SPSS Amos will identify Framework 4.0 (repair tool)

Hi all. I want to install the SPSS Amos on my Win7, but it won't start not because the installer doesn't recgonize Framework 4.0 on my PC. Each time after the installer has started, the message box "you need to install the 4.0 Framework" Pop out and Setup stops there.

I certainly framwork 4.0 on my computer as seen in winupdates and Control Panel. I have already tried using the Windows repair tool, uninstall and reinstall then, I think that the issue here is that the installer was looking in the wrong place. Can someone tell me where I should solve this problem?
Thank you!

Programs/repair registry cleaning tools are * all * snake oil. The registry cleaning is not necessary and dangerous. Let alone register and do not use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and what software record cleaning providers are trying to you convince to have used the registry entries is not really make you hurt.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner by mistake delete an entry you need is much greater than any potential benefit it may have.

Let me stress that neither me nor anyone else who warns against the use of registry cleaners has never said that they always cause problems. If they have always caused problems, they would disappear from the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry cleaner and never had a problem with it.

The problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it the essential * risk * to have a problem. And since there is no advantage to using a registry cleaner, running the risk is a very bad deal.

You should address your specific problems, and * not * looking for a tool that will find and solve all the problems.

  • Vista does not start, fails to Startup Repair indicating that the version of the operating system is incompatible with Startup Repair tool

I use a laptop Dell XPS M1330, under Vista Home Premium 32 Bit. The laptop froze, I tried to do a system restore, which did not work. Now the laptop goes into startup each time put on repair. A message window appears saying "Startup Repair cannot repair the computer automatically. Startup Repair window says "Startup Repair could not detect a problem. Diagnostics details say: Root cause found: the operating system version is incompatible with Startup Repair tool.

I tried to use the Dell Factory Image Restore to restore the system, but it does not end. I get an error message instead. There is no details, it's just a small window with an X and the Word error.

I also tried to use resettlement Dell DVD, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Vista does not start at all, not in either safe mode.

I just ran to the Dell Diagnostics tool, and that is to say that the integrity test of memory has failed... No idea how to solve this problem?

    See below.

My system has been slow with many stumbling blocks.

Registry errors are not the reason. There are a lot of possible
reasons, but the most likely reason these days is malware infection.

My antivirus is not find anything

Is what antivirus? They are not equally good and unfortunately
the most popular are among the worst.

In addition, a virus is one type of malware. What anti-spyware programs
    Do you run?

You keep all the programs anti-virus and anti-spyware to date?

and blockages worsen if I try to load internet explorer which now automatically freezes when I try to load a blank page.

Sure looks like a malware infection is likely.
