• Cannot scroll inside the drop down Menus

  I just got a new laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) HP, installed Firefox 11 (now updated to 12) and discovered that when using the touchpad (Touchpad Synaptics v8.1. Driver provided by Synaptics, version 15.3.29.0 as of 10/13/2011), I can't scroll inside the drop down menus.

  Click on the drop down menu to the search category. Use the touch pad to scroll through the list. Mine closed list and returns focus in the browser instead of scrolling of the list. It then scrolls the window of the browser instead. This works fine in IE. I tried the things:

  Safe mode
  Unchecking scroll smoothly
  Uncheck auto-scroll
  Uncheck the hardware acceleration

  And about all the various combinations of the above things. I also tried to restart Firefox every time I made a change. Nothing seems to solve this problem.

  Oddly enough, if there is a window of text within the page (as I write this), I can scroll than fine. Once I move my mouse out of the box, it scrolls the homepage very well. I don't think that it is a matter of the development following the mouse, there something to scrollable drop-down boxes that specifically seems.

  Also, I must point out that all the pages I have problems with work well in IE how they SHOULD work in Firefox.

  I had this exact problem, the same features of HP and the driver Synaptics. I went to synaptics site and downloaded their latest driver which is lower 15.3.29.0 for some reason any. There 15.2.20, I got this one for 64 bit since that's what I have. You must uninstall the 15.3.29.0 first because it is "newer". He now works properly in FF and IE and everything else. If for any reason any the last FF has a confrontation with the latest version of the synaptics driver and FF devs had to include a fix in the next patch.

• Satellite C660-1N1 - MS OFFICE 2010 starter GONE

  Just before I return this piece of sss... to the shop, I ask you for help. I recently bought the TOSHIBA Satellite C660-1N1. I got a MS OFFICE STARTER... (Oh, it's nice, I think).

  After you install the software from the hard drive, I tried hard to use the thing for a few days. Due to some problems, I decided to uninstall it with an idea to install or reinstall once more.
  BUT I HAVE NO IDEA where the configuration file. Maybe the particion of recovery?

  Question 1: Is it possible that the installation of MS Office starter files are stored there?
  Question 2: How the hell can I enter / start / open this particion recovery?

  Please help, I'm really desperate...

  Lol you can't install them separately because the MS Office starter pack is part of the image of Toshiba. The image is a package that contains the Windows operating system, a tool of Toshiba, drivers and 3rd party software as WinDVD, office, etc.
  So if you want to get that back, you need to install the image of Toshiba once again or you define the BONES to the point prior to the MS Office has been uninstalled.

  I was expecting "Subtracted the time" to display the difference between "Fixed time" and "currently".

  While it of countdown minutes and seconds as planned, the hours indicator is several hours off the coast of the expected value.

  The date "subtracted the time' is 1903, so it's time zero stamping.

  So basically, how can I get the patch for montrer.sss?

  Here are some of the things I've tried:

  I tried the 24-hour format. I have tried most every properties button.

  I tried to adjust the indicator "Subtracted the time" relative time in the properties. But I had two problems related to the definition of this property.

  In 'Default Edit Mode', the selections of absolute time and Relative are grayed out. So I couldn't change it, if absolute time was that all two blue grayed out and highlighted.

  Then I switched to "Advanced Editing Mode", played with the format of time codes Relative, absolute and digital and all that seemed to be getting was a red LED when I tried different combinations of "Insert into String Format". I had to go back to 99% of the time. When I don't have no 'come back' it made no difference in the result.

  Do not use a timestamp indicator.  Use a regular digital indidcator and set the display of relative time format.

• U2415, its port on the monitor using headphones (ongoing displayport) has an audible hiss

  I have trouble with two U2415 SSS monitors that I bought this week, when I plug headphones into the monitor there is a low volume generated from the monitor. When I plug the headphones in the respective computer audio port, there is no whistle - just silence.

  It is not a problem when playing sounds, but saw the helmet wearing while there is nothing else game is boring and it is hard to focus.

  The sound comes on displayport monitors, and the volume is controlled by the operating system (Win10 / OSX via soundflower).

  The computers and monitors are all on the same land/Jack.

  Is it possible to fix this? I am at a loss, and frankly the audio port on the screen is useless in this State. It would be nice to make it work, because it would mean that I could reduce the number of cables, I need to plug / unplug it when you move stuff.

  Headset must be connected directly to the computer, not on the screen. The U2415 user's Guide page 11 States, "use of the helmet is not supported for the line audio output connector.".

