  I have a very simple stop() in my managers name and a blade that is under the master slide. No other code.   Hi, I recently had my Hp Pavilion dv7-1245dx Entertainment Notebook (to the best of my knowledge bc, I can't look it up in my product number) fixed some viruses and malware that caused random stops and freezes. My laptop worked fine after that the fix so I installed the latest updates to better protect my laptop but when I left and my laptop came into fashion 'sleep' it would not respond and the screen was black. I stopped using the power button and it turned back. The computer does not start and the flash caps lock button three times which means a problem of memory, according to HP support, that happened before I got my laptop fixed. Later, I unplugged the AC adapter and moved my laptop but when I tried to put it on the power button does not respond and I can't do anything with my laptop. Both recommended options for the issue of cap locks and the power button is to go inside my laptop and tinkering with the battery and the memory module. I'm very hesitant to do so for fear of further harm to my laptop. I am on Windows 7 and advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated. (will give you more information if necessary)

  Your notebokdoes have removable covers for the module of memory in the bottom of the laptop. It's just as shown in the document I linked.

  You will need to buy a Jewelers screwdriver set.  A jewellers Phillips scredriver is necessary.

  Here is a link to a documentthat explains the flashing LED error codes and what they mean.

  The only other option, if you do not have enough confidence to do it yourself, is to take your laptop in a shop that will do it for you.

  We have problems with our t410 AiO customers, where the CAPS, NUM and scroll stop lights on the keyboard do not work with view PCoIP desktop computers.

  I found the below information and a work around:
  If you use the Protocol PCoIP to display on a client system Ubuntu 10.04, the CAPS Lock, NUM Lock, and Scroll Lock lights on your keyboard do not work with desktop view. Although the lights do not work, the keys themselves work.
  Solution: Set the following configuration in a configuration file, such as/etc/vmware/config:
  mks.keyboard.useXkbSetNamedIndicator = 'TRUE '.

  The problem is this difficulty is already in place via the latest version of the HP, Z6A440, software that is installed within our Organization.

  What I discovered, is that the model that we initially bought for the test doesn't have this problem.  However, the models that we ordered since that time, DO have the problem and the solution above does not work as expected.

  The model originally ordered for test is still a customer of IOA t410... but there are 4 "under models' for customers of IOA t410... that we have to test is a H2W20AA, while those we receive and distribution are the H2W21AA model.

  Go to control panel > Performance information > advanced tools (left column). If you look up a few lines under performance issues, this will tell you if Windows knows what is causing slow starts and stops. If there's nothing there, you most likely have been affected by malicious software...

  Hello. It's my first time using this Ant so sorry if I posted something wrong.

  My HP Pavilion 1167dx g7 stopped working an hour after that I turned it off. It has been used for about 3 hours and I did nothing to the internal hardware and the computer is not overheating (just, I was playing a game I've played for 6 months and it does not put any strain on the system). Only the light on the AC adapter is on. The laptop is 4 years old. I tried a hard reset, nothing helps.

  I just got a coming 8 Pro (32g).  The user manual says that I should be able to press the power button and turn off the screen.  However, when I press the power button, nothing happens.  I can for 4 seconds and the PC will ask to stop, but pressing on this button does not put the tablet in standby or turn off the screen at all.  I have to go to settings-> Power-> sleep just to turn off the screen.

  Assuming that the VMware virtual disk is not previously affected and the file system is ext4, you will need to manually prepare to be narrowed.

  In the virtual machine, in a Terminal, become root and then copy and paste the following command, as is and then press ENTER:

  dd if=/dev/zero of=wipefile bs=1024x1024; rm wipefile
  

  Wait for the prompt to return, then press stop the virtual computer, then the settings of the Virtual Machine for the hard drive to select the Compact command from the utility button.

  That pretty much sums up it. Since yesterday, with the most recent update, firefox does not display correctly these sites. Someone else posted a question similar to this topic. It has been marked as resolved, but there is no solution posted. Here's his question: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/963125 I have the same problem as him with fb. In addition to the problem with fb, Gmail doesn't end loading. And MétéoMédia do not display the weather forecast. I'm sure that many other sites are affected as well.

  All sites work properly in Seamonkey, which I use once again, now. I went to oldapps download v. 22 of ff, but whatever the most recent update changed only came when I installed v.22. The problem persists. I could uninstall it completely and then new installation v.22, I guess, but I'm afraid that my browsing history, sessions, passwords, etc., would be affected, and I don't want to find all the files and support first. It's a hassle. Since the sites work in Seamonkey, I'm guessing that's not the fact that I have updated flash at the same time. I don't know how much these sites use flash, either. But if it's a problem of flash, I tell myself I should have the same problem in Seamonkey, and I did not.

  I wish that you guys would have an easy option to restore your updates because it's pretty darn annoying when they cause problems. Usually, they are not lethal problems, however, and the browser still works. Now ff does not work for some sites I use most often.

  Usually two webcams operate independently from each other and so I don t think that it is a webcam driver problem I think that it s windows or windows live messenger problem
  Maybe something confused keys registry or files may be some updates to update or similar

  In your case, I recommend you to uninstall the software of webcam software, internal external webcam and the windows live messenger.
  Then, you must clean the BONES and the registry tool like CCLeaner cleaning, for example. It the free tool.

  After this, reinstall the Chicony webcam software and test functionality without installation of windows live messenger.
  If the webcam will be functions then you could install the windows live messenger again.
