Static control on table

Hello

Is it possible that I can put the filter on the static control in the table?

I wrote a package and added the model under static control but want to only check only the records that are stateful NINE.

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you

Assuming that your table has a 'Status' column, I guess you want to go in the template in the designer and

-Expand your datastore

-Right click "constraints".

-Select "new condition".

-set your status (status = 'NEW')

-on the control tab, make sure "static" is selected

    What is the difference between these two control static vs Flow Control

    Hi-

    Trying to explain in detail, assume that if you have a store of data with all of the records in that and he wanted to check the integrity of data from existing records in the table (datastore) individual. Then you must use the STATIC control.

    To do this, you will need to drag and drop the table (data store) in your package, we can say that this is a check of data store.

    Please note: we are not slipped into the interface.

    If you want to test and play with control static option do the steps below:

    1. create a new package
    2. drag & drop from any of your model data store
    3. choose CKM for this model (model Goto who belongs to the data store and goto the tab control, and then select CKM)
    4. in the execution of a package, give username & password info.

    Finally, you will get the error records in the table of $ E, but all the records in error will be existing in your data store.

    Hopefully this will clarify your doubts.

  • Operation of individual controls in table Clusters

    Hi all

    Our system has a number of screws set up like the control panels for TestStand steps.  A lot of these screws have a range loaded dynamically groupings of information.  There is no particular problem with them, but I would like to clean up the interface a little bit.

    I'm using LabVIEW 8.6 due the customer's requirements.

    Specifically, for a type of step, a couple of boxes is valid for a specific table entry, if a drop-down list in the same entry has a specific value.  I would hide them individually for this table entry if the selection is not set to this value.

    Currently, I use the SelStart [] and [] SelSize properties try to select a specific item and hide/show elements.  However, she asked setting the last element of the array at all the related control boxes.  See the image as an attachment for the code snippet.

    Any ideas on how to make each element of the array only work on itself?

    Thanks in advance,

    Geoff

    We start charging people whenever this question is asked. Now we would be all millionaires.

    What you see is by design. Elements of a table may be different from the value. Properties apply to all elements in the array.

    Can someone tell me how to use this function? So if the names or the updated links I can just run a kind of table of contents auto update.  Is there an automated way to do this? I see this function in the Insert menu above and I see he puts in a content object, but where and how he get the headers in of?

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hi Geoff

    This function allows you to insert a small window in a subject which presents a Table of contents (HHC file) that you created.

    I doubt that is what you are after to accomplish what you have said. I'm not sure it would work.

    I wonder why a related topics control or see also would work here?

  • Static control

    I have the following scenario:

    Internet - FW (non-cisco, to be replaced) - FW (525) - Campus.

    Legacy firewall will replace the period of more than 3 months. I will keep it online, and moved behind her again 525 'allowing' to all traffic. Then I'll gradually spend most of my ACL from the old to the new FW.

    My question concerns the static command. Even with the investigation leads any one period or group objects with pass all, I always have to create

    public static ip ip (indoor, outdoor)

    entries for each server that will see outside my network. Otherwise, there is no xlate translation (unless I send the packets from inside to the outside, which will automatically create it)

    Since I have a lot of campus wide servers, doing static manually is really painful. Is there another way to allow the translation to occur? Or y at - it another way to allow foreigners access to my servers?

    e.g. static for the whole subnet?

    That said, as I have also 2 functional issues of PIX. I've read conflicting reports about some cisco commands and I don't know which ones is valid.

    NAT 0 disables Cisco adaptive algorithm for the specified entries?

    Static command neutralizes Cisco adaptive algorithm for the specified entries?

    Emergency aid is apprecited because I need to install the new firewall this weekend (2-4 hours of the Sunday morning).

    Thanks in advance.

  • Visible data in a 2D table but not in the Table connected control

    In the attached drawing, you will see that I take control of Table in table form, change the items to help replace a subset of table and then return the resulting table in the Table control.

  • Save control table .cfg with knots of property.

    Hello!

