  Hey - I bought shares of adobe as a client Adobe CC offer in September. I contacted Adobe to cancel the share subscription 2 months later - I wasn't aware that after the expiry of the 30 day trial I would be transferred to a 12 month contract. I was told that I have to cancel my membership Adobe CC in order to cancel the Stock, I did. I didn't renew it. However, I got 4 credits remaining image. I just tried to use them today, but they have disappeared - I don't think this is fair, since I had paid for them?

• 10 free stock images?

  When I bought the creative cloud, about a month ago, the screen said that I would get 10 free stock images of Adobe stock. After installing it, I got a pop up window that says the same thing.

  I went to find a way to redeem these today and signed with CC and went to Adobe Stock. He wanted a credit card number to charge them $ 9.99 each or a monthly plan. I went to the forums and all I could find was that I needed to connect with an ID of the team, which I did not, I bought a personal plan.

  I called support and after 20 minutes, including spelling my email four times only to be told I "had not bought a stock plan" I was transferred to creative cloud support who told me I had to pay for a monthly fee, then it would be credited to my debit card. I said ok and I have hung up, she said "but it is necessary to subscribe for a year."

  So am I missing something, or is this just a misleading way to get customers to buy an annual subscription?

  If you register for the Stock 10 images/month plan, you will get the first month free and can cancel without in the first month risk if you do not want to continue with the subscription.

• 10 free Stock Images expired before even used

  Not really focused a lot of attention to the Adobe Stock like my team will sometimes use photo galleries. But when we look at the issue, I saw that we could get 10 free images. When I logged in today I get a message "Take advantage of your free images!" and then says use of ' 05/02/16 "." Not really useful for stock image sites when the promo expires before you even get to use it. The first month should not start to when you get your first image? Its also strange as I have added 2 new team members on 27/01/16. When the free stock images started yet?

  Images credits are awarded when someone from the team to visit the site of Stock being connected in January 5th - in this case.

  I added a few credits the image to your account - please use them in the next 30 days.

  Not if you start another subscription. Your image credits are only good for the current subscription. In order to maintain the roll over you need to keep your live account.

• Accidental Stock Image license

  I looked through the Stock Images and hovered over an image.  I clicked 'license and Save to Computer '. However, it wasn't an image that I needed.

  Is it possible to return to this approval? Images Id is #82269953.

  It is not an option to go back once you have a license of an image.  In a gesture of goodwill, I added a credit to your account in order to replace the image under license by mistake.

  Adobe Stock image does not appear on the website when downloaded. It appears on the computer local and other machines on the same network. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
