  QUESTION: How one preventing a collection of submenus to detach their respective section and the window of the document to the drift?
  
  The TRIGGERING factor: this phenomenon occurs after clicked the menu item which contains the submenus and submenus are occurred.
  
  Background: I inserted a menu bar vertical SPRY as a SPRY accordion in a model Dreamweaver. The above problem occurs when I changed the default Panel of my accordion SPRY from zero to one non-negative integer other than zero. Like the SPRY, SPRY Accordion menus bar are two completely different objects, I'm baffled by this accident.
  
  USEFUL TIP: This phenomenon does not occur in (3.0.5) FF or Safari (3.2.1). I would like to say that it is only in the opera (9.63), but as a user of Leopard without Windows installed, I have no way to test it in IE. What is happening in other versions of these browsers, I don't know.

  SOLUTION: This is not an elegant solution, but the detachment and drift problems disappear when an empty paragraph tag is inserted between the main content div tag and the tag menu bar ul. Control of browser compatibility for FF, Opera and Safari translates into zero errors.

  It took a few tries, but my intuition on the physical proximity of the menu bar and SPRY accordion may have been right. In any case, it is this assumption that led to this solution.

  REQUEST: now that we have a viable solution, maybe someone with more knowledge can find an elegant formula.

  Via the live chat, I got a useful tip... This has to do with the Organization of child pages in the tree. I had put them vertically on the relevant page (I wanted a submenu vertical). I had to put the child pages horizontally under the relevant page... not really logical or intuitive, but it works!

  I am very new script in LC, so I hit a wall on my last form. I am creating a form with a scale of 'leikert-like', however one of the stipulations (from my boss) is in this context of buttons are to be filled based radio which button is selected.

  For example, Question 1 has 4 radio buttons to choose: poor, fair, good, great. If the person completing the form selects poor, I wish the poor to fill background color. If someone chooses right, I would like to than this background color to be filled, as well as the background of the poor. Good selection would fill the colors of good, fair and poor; and selecting the big would fill the four colors.

  Someone has ideas of how / if possible? In my first tests, I got the button itself to change the colors, but not the background fill (which can be changed manually on the border palette).

  Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you!

  This also assumes that the value of each option button is sequentially numbered from 1 to however many boxes option you have.
  Now, here's the thing. I'm assuming that each radio button has a different color. You might code for the colors yourself in JavaScript, but I manually chose the colors through UI Designers. Once all the colors of radio buttons have been defined, select a radio button and go see > XML Source. Where we see the element, add the presence of the attribute = "hidden". Do this for each option button.   You can use property backgroundSize, but you must assign a percentage value it. As,

• How can I increase the height of the background overlay in my file layout.css?

  I can't find a way to broaden the background of a collection in my file layout.css. Here's what I have in my file layout.css.

  The dark background is going across the width of the page, but I would like to extend it down so it will go behind the line of down while leaving a line just below the bottom just regular as now. When I change the height of 87px to 120 px my Web page gets taller (I can scroll down again). Also, I changed the "repeat-x h' to fill, but who filled the box with the bottom and do not leave any space downstairs which didn't fill.

  How can I extend the dark background to 3 lines and have still a space below that dark is just the regular blue background? Thank you!

• Loading Menu Flash in the background?

  I have inherited a website with a huge menu flash system (2.5 MB) and would like to know if there is an elegant way to load it into the background of maybe an intro page that redirects to the home page after a period of time - or possible when the menu is done loading.  Thanks in advance.

  I should add that negative margins / positioning will be inevitably create many more problems than they solve.  Your page appears much longer than expected because something in your page layout has been positioned with negative values that distorts everything.  For a clean slate, start by removing or commenting all negative values in CSS to get back to a normal arrangement.

  Hi, Firefox requires units on the dimensions in the style rules, unfortunately it does not simply default to pixels. Try to add px:

  I'm doing the submenus (just background, no text) transparent. I use opacity: 0.3; (I know that I need to add more code to IE) in the css, but for some reason it works in Firefox, but it also makes the transparent text.   Use a transparent PNG as a background image, in this way, you don't have to change the opacity of the whole menu, and there for not changing the opacity of the text.

  Little trick there is hack IE in the css file of the Spry menu that set the background color to white (required for Iframe hack I think), delete it if you want to persevere transparency in IE6

• Request for Mobile Nav Menu - need to do a vertical accordion menu which contains the elements of vertical menu AND the submenu vertical.

  For a mobile site, I need to do a master vertical [menu] tab in the header of each page that has the following simple qualities.

  (1) all of the menu must be an Accordion widget (or something similar) which can be closed up in the upper part of the screen

  (2) the menu items should be placed vertically (obviously)

  (3) the SUB menu items should also be arranged vertically (for some reason any they out horizontally to the right why cannot they just fall down)

• How to ensure the background page images display correctly?

  Can someone point me in the direction of any good articles or tutorials that explain how to ensure that background image of page display properly in all (or almost!) browser screen widths?  I'm talking about the kind of images are larger, which fill or almost fill the entire screen - if I size them properly for mine (big portable computer screen), that they be not stretched in the lower screen resolutions.

  Regarding the problem with the image resizing in IE, is because IE8 and below require a height for the background image, (not so important with photos but necessary for graphics), otherwise the image when resizing the browser keeps the displayed initial height (see css).

  I also changed the image Center positioning as you have this game to focus on it.

  Css3 background image rules have also been moved under the IEFilters, it is mandatory for IE9, or IE9 would apply to the IEFilter and not the rule css3.

  I would like to know if it works for you.

• Background fill appropriate size issue of scrolling movement. Help, please...

  I'm having a problem with the background fill. I use at least a 2500px wide image. It seems that when I checked scroll, the image resized to fit the browser normally when I preview the page. However, if I turn scrolling off the coast, when previewing the page, the background image reduced by 30 to 50% and no longer scales to adapt to. As soon as I get back, see scroll even once, it then scales to fit as usual.  This also happens if I checked and then the value 0 initial and final scroll movement. Once again, it reduces the clutter and stops scaling to fit. As soon as I put any value in the initial and final query, it reduces the image.

  When you do the same above on a master page, using the same image, even with active scroll, the image isn't scaling to fit.

  This brings me to the second question. Custom background scrolling does not work. No matter what I put the values, the browser always scrolls the background image, even if I change the speed or direction, it remains at 1 and in the movement of top.

  How can I fix?
