Start loop repair, Windows 7, RebuildBcd said that no Windows installs?

Windows 7 - ASUS G50 Vt - X 1 - after an uninstall of big, Windows will not go beyond the start screen. Given the possibility of using the Startup Repair, the console tells me that it cannot solve all the problems. Windows asks me if I want to use SuReP Console, it starts everything straight through. After using my installation disk to use other tools to repair, the function RebuildBcd tells me that there is no installation of Windows. I need this computer to work. WHAT I DO?

Hello

Start with a Windows disk.

At the command prompt (press on enter after each)

Bootrec /fixmbr

Bootrec /fixboot

Bootrec /scanos

Bootrec /rebuildbcd

Very often, after the foregoing (and similar methods of bottom) you need to run
Repair system TWICE - then run beboot towards the Windows disc and run again.

It is a serious mistake and "may" not be fixable without a professional technical support

PC is a Dell Vostro 1510, it is only a couple of years.

    Can someone please?

The initial problem was that the PC did not go beyond the page of Windows to start upward. So I had to do an installation of the Dell windows XP disk repair. But I couldn't boot from the CD, (even after changing in the system BIOS boot order) to work around this problem, so I had to disable the boot on the other upward options being - HDD, USB etc. so only if it start from the disc.

After completing the first part of the repair facility, the PC restarted to complete the second part of the installation, however I got an error message "the Kernel32.dll file is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

After some research, I solved this problem by using the windows recovery console to extract a new copy of the kernel32.dll from the windows XP disc. It seemed to work. The second part of the window repair facility restarted successfully, but now the problem is it will not complete installation, it gets stuck/not will not go beyond the 26 minute mark during the phase of "complete installation."

It has been full of hiccups. I'm not a person of computer tech at all, but have managed to get so far at this stage.  Can someone please please help, very much appreciated.
    Thanks :)

  • Loop of Windows 7

I have a Windows 7 reboot loop, which means that Windows is not able to start completely and will reboot before you reach the journal to step (so it goes no further than the phase 'Preparation of Windows'). During the startup, it says "cannot start Windows. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. "and then asks if I want to start Startup Repair tool or simply start normally. If I chose a normal startup, I have an incomplete boot. If I chose the Startup Repair, it runs properly but he finds no problem automatically (I'm also unable to use my mouse and my keyboard during this time).

I have an idea of what is the change in hardware or software that might have caused this: the operating system is trying to restore the RAID on my drives (I use 2 SSD in mirror, windows being on it and 2 HDD in mirror for most of the data) and then crashed before you finish filling.

I looked into a solution for the solutions of windows 7 reboot loop, but so far none have worked. I tried:
-to launch the using F8 startup repair. Unlike launched after they invite me on a normal startup, I'm able to use my keyboard and mouse here. However, the repair of the system said that it does not find any problem.

-to start safe mode. I encounter the same problem of restart

-to enable boot logging, and then access the log by using the F8 mode startup repair command prompt. The newspaper is not updated after boot fails, then it will probably restart before reaching the point where the file is written.

-to launch repair system from disc to install windows 7. However, he does not see any OS to fix (and I don't have access to the disk of the driver for the next few days). I tried to continue without selecting any OS, and repair seems to indicate it does something, but I still feel the same problem as before, when you try to start later.

-Copy the contents of the RegBack Windows\system32\config folder as suggested in the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139576-startup-repair-infinite-loop-recovery.html (after making a backup with the previous files folder). I noticed that I didn't have the same size of byte as those shown on the website I linked, but they were not empty (they were larger in fact).

I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and I have not had any problems with him these past years. Any idea what I could try to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Windows Installer error saying that my drive's mbr, although it is really TPG.

    Hello

I really hope you can help me with my problem.

I have a retina of Macbook pro mid 2012 with a 256 GB ssd, installed with El captain.

I am train via boot camp to make a partition with Windows 10.

Windows setup via a San Disk 16 GB USB 3.0 purchased for this purpose.

Everything going smoothly until the part where you install windows.

Boot camp every reboot my Mac it comes up with a black screen saying "Non system disk. Press any key to restart '.

No matter what button I press it is not restart. I found myself pressing the power button until it stop. Then put it on again and pressing the ALT key.

Here I have two options Macintosh HD or EFI boot. I choose to start EFI. Windows Installer starts.

During the windows setup process where you choose which partition you want to install top says (after that I formatted to ntfs):

(translated from Danish) "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is the MBR. In EFI systems windows can be installed only on GPT disks.

Funny, it's just that my ssd is TPG. My USB drive is as well, I tried formatting with my mac, a computer windows and Rufus. All said that it is the TPG.

I tried to format my USB drive and partition my ssd using only the discutility and not the boot camp program. Same result.

I tried to make the unallocated space on my ssd so that install Windows could make the partition it self (I read this discussion in here) does not work either.

I tried with gdisk and the terminal to do what was suggested in another threat here, but the terminal told me that the partitions were on top of the other or something like that. And who were my technical abilities and courage run out. I would ruin not rather my precious Mac and terminal gave a few warnings.

Can someone help me? I would be very grateful.

You have a few different questions.

    1. your drive is a GPT with a hybrid MBR disk. Check the output of the following command in Terminal

    sudo fdisk/dev/disk0

    2. If you choose to boot from USB EFI and BCA creates a hybrid MBR, you will get the error you describe.

    3. your USB drive isn't supposed to be TPG, it takes a FAT/MBR.

    4. When you press the button works / stop, the partial installation of Windows will appear when you use the Alt key. Information Windows startup is now resident on the Mac's EFI partition, but it is not complete yet. Your icon USB EFI will restart Windows Setup.

    5. do you have a Time Machine backup of Mac OS X?

  • Can't install Itunes, get an error that the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode"

    OP: Install problems Windows

I tried to install iTunes, but he said that "the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if Windows Installer is not installed properly. Call support personnel. "They gave me similar messages by other programs I've tried to install as well.

Because I was not running Windows in safe mode in time, I assumed that the installer was not installed correctly. So I tried to download from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=5A58B56F-60B6-4412-95B9-54D056D6F9F4&displaylang=en

But then I got error messages like "this update does not apply to your system" and "not enough memory is available to process this command." I tried all the links and none of them worked for me. I'm running a Vista Home Premium 64 bit, and I 2.38 GB of available RAM, so I don't think that the lack of memory is the problem here. What should I do?

1.] I had a previous version of iTunes, but I got rid of it with Revo Uninstaller.

I was looking around and I found this: http://www.vistax64.com/vista-installation-setup/96680-repair-windows-installer-service-vista-all-versions-2.html

I followed the direction of the last message (by F'n Vista) and changed the value of WOW64 Registry and now iTunes has installed perfectly and works now. I'll try to install other programs that I got hurt with previously. Thank you very much for your help! :)

  • Is there a common step to fix the Windows Installer Service in Windows?

Are there common measures to fix the Windows Installer Service in Windows XP/Vista/7? Please can you give us a few methods on how to repair Windows Installer step by step? I searched this forum and www.support.microsoft.com, but apparently no method 'good enough '...

Thanks in advance for your help.

These troubleshooting steps should help to resolve the error you mentioned.

Insofar as the changes in the registry, I would create a system restore point before making changes or a backup so you can come back in until the registry has been changed.

Creating a system manually restore point

Right-click on the computer icon in the desktop, then choose Properties
In the left pane, click System Protection
Alternatively, to directly access the System Protection tab, click Start and type SystemPropertiesProtection.exe.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then click on create.

Let me know if it helps.
