  I have a problem with my HP Laserjet Pro P1102w unfortunately when I print a document, that I can't select the option for double-sided printing because it is grayed out.

  If it is useful for troubleshooting, I'm under Mac OS X 10.9.

  I solved the problem by myself.
  (1) install the driver for Lion 10.7 (you can download it from the HP site but remember to choose 10.7)
  If you are prompted with a message that prevents you from installing the software, you will need to temporarily disable under «Preferences system---> security» security settings
  2) open the Mac App Store and check the news updated... a new update for your HP printer driver should appear: install it
  (3) you're done: try printing a document and the option to back should finally appear (not class out)

• Driver grayed Out options

  Both users have a problem with the driver settings using HP laserjet P3010 Series PCL 6 printer driver. The printer is a HP P3015 laser jet shared on a Windows 2008 R2 server.

  Seems to be a choice of question set. When to choose output tray 2 and apply the reset of the driver itself to automatically select. Also all the options in the advanced settings TAB are grayed out and will not so they can't choose another driver.

  Both users are domain users and member of the local Administrators group PC. A user is a Windows XP SP3 the other is using Windows 7.

  I solved this by setting the options in the "Page Set Up" button rather than the properties of the printer. There is a paper tab in Page set up the overides whatever it is in the printer properties. This seems to affect only Outlook 2007/2010.

  Please close Photoshop. Hold down the command + Option + shift, and then restart Photoshop. When you are prompted, release the keys of change and to confirm that Yes, that you do not want to delete the settings of Photoshop.

  Backup Actions/work/Plugins(if any) as your settings will be the default namespaces.

  Okay, so after all this, the question is that I have active intelligent Previews so I can edit in LR fine but no possibility of change in... something is grayed out. It makes sense, but it should really be a dialog reminding us ideally with an option located / connect the real images.

  I am able to listen to the music of Apple's music on my MacBook Air to a stereo system connected to an AirPort Express router. However, when I click on the AirPlay icon in bottom right of the screen Youtube "AirPlay for: looking for devices" is grayed out. I can send YouTube videos from my iPhone on the stereo system.

  Any suggestions to get audio from videos YouTube for my stereo connected AirPlay? I just want the sound. I don't like on the video.

  I am trying to import a numbered as a video clip in Premiere Pro CS6 image sequence, but must not be the files:

  I've got 9480 JPEG image files named like BlahXXXX.jpg where XXXX is 0000 to 9479.

  Now when I go to file > import... and select all the files, the box at the bottom of the file choose window (image sequence) is grayed out. If I simply select a single image, I can check it out, but when you click on 'Import' then, first will be important only this single still image.

  What I am doing wrong?

  This works as expected for me. Try this:

  1. Choose file > import (not the media browser)
  2. Put in the folder with your pictures in sequence
  3. Click the first image in the image sequence (select only the first image, not all the images in the folder)
  4. Click the box image at the bottom of the import dialog box sequence
  5. Click the import button
  6. Your image sequence is imported in the form of a clip

• Private browsing issues: new window is a "pop-up" & right click on Favorites Displays grayed out options

  When I'm in the mode of private browsing in Firefox 38.0.1 for Windows 8.1, I can't do the following.

  1. when I click on a link to open a new window, the new window is like a pop-up window (no menus, no scroll bar). I have a blocked pop-up windows, it is like, but is not technically a pop-up window but it is not blocked.

  It seems that Firefox has downloaded a document or image on the desktop. On the top bar, there is an icon - small arrow pointing down on a bar. When I click on than it does appear a history of my downloads (documents, photos, PDF files, etc...) NO software downloads). There seems to be many previous downloads in this window, they appear to be done, but NOT completed and are just hanging there in never never land. By clicking on the background element (3 articles), it opens a window called library. The second options left is downloading. These instructions tell you to click on the 'Clear downloads' on the top (next to organize) bar and it will delete all downloads. However, this clear downloads is gray. It seems there is no other means to clear this list. Any help would be appreciated...

  having trouble with my laptop.
  The partition of my drive is lost (not so bad, I can fix it I guess), but the main problem is that my Bios is really stuck. I can not change anything in it.

  Everything is grey, I can't make changes to it but the date and time system.

  I tried to find an update to Flash the bios, but it seems that nobody is available.
  Seems that the model is as unknown, kinda weird btw.

  What can I do?
