Start a song - ok, break a song - ok, Stop (end) a song?

Greetings,

Convince my wife that the ClipZip would replace its Sansa 200 series (total second one-ten years).  She bought the ClipZip

Has decided to play a song for the volume, good, but please tell me how to end the song.

Thanks, Mike

Press the top button (12:00) on the keyboard. This paused playback. Press again to resume. There's no downtime. He was not on the series e200 (or any other model of Sansa) either, so it works pretty much the same; just a different player in form.

By dictating the long notes on Mac using Siri, Siri will stop as soon as I take a little break. Therefore, the note ends abruptly. Any solution for this?

For long notes, you are better to use regular old dictation - under Mac OS for a few years now, Siri is not mandatory.

To activate it, go to "System Preferences"-> keyboard-> dictation. Once enabled, you can press the "Fn" key twice to activate and dictate the long notes in any application.

Siri is optimized for short, quick things. I don't think that you can change, you just use the method that is better to listen to what you want to do at the time (short notes, using Siri. Long notes, use dictation).

  • Fails to start repair, system restore breaks down

I have Vista Home Premium. Last week he forced updates to install, and since my laptop does not start.

Notice - can be found here: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/de-CH/vistahardware/thread/73f7be44-0722-42dc-8dd4-188697f6c64a did NOT work.

I tried to start safe mode and do a system restore - fails. stop at the line "crcdsk".

The Bootable repair disk does not work - I already ran Startup Repair from the Vista preinstalled on my laptop, and he arrived at the same point.

I ran chkdsk c: f, who found mirror TF (MTF) errors and fixed them. However, he cannot access d: which is where everything is written in (I have a HD 2 part apparently).

I managed to 'pull' some of my files on a linux system, so I hope I haven't lost everything. However...

    What should I do now?

I don't have a Vista CD with my laptop Sony Vaio, as it came pre-installed.

D: is normally the recovery disk to put it back to factory settings.

Check with Sony on this subject for your model.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  • El Capitan does not start after a freeze and a forced, bonded stop on the gray screen

    Hi all

I have a MacBook Pro 17 "late 2011, 2.4 Ghz, 16 GB RAM with OS X El Capitan installed, the latest version with all the updates." A year ago, I've had my Toshiba HDD replaced by Samsung SSD 250 GB SATA III 850 EVO and the Toshiba disk has been moved to CD using LMP disk Doubler Bay, at the same time, I had my RAM went from 8 GB to 16 GB of RAM, I have now. The OS X El Capitan is installed on the SSD. In this configuration, everything worked well, with absolutely no problem whatsoever. Sometimes, I ran disk utility to check both of my hard drives and no problem.

Unfortunately yesterday, strange things started going. First of all, I noticed some unusual glitches when you browse the internet with Safari. I'll try to describe the best I can because they lasted about 2 seconds, so I don't recall. In any case, all of a sudden, as if half right of my screen has shifted in the middle of the screen and it was wrong and image around was all damaged or distorted but legible. He'll be back to normal when I switched between applications or revealed the office displays the windows of all running applications.

It was similar to this (below) but much larger.

Then, I continued my work as if nothing had happened, when all of a sudden my mouse pointer disappeared and the system froze completely. It was just totally frozen, the time was not moving and the computer did not react somehow to the keys I pressed. Unable to do anything, I had to press and hold the power button to turn off the computer. After starting it again once I hear the ringtone, I see the gray Apple logo and the loading bar. When the loading bar reaches about 40%, a coloured horizontal line appears (see photo below), then it subsides quickly followed by a black screen, which is quickly followed by a blank grey screen with no Apple logo or the bar loading, just a gray screen Uni, where I'm stuck. The computer turns off by itself after about 15-30 minutes if I leave it like that on the gray black screen.

    The coloured horizontal line:

I can't start in safe mode or recovery mode.

I CAN only boot single user mode, Apple Hardware Test mode, the boot (by holding the ALT/OPTION key) Manager and verbose mode. Also, I can start on the Internet recovery mode but once the download is complete, it is stuck on the gray screen (gray screen with the Apple logo WITHOUT horizontal line-online quick clear-online stuck on the gray screen black screen)

After a lot of googling and reading, that's what I've tried so far:

However, during my fight, I could successfully arrives at the login screen, log in and use my MacBook for some time, about a half hour before the same thing happens, the mouse disappears and the system to freeze completely. I remember that both times where I was able to get to the login screen, it was after I had been in single user mode and typed 'Quit' or 'reboot'.

The above colorful horizontal line also appears in the single-user mode when I type "exit" AND I am UNABLE to get to the login screen later (photo below). It just goes to the gray white screen. Those two times when I was able to connect to exit single-user mode, the horizontal line colored is NOT appear in single-user mode.

WMConduitDirector.exe is a common process designating an executable program in the Microsoft Windows operating systems. WMConduitDirector.exe is an essential component of the windows operating system, which located in C:\windows\system32. I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

Could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
