves the focus to the address bar

Ctrl + A then selects all the content
Ctrl + Del, or a plain Del, or Ctrl + X then deletes that content.

  • "client = badoo" continues to be part of every google search url, impossible to remove

A few weeks ago, I downloaded the badoo desktop software, but removed shortly after. I deleted most of his tracks as Firefox addons, extensions, search engine, removed all its programs on my computer, etc..

But whenever I have something with the google engine search in Firefox, a part of the url includes client = badoo, which means that it is still there. And it's very disturbing.

I'm at my wits end. How can I remove this boring piece of something? Nothing seems to work.

Some programs leave something of themselves, even after having been removed.

  • can not find the option to search my country only - was available on older versions

I was able to change the location of the research in South Africa only in previous versions. Y at - it an option that I am missing or it is no longer available?
    It's under 'Search tools' before.
    Thank you for this
    Bruno

    Go to this site:
    http://ready.to/search/en/

In a new tab, go to the page of specific research in the country. In this example I'll use Google ( http://www.google.co.uk ) UK, but replace all what you need.

In the search box type in:
    ABCD
    And perform a search.

Now take a note of the URL of search. in my case, the URL is
    https://www.Google.co.UK/?gws_rd=SSL#safe=off & q = CALL

copy/paste-all before (but not including) "abcd" in the box marked
the front of the search term: Url-template (prefix)
    In my case would be: https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#safe=off & q =
If something appears after as "abcd" (it is not in my example) that stuck in the box marked
the back of the search term: Url-template (suffix)
    Otherwise leave blank.
    In the box
the name of the search: ShortName
Type what you want to call the search provider, in my case it is "Google UK" but put everything what you like.

Now click on the 'Make the Plugin' button, the button should change to "Modify the Plugin" do not click on this, as there must be a link called
    OpenSearch Plugin < someone ' u called >
Click on that. Firefox will ask you to confirm the addition of the search plugin. Check to make the default plugin and click 'Add '.

    That should do it.

  • I can't erase the history of Bing search. Bing said that there is a problem with Firefox.

I recently discovered that I was able to clear my Bing.com search history with the exception of five searches all done one day. Give attempts to clear this message "we cannot clear history search now. Please try again later. "I'm able to clear search individually.

Customer service Bing suggest it was related to Firefox. I uninstalled Firefox and opened the site with another browser. No change.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this problem.

Thus, the two browsers that you tried to give the same error that Bing is impossible to erase history now? It does not sound like a problem of Bing in this case.

Note: I guess it's history on the site Web of Bing and not the Firefox search bar or a Bing bar.
