However, when I do this, instead of getting the correct value, for some reason some, it becomes the default value I put in place for this variable.

  I just tested and it works fine for me.

  (1) in your DB guest pass by default to
  (2) select the Server Variable
  (3) NQ_SESSION. CURR_MONTH
  (4) save and test

  I'm building a dynamic website with Dreamweaver CS5 with Coldfusion 9.

  My question is how can I set a session variable to read a certain value. It is currently when my clients go to the login page they enter their username and password. I was able to create a session variable that contains the user name as value. So in all their pages read Welcome website "all that was their connection username. Now, I want to get the session variable to read the same table but the different FullName field. This way, that the web pages will say Welcome "FullName (based on their login user name)" I tell myself that I have to configure a query parameter, but after trying and failing for four hours to produce a successful result, I resorted to post my problem here. I appreciate the help and advice.

  A session variable is also the best route to go? I'll use this to query databases to display and allow them to change contact information, also show their invoices and request services.

  I don't know CF so forgive me, but you can create a session for fullname variable or use a query on your pages to filter the data WHERE username = user session variable. Looking at your code, it looks like you can add a session to the full name variable here:

  It is interesting to read the presentation services administration guide familiarize themselves with these, it is one of the best pieces of documentation.

  To reference a variable use of presentation @{VariableName}, if you write this in an expression you can set a default value using @{VariableName} {defaultvalue}

  If you're completely new to Dreamweaver and PHP, it sounds as if you're using Dreamweaver server behaviors. Take a friendly piece of advice and stop using the server now behaviors. They have been removed from Dreamweaver CC a couple of years because they use functions that had to be stripped on the next version of PHP. This version (PHP 7) was released in November.   I even wrote this script which turns on a bg and aff for throughout the site to remember. I have a good start on this code, but I'm running into issues.
  
  1. I am using a checkbox to make the selection and when clicked on, it will not work without using a button "submit", java script that I use does not do the work allowing the box to act as a link so to speak.
  
  2. I need to make this script in a session variable. So that when the decision is taken, the site will remember.
  
  3. There could be a problem in my IF statement.

  I have a NI PCI-6251 that comes with 2 counters, a FREQOUT port and then some DIO, DAC and ADC.  I want to trigger a pulse of variable width (easy to do with two counters) and a frequency closed, exit at the same time.  So, I want to end up with a line that will display TOP for some variable time, while the other exits a train of pulses for a time variable.  It is easy to do if you have 4 counters but I don't have one.  Does anyone have an idea to implement these two things AND making them trigger at the same time with the PCI-6251 card?

  If so, set up the first counter as output pulse, configure the 2nd as output continuous meter but with the internal of the first counter output as its trigger to pause (pause when it is low).  Start the 2nd meter before the first.

  If not, you will need to use the digital output to replace at least one of the counters (max sampling rate is 10 MHz, so this would give less resolution compared to the time base of 80 MHz counters).  So you would simply write the waveform predetermined in the buffer and he clock at the desired rate and the number of samples to give the signal that you want.  You need to generate some other subsystem as FreqOut clock.

  Something like that is supposed to work: If you have lines to "User1", it returns a DIFFERENT one on this list, if nothing is there returns you all values (with a separate as well thanks to the UNION).

  Apparently, I have solved my problem. I uninstalled Firefox 3.6.6 keeping all customizations and then reinstalled. When it opened, it gave me a screen saying he was embarrassed that he couldn't restore my web pages, but it gave me an option to start a new session. When I did, it opened normally and now seems to work fine.
