• Starkey Halo 2 streaming quality, compared to other devices (especially to the Muse / SurfLink Media 2)

  I am considering buying a pair of hearing aids Starkey Halo 2 - and an iPhone to chase them! Does anyone have comments on the audio quality when streaming to the iPhone?

  I am particularly interested in how it compares to what you would get with a pair of hearing aids Starkey Muse, streaming from a media 2 SurfLink (which is apparently better than you get with the Starkeys of the Z series because of an improved codec).

  Comparisons with other devices (for example, Widex Unique + TV - DEX, or Phonak Audéo V90 + ComPilot II) are also welcome.

  My audi has said no, BUT if you "hear" something different, please advise!  Looks like a real missed opportunity for me!

• Starkey Halo 2, 6s and Honda Handsfree link iPhone?

  I am a new user of Starkey Halo 2 i2400s (like them!) with iOS 9.3.1.  I had a problem with the link file between the HAs and the phone.  When it falls, I can't get alerts in my AP or disseminate content to the HAs, and audio phone won't the HAs, although iOS chose "Of Sam hearing aids" as the audio routing.  I'm not new to the joys of Bluetooth technology and have really rubbed my BT environment, eliminating any BT connection (farewell keyboard, etc.).  Now the BT link between phone and HAs standing and TruLink works (especially).

  But when I get in my car, the HA link <>phone is lost.  The 2011 Honda agreement has Link handsfree BT and had been linked to my phone.  I deleted this profile of BT and each profile that knew the car, so the phone is not pairing with handsfree Link, but it still breaks the link HA <>phone.  When that happens, I can't find any way to restore the link without saying iOS to forget devices, restarting the HAs and rematching.

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

  If I understand your message every time that you are in your car you already linked to your iPhone via bluetooth, it is then disconnect your hearing device.  I suggest that you reset the network settings on your iPhone in order to get this matter resolved.

  Reset the iPhone. Go to settings > general > reset, and then choose an option:

  • Reset network settings: When you reset the network settings, the previously used networks and VPN settings that have not been installed with a configuration profile are deleted. (To remove the VPN settings installed by a configuration profile, go to settings > general > profile, select the profile, and then tap on delete.) This removes also other parameters or the accounts provided by the profile). Wi - Fi is turned off and then on again, disconnect from any network you're on. The Wi - Fi settings and "Ask to join networks" are lit.

  My hearing aids Starkey Halo need bluetooth for streaming with my iphone. Worked fine until I updated my phone to ios 9.3.1. Help! I use this function by calls, the streaming of music and audio books.

  You must contact the support of Starkey to see if their devices are optimized to work with iOS 9.3.1. They would be the ones who you explain. If this isn't the case, you may have a problem, because Apple does not support downgrading from iOS. You might also need to re-pairing after iOS update. Starkey should be able to explain that for you as well.

• Starkey Halo 2 passes to 'Flow Boost' memory state when the iPhone received incoming calls.   Is it possible to change the setting.

  I just got my Halo 2 a few days ago Starkey.  I noticed that when I get incoming calls on my iPhone 6, Halo 2 switches in position of memory 'Stream Boost' that increases the volume and picks up a lot of background noise.  Is it possible to change the default iPhone meets the memory of another parameter memory.

• Starkey Halo - Trulink update 2.2.1 - problems!

  Those of you who have the Halos of Starkey and use the Trulink application: I've just updated today to 2.2.1 and the function of which has gone completely haywire!

  First of all, my memories saved disappeared.  This isn't a major problem, as I had only a little and I know what were the parameters in which.  However, the part which does not seem to work at all; actually, it makes things worse!  I usually use a setting that increases the treble, it makes the sound more comfortable, but all I get is a no sound louder (and uncomfortable) question when the setting is saved.

  I just updated to 2.2.1. I also saw my saved profiles which disappear, but the information on the update indicates he was trying to solve a problem of database soon, so it wasn't too much of a surprise. Which works very well for me after the update.

  Please try the following-

  1 restart your phone. If this does not solve it...

  2 unplug the phone from your hearing aids and re - pair

• Theatre with Halo Starkey

  I had a horrible night at the theater last night with my Halos I test.  The sound was SO hard for me that I had to turn it down so I could not hear the dialogues.  I tried soon, setting restaurant and all the rest.  That someone has any ideas or any input?