    I have a façade with many (and I mean a lot!) boolean tables in tabs, and I want the ability to save the values selected by the user in a .cfg file, which will be used to make the same selection again without the trouble of clicking on buttons. The only controls that I want to save the value are Boolean tables 1 d of length 7 or 11, and these occur only on some pages tab. others have been setup so that their iteration a false criterion is satisfied and no code is running.

    I managed to get references to each control within each tab, and using a "more specific class' function to reduce it to only the controls in table. However, when this runs, pops up an error of "convert variant data" and use of a probe shows me the reference being called by my property at the time of the error node is to an INDICATOR array, rather than control. I thought that the node of 'controls on the page' and subsequently the control table class specifier would mean that references to other types of table would not make the real case where coming the backup configuration file.

    The indicator in question is a painting of a cluster of two strings and an array of strings, if that makes any sense / has no relevance, and the error occurs on the iteration 1 of the outer loop and the loop iteration 21 internal, corresponding to the control reference 22nd in the second tab.

    I hope that I have the problem clearly.

    There is a property called control? (or indicator?) This will help you sort out them.  I don't remember the exact name of the property, but that should get you close enough to find.

  • PIX 6.3 address "static" overlap?

    Hello!

    Our DMZ subnets are part of our class 'inside' the B network definition, like this:

    static (dmzMail, outsideBelwue) 1.2.240.60 1.2.240.60 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    [...]

    static (dmzMail, outsideBelwue) 1.2.240.52 1.2.240.62 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    static (inside, dmzMail) 1.2.0.0 1.2.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 subnet 0 0

    static (inside, outsideBelwue) 1.2.0.0 1.2.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 subnet 0 0

    NAT (inside) 0 1.2.0.0 255.255.0.0 0 0

    NAT (dmzMail) 0 1.2.240.32 255.255.255.224 0 0

    This is an illegal address overlap?

    Well, it is a banner on the NAT commands and will not work.

    Let´s through your config proposed and explain why it is not correct (it might help to understand the behaviour of PIX), so I'll quote some things and explain.

    static (dmzMail, outsideBelwue) 1.2.240.60 1.2.240.60 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    Fix. The PIX creates a static translation, knows that the address 1.2.240.60/32 is on the interface dmzMail and proxy-ARP for this address 1.2.240.60/24 on the outsideBelwue interface.

    static (dmzMail, outsideBelwue) 1.2.240.52 1.2.240.62 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    I think you made a small typo here (52 to 62 static?), but this one is (like the first) correct.

    static (inside, dmzMail) 1.2.0.0 1.2.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 subnet 0 0

    Here you get some problems, if you go to the value of it. Why?

    Well, with this line of config you actually tell the PIX all networks of 1.2.0.0/16 are within the interface (and remember, you said with the two previous commands that two addresses within this space were actually on the dmzMail).

    Based on this the PIX will be proxy-ARP for all addresses in 1.2.0.0/16 on the dmzMail, also for the 1.2.240.0/24 subnet interface (I think it's the subnet on your dmzMail segment)

    The situation you´re with this config is also known under the name of statements of NAT that overlap, which can be a bitch to solve problems in complex configurations and PIX´s with a lot of traffic.

    Best thing to do here is use the smallest subnet mask and only the static value inside for the subnets within the range which are actually used

    inside the interface. I know, you have to do a few hits more: s

    If you do it this way, you need not the command nat 0, causes the PIX already translations in the xlate due table static controls in place, so that users will already be able to start sessions.

    I hope this helps. If further help is needed, feel free to ask.

    Kind regards

    Leo

    It's the same thing for the last static command

  • difference between control flow and check knowledge module

    Hello

    I know ckm and flow control. What is the main difference between the Frother and CKM?

    CKM is the model of knowledge that ODI will use to check all the constraints you create.

    Flow control is the way to a check constraint during the flow of an interface (it's way happens to you in your integration tables [temporary]). This method deletes the data of 'bad' and it will record in a table of $ E. Also, you have some option to recycle errors (next ODI run will try to reuse these data)

    Static control is another way to check your constraints. This is static as its name suggests and is average, it will only count the errors, but it won't do anything with the data. It might happens in the source tables.

    The most used method is the regulator of throughput with certainty, but static electricity has some advantages too.

