stop an app purchase to recharge my account

my daughter has downloaded an app for free for 30 days. He started to charge me after 30 days.  She has removed thought that would prevent charges. He did not.  We have tried to disable the app, but since it is removed, she added again and disabled. It is continuing to charge me.

I am limited for app purchases with a password, but how to stop fees?

  • Can I transfer my itunes/app purchases to a Google account on behalf of the family Organizer? Or make an account abroad the family Organizer?

Unfortunately, a long time ago that I have set up my Itunes purchases wuth my gmail account. I didn't have a Mac at the time.  I spoke with technical support on this issue dates back to 10.7. I had and now have an e-mail icloud account, but all my app and itunes purchases are attached to a gmail account. At this time Apple told me to just keep everything separate. In fact, I'm sure you have noticed, during the installation of OSX, it asks you if you have different accounts and it's installation based on this scenario.

Fast forward to 2015-2016 where my Icloud account is family Organizer and new purchases pass under this account. I want to ask the question again, is it possible to change my Itunes and App store purchases to an icloud account in the account of the family Organizer, which is used for purchases? I know that I can easily put my Itunes media in the cloud under the account of the family Organizer, but it will not recognize as purchases.  If Apple would allow an e-mail account foreign to be the family Organizer will arrange my problem. I also realize the House sharing can be used for each Member of my family's Itunes purchases. But home sharing does not work for apps, right?

There is an "Edit subscription" page in the app store, where can I sign up my google account to a family membership. This will allow the google account to then become the family Organizer?

In the iPhone 6. Purchased and switched to an iPhone 7. Before, I could make in-app purchases. Now it tells me to contact iTunes support. I can make in-app purchases on my iPad, and then on my restore iPhone purchases, but this only works for the no consumables in-app purchases. Any ideas?

  • Why can't I do some app purchases?

Ssome apps that I downloaded on my iPhone 6 will not renew the subscription. When I go on my iTunes account to renew, it loads but is not renewed. This does not happen for each of them, a few. In the same way, others "cannot process payment" while doing in-app purchases and I get a message saying to contact apple support again once it only happens in a few apps. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • How to make a purchase on a family account without loading the main map

My daughter has a few games it plays I want to buy addons (in-app purchases or upgrades) for. We put in place on a family account and my wife is the "family card" (my card is listed as an "extra payment method"). I want to load these purchases to my own card, is this possible?

    Ideally I'm not

    (a) must go into a shop and buy a gift card for iTunes store whenever I want to do it - not very convenient

    (b) remove the family payment method and change it to my own - my wife purchases movies and prefers to pay itself

    (c) withdraw from the family account - I guess if I do that I'll lose all family applications, movies etc.

I tried two things suggested by the Apple support: send me a gift of iTunes via the Apple website, that doesn't work (it would not allow me to buy) and make the purchase via iTunes and send me a gift card (it worked, but it has charged to the family card).

I feel like there must be a simple way to buy something with my Apple ID without a card of my wife, but I can't understand it!

With the members of the families sharing family purchases will use their own balance if they have one, otherwise card organizer will be charged - family members cannot use their own card, and the organizer can not use a scale.

Map of your wife so all purchases that your daughter (assuming she's using his own account) will use its balance, and if it has one (or if it does not cover the total price of the item) will be charged (the surplus if the balance of your daughter isn't enough).

With your wife of gift card is billed as she is the Organizer.

  • In - app purchases

Where app purchases come from? My bank account shows no deduction of my last few purchases, but yet they are working and I am able to buy things...?

    Hello

Credits content and gift cards are used first. The payment method you have on file is then charged for any remaining balance or buying, if any.

  • How can I see history in-app purchase for members of the family sharing?

I use the sharing of family and try to view the purchase history of my family members.  I know that I can tap into "updates" and discover complete an individual family members buying it in the App Store (on my phone).  But I don't see a way of watching the in-app purchases made by these people.  App iTunes on my computer, the purchase history displays only purchases made by my personal Apple ID.

How can I view the purchase history WHOLE (including in-app purchases) for members of the family share?

You can see total buying an iTunes via the computer iTunes account: see your purchase history in iTunes on Mac or PC - Apple Support store

You can also view past purchases for 90 days by http://reportaproblem.apple.com

(What shows in the updates is not necessarily a complete list of bought/downloaded apps - applications that have been removed from the store will not show, more than apps that the person has hidden from the cloud not show incompatible applications.)