  Could someone also PLEASE tell me how to post this question just for Starkey/Halo community rather than just hear?  I tried to find the answer to this but feel very stupid!

  Public areas are strong. Those of us who hear impaired may not realize how strong public and especially movies, spaces can be, until what we begin to wear hearing aids.

  You will want to check with your audiologist, which offer a framework to listen to your hearing aids to help with your experience of film of the film. There is probably nothing you can do yourself.

  Personally, I won't not at the theatres. Without subtitles, I don't understand the dialogue, even with hearing aids.

  I am deaf in both ears. The noise in my right ear is very similar to what comes out of a blown speaker. In other words, the sound is very 'muddy' or unclear. I wear Starkey Halo i110s.

  My hearing is not more clear. All hearing aids can do is make it sound stronger.

  I fear that the possibility of an application making clearer sound is probably quite low.

  There is an app, I've found that helps with music - SoundFocus (SoundFocus). You grant your ear headset, headphones or external speakers. I use it when I'm on a plane.

• Can you stereo audio input in an iPhone and listen in real-time?

  Well, it's rather a strange question, so I will explain briefly the background... I am a user of the hearing and I'm considering the purchase of hearing aids new fantasies that are capable of connecting to an iPhone (wireless via THE Bluetooth); This allows several things, including the ability to listen to the audio from the phone.

  I currently don't own an iPhone but wonder if buying one, as well as these hearing aids (Starkey Halo 2, if you're curious) might be a good option.

  The thing that is currently my attention is: is there a way that I could use this configuration of audio stream of (for example), a TV or a stereo directly to hearing aids? To do this I would need power audio * in * the iPhone and do share the same audio output for hearing aids. The audio input should be high enough quality and (especially!) in stereo, not mono; so we couldn't use the 3.5 mm jack. Ideally, I'd like to audio input via a digital SPDIF (PCM stereo) connection; If this is not possible then via a signal analog stereo level line (preferably via XLR, but failing that would make a jack or RCA). Another important thing is that (except what is inevitable due to the nature of the Bluetooth connection), this should be pretty low latency.

  I guess I would need some kind of accessory for this and perhaps also additional software.

  How possible it seems?

• How can I get through my hearing aids Halo text alerts?

  I recently bought halo hearing aids, my 5s, OS 9.2.1 rings through them very well, but I can't listen to the text or email alerts, ringtones of reading button is enabled and set to auto audio routing, any suggestions?

  If you don't have already figured that this out there is a setting in trulink not the phone. Go to settings in the application, the right top gear icon. In the appearance tab, you will see alerts, you can enable alerts there. 1 switch on the calendar, email, social turuns. Each application must have alerts in the iOS. I have not found a way to have a sound alert for text messages. I do not use trulink alerts, was a troublemaker that I receive so many emails.  I had a Apple Watch LIKE haptics for alerts. Text and phone calls. It is much less disruptive if I'm in a meeting or conversation as system sounds.

• Texture flickering on Halo 2 Vista

  Hello, I was see flickering textures in a pretty much dead game called Halo 2 Vista. As you the thought, it is optimized for Vista, but I'm on Windows 8.1. I did research on Google of this apparition, and everyone with this problem has a solution with the new Intel HD graphics card drivers. However, I couldn't get this fix because Lenovo products are OEM and the drivers on the Intel site were not created for such. But to get the latest drivers that contain the fix, I have to uninstall my current single and install the desired. Should I take action?

• A purple Halo on highlights

  I notice a few violet/purple halos around the blown highligts, is a known problem or is it my fault of sensor?

  The lens is a Zeiss 85 1.4, I know who has problems with chromatic aberration, but generally it is a change of blue/green. I saw only magenta Halo around the highligts...

  Microsoft has chosen to not release that on the Xbox360, so it won't come out on PC.

  Halo 2 will not let me install, whenever I decide to launch the installer, the following error message appears:

  The files are missing or damaged in the installation directory

  Although the CD is legitimate and my Halo 2 has been uninstalled successfully.

  I found the solution: repair the installation + redists CD = install. Thx for the good help.