    For example, flow control has only a little when you check duplicate data. When he found it eliminated the two registry (or more if there are more). It's average, you get nothing in the end.

    You can use the static control to check your sorce tables and create a process to eliminate or filter duplicate data, allowing only data duplicated to cross.

    Hope this can help you.

  • should I turn off my IKM for faster migration update if I have static data?

    I have no much experience with ODI and I know that sounds like a very long explanation, but if you have experience using ODI respondent should not be that difficult, please bear with me on this one...

    I move data between Postgres, Oracle 12 c. Use my interfases: incremental update for IKM Oracle and IKM Oracle incremental update PL SQL (using long data types). The tables are in the order of several hundred million of 100 million more 500 million lines from wherever we have to run the interfases as soon as possible. Because of my inexperience with ODI, I'm not sure if I select the right options to run the interfaces:

    1 as soon as possible

    2 - with the possible minimum measures

    The aim is only to move static data to Postgres to Oracle, that's all. (there is very few transformations, for most of the castings to force data to a certain type of data)

    With my current selections, the IKM Oracle incremental update (PL SQL) ODI does the following:

    -working table, create work table C$ _0 < TABLE TARGET - >

    -working table charges <-this step loads the postgres data in the oracle table... <-that's ALL I NEED! .. .load of Postgres to Oracle...

    -creates the flow table: I have$ _ < TABLE TARGET - >

    -then using a cursor selects all data from the TABLE of WORK C$ _0, load: I have$ _ < TABLE-TARGET > <-is there a way to avoid all these additional tables?

    -create indexes and statistics on I$ _ < TABLE TARGET - >

    -flags of lines for the realization of the update if the lines already exist in the < TARGET > TABLE

    -Using a cursor selects all I$ __ where IND_UPDATE = 'I' and inserts data into the TABLE < TARGET > < TABLE TARGET >

    My data source are static and its integrity is verified by FK in Postgres, so I'm not worried about the quality of the db of the source, to the IKM my options are:

    Insert is: TRUE

    Update: TRUE <-would it be wrong? (I think this one can be false for me because my source table is static and my target doesn't support only once for the first time is always empty table)

    flow control is FALSE

    static control is FALSE

    Has. are all of the options to reduce the steps performed during the interface? (it seems I need to UPDATE set to false on the revenge for each interface)

    I load a table with 110 millions of rows, work began in 24 hours. To load the table of Postgres to Oracle took 4 hours and 10 minutes, but to load the flow table (PLSQL cursor) took more than 20 hours for barely half of labour (52 million lines)

    All the data I need is on the work table, I can stop the interface and rename the columns but I wonder... B. what is the right action to take here? how to change the settings of the ODI, so they just move the data from the source to the target only and avoid any other measure reducing the total execution time.

    C. the server has 32 processors, but ODI seems to use one. How can I take advantage of the CPU?

    Thanks for your help.

    P.S. I have read all the documentation there, but it is difficult to get concrete responses with no experience using the product and no other indication. I'm learning to use the tool by using the documentation only.

    Hello

    I would check this vlog by Craig Stewart first to see if can do you need:

    http://odiexperts.com/direct-load-by-interface-with-no-work-tables/

    Otherwise, there are a few points I would make:

    You use the bad IKM with a cursor, if you load Oracle and you want to insert / update, then I always would start by merging first.

    Second, feel free to hack the km to get what you want (always duplicate an existing and start from there, he avoids you to come once upgrade). If you look at the LKM, the insert in $ CAN use a different API call to get table name of $ CAN, you can always get the name of the target table (see the appropriate step of revenge for syntax) and to use it in the same place (perhaps to tweak the getColList in the same way) I've done it before - I created a LKM to write directly in the target table , I need an IKM has nothing so used a dummy not (interface complains with no set IKM), not to the customer more, don't have it to hand, but I'm willing to help if you want to PM me.

    For Question C - seems you want o use parallelism, see the Oracle documentation first to get on the same page. You need optimizer parameters set correctly and your tables must be created with parallel hint in the DDL (maybe need to change any ODI create table steps accordingly).

    Try to get the optimizer to get correct PX parameters before you use to alter session strength parallel etc etc.
