I have sony vaio fw notebook computer series. the problem is that a week ago my laptop keyboard did not work properly, his work of sttops not all but a few keys and I stop directly by using the power button / stop and then I turn it on after day and the computer started to freez. I though I could get rid of this by restoring the complete system and I did it by using the recovery disk that I created at the firrst time I've had this laptop. during the recovery process, my laptop crashes twice but in any case, I managed to do thanks to a system of complete restoration and after that when I turn on my laptop, then it worked fine for 10-15 minutes but after that it started to freeze up again. I had to stop it again using the button / stop and it happened about 5 - 10 times, after that I decided to do a full restore using the restore disc. as I was doing that the process is not complete because it crashes when I do this. Finally, I managed to do a full system restore after more than 10 + time and guess what it lights up then my laptop crashes completely. I can't open anything... mouse works very well but if tried click on any program then you can not click on it, please help what should I do now... p.s, my computer works fine in safe mode with networking, but in normal mode its completely freeze

Captivate 5.5 - event video freezes after completion
Hi all
I am trying to create e-Learning courses.
I want to have a video in a slide. Here are my requirements:
(1) video should be a video of the event.
(2) I need to control the video of the event with the controls of the player project is to say there should not be two player controls
(3) at the end of the video, the course should go to the next slide
Note: I can't insert video slide corresponding to the duration of the slide. The goal is to use the video of an event like video slide corresponding to the duration of the slide.
Test 1: I've selected calendar as "precise moment" and enter the value equivalent to the duration of the video. Also check the 'synchronize with the project.
Issue here is that, whenever it is buffering, time differences and the progression to the next slide slide, before even the video ends
Test 2: I selected the date in the form "video time" and checked the 'synchronize with the project.
Issue here is that the project is frozen after the end of the video and does not progress to the next slide. Even the manual control of 'Fast forward' or 'Play' will not work.
Tried to change the blade that is identical to the duration of video duration timing less than video and more video. There is no use.
I understand that it's complicated. Any idea or suggestion to remedy this problem?

I couldn't find the reason why even the video hangs after completion while setting the date in the form "duration of the video.
However, I found the means to my needs.
I added the video of the event. Hourly, has selected rest of slide and disabled the "slippage to break until the end of the video" checked synchronize with the project.
From now on, there is no problem.

Manager of recovery is not so I can't do anyting with the laptop now. Any ideas how to solve this problem. Any help is appreciated. THX

I understand that the Recovery Manager doesn't have on your laptop. And your laptop crashes or hangs sometimes.
You can start the laptop into Windows now? If the laptop is unable to start, try the last link on this document: HP - computers perform a recovery of the system (Windows 10) HP

Star Wars 15-an002ns: SSD installation socket m2

Recently I bought HP Star Wars Special Edition laptop for laptop - 15-an002n, which comes with 1 TB of HDD. I think it is too slow for the overall power of the rest of the components, and I intend to install a SSD for the OS. Consulted the manual, I see that the laptop has a blank m2 socket and some versions include an SSD there:
M.2 SATA-3 (NGFF):
● SSD 256 GB, 2280, M.2, SATA-3, TLCI installed some other SATA III SSD, but never a type m2. My questions are:
1 are there compatible with lower capacity models? I want to just install the OS here, so it would be enough with M.2 128 GB SSD.
2 how the BIOS will recognize the new drive as primary drive? I need to change the settings?
3. I alter anything else in the computer. This update will void the warranty?
4 is recommended for installed the OS from scratch in the new drive or could I use disk clone software? In this case, which?

Currently, there is a problem with end users not being able to get this empty housing to recognize a M.2 WSSD drive added after delivery to the details of the laptop. Technically, the trying to jeopardize the warranty but who never stops the hard core of the valuation. So for the time being, until HP provides an answer as to what is happening with m2 slots, I do not recommend that you do the upgrade. If you want to go faster, I recommend that you install a SATA 2.5 inch SSD in place and place of the mechanical hard drive. Even that, however, will show warranty issues.

Alienware Alpha refuses to play Star Wars Battlefront 3
Not too sure what else to try...
Bought a copy of PC of Star Wars Battlefront 3 of Dell.
He arrived, installed original, installed the game, but the game would not load (game seems to be gray out originally). Installed on my Media Center PC Battlefront (i5 / 16 GB-RAM/GTX770SLI) and it will start and play without any problems.
Went back to my Alienware Alpha (i5 / 8GB - RAM)... Upgrade to Windows 10... still has not loaded...
Experience of GeForce uninstalled and reinstalled and updated drivers for the last... Still has not loaded...
Updated RAM on my Alienware Alpha from 8 GB to 16 GB (ordered through Dell... shot in the dark)... Still load the game...
GeForce experience sees the game, but is unable to optimize or restart...

Windows sees the game as being "set up" and is unable to launch...

The last one that you listed is the security chip v 2.0 TPM which is not supported for W8 or earlier operating systems.
So there is no drivers for this device, as they are only included in W8.1 and W10. Having this device not installed will have no negative impact on the functioning of your laptop in W7.
I'll post the links to drivers, according to me, you need in the order you posted the ID. But first, install the smbus controller driver and restart.

I have HP laptop special edition of star wars which has two Intel HD Graphics 520 and graphics Nividia 940 M.
What I want is that completely disable the graphics card intel and using only nividia graphics card.

OK, I have an Acer (aspire 6939) with windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and a mobile intel (r) 4 searies express chipset family all my drivers are fully updated, I tried to ask compability mode all windows for win 98, me 2000 xp sp1 and 2 and vista 1 and 2 I've updated the game patched all made troubleshooting and landmarks of there web site and still I is via the menu main starts the game up and I get this program does not work properly! Please help, I am at my wits end resources and Im ready to go mac because it gets rediculas! I was a PC man all my life I hate mac but I paid a lot of money for this game!