  • Pokémon GO in-app purchase does not

    Hello

Something does not work with Pokémon GO in-app purchase on our iPhones. We have a family sharing put in place for 2 iTunes accounts: woman (iPhone SE) and husband (iPhone 6s), organizer of the family. We have all two beautiful little last released (not beta) versions of iOs. All our purchases worked for centuries and that they were using the credit card of the husband (VISA). Husband bought successfully in-app stuff in Pokémon GO, but woman buying does not work, it reflects the basic errors, something like "payment could not be done." See all the steps and combinations, I've tried:

    1. Despite everything has worked in the past, we have checked that everything is configured correctly - credit card data are valid and verified and family sharing is OK. Tried to make a purchase - did not work.

    2. next, we removed the woman from family and added it, tried again once - did not work.

    3. then we removed the woman of family and tried to make a purchase with a credit card (MasterCard), card verification succeeded, but the in-app purchase did not

    4. then we entered the husband the wife apple credit card account, card verification succeeded, but the in-app purchase still does not work.

It is very annoying and it seems now that the problem lies within the wife iTunes account, cause Pokémon works so the Bank also works... Guys do you have any idea what I might be missing? Or maybe its simply a bug and somebody has a solution for this?

    Thank you!

  • How can I get all my purchases from my Apple accounts when I move in other countries?

I can't renew everything that I have both in France... 6 years turned to the basket and is really a shame to Apple to make accounts separately.

I moved from Chicago in Italy, I lost years of purchase, I moved to the Italy in the France, I lost years of buying... Now once again...

My music all gone... I can't renew applications or whatever it is that I already have both.

In France, they said to call Apple Italy and bought agreed, you're screwed with apple after all.

Then you give me any solution...

I still have accounts in Italy, USA and France, but I can't transfer even if I am the owner of the account... Very sad, after all this year is as coward brand new...

I have an IPAD - 2 IPHONEs and MACBOOK PRO...

How can I United all my accounts and stop wasting my purchase?

As long as you have your ID - you have your purchases

Now some applications may not be available in some countries

But simply moving over geographical areas should not cause you to lose the content.

Can you please give us the exact things you are trying to do - on what device and this error messages if any?

  • In - app purchases - family sharing

    Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to help me. My wife and I both have an IPhone 6 and I have family sharing set up between the two of us. I have a credit on my iTunes account. However, whenever she makes an in-app purchase he is charged on my credit card, rather than the iTunes credit. The app which she acquired is a game (not something like for example Amazon, Ebay, where it would be obvious credit ITunes is not applicable). In any case, through the sharing of family purchase should not be deducted from my credit iTunes rather than being charged to our credit card? If not, how can I make it so that's the case?

If you are the family Organizer so your balance cannot be used - family member can (and will) using a scale for their own account, otherwise the Organizer card will be charged.

  • How can I get my apps from iCloud to another account?

My apologies if I'm stupid, but I'm new to Mac.

I currently have iMac with El Capitan and I also own an iPad, I've had for about a year. (This was recorded at the Apple store under the identity of the ***@live.com - see below)

I have several apps "purchased" on the iPad that I use on my iMac, which I bought recently.

This iMac is declared to the wound with the same name, but with the ' @icloud.com' suffix.

The problem is that these purchases were made with the account 'live', while my iMac has the "@icloud" account & I don't seem to be able to transfer them to.

Following the intervention by the Imac support - both my iPad & iMac share the same iCloud account & they gave me to understand that my account would be treated as an alias. It doesn't seem to be! - or at least none of my previous purchases are on the relevant list on the apple store. (this is to say that new acquisitions are indicated)

I tried to create a second account on the iPad with the identity as ***@live.com (IE my original account), but it is rejected saying ***@icloud.com (IE NOT live.com) is already on this account!

Asterisks are both of the same name, but there is a big difference between live.com & icloud.com!

I know I'm wrong somewhere, but how to share the apps I bought on my iMac?

    Any help will be appreciated.

I have several apps "purchased" on the iPad that I use on my iMac, which I bought recently.

Applications that are designed for the iPad or mobile devices will not work on an iMac. They are two different species, even if they have the same name.

Also the applications that have been purchased on an Apple ID are always connected to this ID and cannot be redownloaded by an another Apple ID.  Apple ID can be joined or merged.  Also e-mail addresses that have been used for an Apple ID may not be reused for a different Apple ID.

Applications for the iPad are obtained through the iTunes store, while the Mac apps are purchased through the App Store.  Two very different stores.

So, you can buy the apps you want for the Mac on the App Store.