  

• JAX - RPC, Webservice and the dateTime type elusive everything

  I need to interface with a web service. I have no control over it, so I can't change the WSDL, the server, or something similar.

  One of the types of data used is xsd: DateTime, a guy who according to it (table 1, JAX - RPC support for data types), is not supported on J2ME. Of my research (on this forum and on the Internet), person doesn't use any date/time/dateTime any form or is ordered to change their WSDL so it it does not use if they intend to use a client on J2ME.

  If anyone has a clue on how to use it, because I said, I have no control over the server or the WSDL. Would be his replacement formatted by a string in the work in an appropriate manner or the JAX - RPC system would say it's the wrong type?

  I used wscompile to get static stubs for the service, I can't compile without figure this (Type has only primitive types, 'UNKNOWN' what wscompile replaces the unsupported types is not cutting it for obvious reasons). Temporarily, I've replaced 'UNKNOWN' with Type.STRING but I don't know if it will work (that's why I asked).

  OK, the base64Binary Type I used was Type.STRING. Then I just ran through the Base64InputStream.decode that does the job. I realized that two types do not work (wscompile is good for a general idea of how a web service must be implemented but horrible to the actual implementation) so I need to rewrite much of the code and decided to rewrite it so that it works better and is more clean.

  The simplest approach is the following:

  JSON object (something wrapped in {}) will be a QVariantMap

  List of JSON (something wrapped in []) will be a QVariantList

  Everything else (numbers, strings, boolean, etc.) will be a QVariant

  Everything will be a QVariant when initially mapped out, and you must check the types with canConvert (Type) and use the methods toXXXX, that all return values (http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/qvariant.html) to get the respective types and use the data.

  What is the difference between the time that you set, and what you got back?

  If it's basically the difference between the hour GMT (time zone 0) and your time zone (GMT - 6 hours where I am, for example), then it is probably a problem with the time zones.

  I ran into the issue before the implementation of the RIM of the PIM database.  You book a date, and then bring it back, and it is now offset by the time zone difference.

  Seems to me that you have a difference of 5 hours, which would be time GMT-5 or right side?

  Here is an excerpt of code that we use to set the date for the PIM mess.

  I have a Site to site VPN (Site A - Site B, 10.0.0.x - 192.168.0.x) assets and also have the requirement to transfer TCP 3389 on a Server Terminal Server Services from outside of port.

  I have the nat statement-

  IP nat inside source static tcp 10.0.0.78 3389 3389 0 dialer interface

  on the side has and can now get through the public(dialer 0) IP address directly on the server (10.0.0.78) I also can RDP to 10.0.0.78 of the Interior of the Site a, but cannot RDP of Site B to 10.0.0.78

  I can ping 10.0.0.78 fron B site and currently there is no firewall on the computer but it does not work.

  As soon as I remove the static NAT statement, I can RDP to bottom of Site B (the tunnel) at 10.0.0.78

  Is there a way to put in place so that two remote (internet) clients can RDP to the server AND the clients of tunnel?

  * Note the Tunnel customers can get on ok via the public IP address if static nat is present.

• How to call out are routed to a branch

  I'm looking for help in the understanding of outgoing calls how to a branch of work. I want to know what command/config on the router or call handler causes an outgoing call to be routed through a branch router fxo or trunk T1/SIP at Headquarters and what is shown on a recipients caller id. I have a new branch I want to when a call is made, it ask a FAC since the call manager at HQ but it is advisable to use the FXO lines and the recipient would only see the number associated with the line FXO and HQ not long-distance lines. What is happening now is sometimes the FXO lines are used and at other times, the line T1 to used headquarters. It appears however not sure algorithm that who and where this is done. See excerpts below. Any help would be appreciated.

• NAC 4.8 adding to the case because of the cam

  Hi all

  I threw a half because of the NAC installation and this is my first deployment of the NAC, I feel a little overwhelmed.

  I read the installation guide for the devices from the back to the front, but I have a problem after the addition of a case to the cam.

  I am able to add the case to the cam successfully, but almost immediately, the case and the cam can no longer ping between them in the cli.

  the States of event logs that the heap in connected to the cam, but newspapers then an error that the cam is unable to push the registration to the CAs. from this point, I get several questions of event log indicating that the case is out of sync

  I copied a part of the nac_manager.log which show the connection process:

  I've followed all of the installation guides recommendation of the disconnection of the interface untrust on the CASE and there is no HA configuration currently...

  What I don't understand is the inability of webcams and cases of ping each other, but they can ping other devices on the network. The SCA and the cam are in different VLANS.

  Any assistant to a guru of the NAC would be greatly appreciated.
