Start apps for Apache meets/does not

I'm on 11.5.9 and work on the road to 11.5.10.2

I have completed all tasks prior update as in document 316365.1 .

I wanted to check that everything was still in a complete state before applying the 11.5.10.2 maintenance pack.

I stopped all services and databases with server idling.

I started all the services in the correct order as usual. The adstrtal.sh and the adapcctl.sh came out with a status of 0

All other services that applications are running, portal, discoverer, etc.. The page AppsLocalLogin.jsp just turns and finally reports back cannot be displayed does not.

I stopped the Apps, autoconfig is represented and rebooted and still no luck. I have however noticed that when I stop applications, I had "the Apache Web Server listening port does not work" (it is The PLSQL)
When I start them it is said from both and fate with 0, as it normally would.

I looked at the newspapers located in $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/logs/Apache and the error message:
TIMESTAMP [critical] (98) address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 8115

Not sure that should start looking for the incorrect setting or what to do next. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

Hello

Would be defined in the $APPL_TOP/admin/SID_NAME.xml file or is Apache port - this somewhere else?

It must be defined in the application context file and in the Apache configuration files (if you have run AutoConfig recently).

I compared the old .xml file to the new one and ports, all seem to be the same, 8115 is listed as oprocmgr_port and only used once. It's the same in the new and old files.

How would I check nothing else uses this port of the command line?

Use the command netstat or rpcinfo to verify this.

Kind regards
Hussein
