Problems with printer hp f4580 all-in-one. It prints and copies fine, but I cannot scan documents. Tried to reinstall the software package hp and nothing. When you try to scan, I get a "error detected no scanners were. Pls HELP crazy me!

You can use DHCP or an IP fixed, but you will need to set the DNS.
Disable the IPv6 setting on the printer.
Go to the printer settings.
Configuration of the network.
Network services.
IPv6.
Turn the power off.

I would like your advice about my inability to scan from my printer control panel after establishing a connection USB with my PC. Previously, it was established as a wireless printer.
I get messages like "Scan of the computer is not activated", "connecting to the computer has been lost' & ' The HP scanning Application has encountered an internal error. Pls restart app & try again. "
There is no problem to use the HP scanning software in my PC for scanning or printing of my mobile device functions.
I tried different ways to solve problems for example to turn off my printer & restarted, print HP & Scan Doc, restart my PC but nothing is.
Your advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your comments.
If it is connected via the USB port the computer Scan is on the front of your printer default.
Go to your control panel and select "Scan to.." your computer should be listed.

Problem with scanning from the new laptop with Windows 8
I have a Photosmart C4480 all-in-One printer/scanner/copier. Since getting my new laptop, I have problems with the analysis feature. I installed the software CD, and think I have downloaded the drivers for this printer.

I've found a workaround. If I used Windows software to scan, it works correctly. It works just not when I use the button on the printer itself.

Problem with scanning of document in PDF format for computer
someone had a problem with the computer scanning a document to PDF from printer series wireless e-all-in-one-hp Photosmart 7525? The document will appear in My Documents, but when I try and open the document I get an error message that says that the document cannot be opened. I can scan and open the document as TIF format. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and I just installed the printer Photosmart 7525. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer using the CD.

I lost a connection to printer. When I tried a reinstall, I think that the installer could not find the printer because of something about homegroups. I have one computer connected to the printer through usb. Others that the internet, there is nothing. I have a Toshiba laptop that runs Windows 7 with an HP printer 6 L. I am running Open Office 4.0.0 and the latest version of Adobe Reader. To date, that the system is undesirable! The 6L display test endless pages but refuses to print anything out of system 7. I dropped 6 L Driver, registry & file cleaned up and optimized the system and then reloaded the driver off of the HP site but the system refuses to print. I even went up to turn off the printer for more than 24 hours to try to get the printer to the reduction in the memory and empty the memory to zero to try to kickstart the printer to pick up the 7 material systems. Up to present all this for nothing. 6L memory is fixed at 1 024 Ko and the document larger than I tried to print has been 136 k so the memory capacity must be nothing. Anyone, anyone, outhere who can help, please. I'm ready at this stage to give up the printer with an AX, since it is now beyond the frustration and get into madness! I must also stress that the 7 system also creates a (1 copy) in the printer Panel. There is no need too!

Problem with the HP P2055DN printer.
I use printer mentioned above often print 2-sided documents. The printer is connected RJ45 print router-switch and laptop sent by wireless LAN. After a few days (2-4) the printer in Control Panel 'forgets' duplex. I have to go into the control panel and enable the setting of the duplex to "installed". I have not tested but the key "Reg" is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\HP Color LaserJet 2605 PCL6 class Driver\DsDriver, which has a printduplexsupported value that should be set to 01. If you set it in the printer driver, and then save the key "reg" by exports then right-click on DSdriver in the left panel, it will give you a file, you can double-click to set up the key as part of your departure or office.

problem with the colors when printing to PDF in FM9

We have some problems with printing to PDF with FM9 colors.
FM document files eps (1) with a green box and (2) a rectangle created with the tools chart FM, filled with the same values of color green (91/0/60/44)
In FrameMaker both colors is really different, but too bad, in the PDF color (eps) and the rectangle obtained the same correct green color.
OK, him differed in creation, so they were CMYK and RGB, but your printing coming.
Now in FM 9:
(1) if I do a "save as PDF" and turn off "convert to CMYK in RGB" resulting PDF is the same from FM8 (correct)

Using the print option,-you're always going the same route that FrameMaker Win has always been, that uses the postscript RGB driver only Windows. Now with FM9, you have the possibility to get CMYK directly to PDF, as defined, without any color conversion. Problem with scanning from printer to PC under win8
I have a HP Officejet pro 8600 that I moved PC on XP again PC under windows 8. having problem scanning the computer.
Get the software error message attempts to save the scan pdf file in the directory "C:\Documents and Settings\userid\my documents" but access is denied. There is no such directory in windows 8.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software for windows 8 and run HP print and scan doctor, he says that everything is ok. Problem with scanning with Laserjet M1212nf all-in-one printer network
I installed the drivers for my Laserjet M1212nf connected on my computer laptop 64 bit of Windows 7, but it seems like just a printer (in devices and printers). I can't scan from the laptop (I get the error "no TWAIN Device Installed").
The figure (and work) scan function if I connect to the printer via the USB port and install these drivers, but my laptop does not usually reside in the same room as the printer.
The scan function installs and runs correctly on a Windows XP desktop computer also connected to my network.

C410a - problems with scanning and copying
Recently bought a new computer (Windows 7 64-bit). The old computer had the c410a Photosmart all-in-one installed and works without any problem. PCMover to transfer files from the old computer to the new. Had some problems at the beginning, but downloaded the drivers for the c410a and could do print from the computer. However, it does not scan or copy. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times to drive and keep it for the same problem.
If I try to scan or copy of the printer, I get an error message saying that I should try to scan/copy of the computer instead. When I try to use the HP Solution Center, I get an error message that says: Hpqdirec.exe - system error - "the program can't start because libexpatw.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program. "Then a second message appears that says Configuration ASF Broadcom -"system is busy and can not initialize. Try again later. "As I said, I tried to reinstall the software that came with the printer several times and still get the same error messages.
So, what don't get me?

Well, I think that I thought about it. When I reinstalled the software, I assumed that all software has been reinstalled. But apparently, only the drivers were installed and not the HP Solution Center software. Is returned on the disc, saw a button for installing additional software, and then installed the Solution Center and that seems to have solved the problem.
