  Hello Experts :-)

  I'm having a problem with the function of painting in after effects CC 2015.3 when you use a Wacom tablet. Basically, the pressure of the pen does not work.

  Please note, that only happens in After Effects, Photoshop and illustrator are fine with the Wacom pressure sensitivity and work as expected.

  So far, I have:

  • Removed and reinstalled the drivers Wacom - no effect.

  • Trashed after effects Prefs :-(- no effect

  • Tried a new wacom - still the same

  • Has tried the new Pen - still the same

  OS: I'm on a new (end 2013) Pro Mac under OS X El Capitan

  Feature: The Tablet is a Wacom intros Pro

  Software: After Effects 2015.3 CC

  Any help to solve this is greatly appreciated.

  Good news Wacom have to get in touch and sent a link to a more stable older driver, which has solved the problem of the pressure of the stylus in After Effects and so far no problem in illustrator! Hope it stays like that.

  If this does not work I suggest you get in contact with Wacom, the driver they send may be specific to your configuration of software / OS.

• What is this strange point in my canvas?

  I was working on a piece of digital artwork when something strange happened with the keyboard, and all of a sudden I have this strange point stuck in the file!

  It is the little circle in the middle of the white canvas with the 1 next to him. What is it? I can't get rid of it. I have tried many other tools to see if it was a point in there, but I can't understand it. I also went through the display options and transformed him remains off. What is this, and how do I get rid of him? It's boring and useless in my digital painting.

  

  That is a point color sample select sample color point tool in the toolbar, and then click clear of this button in the menu bar.

  It looks like "snap to grid of pixels" just once more.

  Uncheck the box "align new objects to the pixel grid" in the menu of the transformation Panel.

  Select the objects and uncheck "snap to grid of pixels" in the transformation Panel.

• Changing to the strange pointer pointer/cursor

  I use Win 7 HP 64.  The mouse pointer sometimes suddenly changes to a pointer strange look.   The pointer resembles a straight line with a few short diagonal lines that resemble a born fish but diagonal lines appear only to the right of the straight line, 4 or 5 triangles online, etc. The change in shape when the pointer of the mouse move on different objects on windows.   I thought icons come from actions of mouse pad, but now I think that it is not.   The pointer of the mouse usually eventually start to blink in small rectangular.   It looks like the TV broken screen which shows horizontal lines just.  Once he arrives, he does not stop until I have put off the computer.
  I tried to look for the answer on the Internet but I couldn't find an answer yet.  I hope that it is not caused by a virus...

  Thanks for the return of the answer!  Are you able to reproduce this problem if you connect using a different user account?  You can try to perform a system restore ty a point in time before having this problem.  However, if this solves this problem, have scan you your computer for viruses or malware?  I hope these links help!

• When you add points on the path with the pen tool, it will always add handles almost anything?

  I'm stumped... I have used several times before the tool pen without problem. I use Wacom Intuos... but have also disconnected and used touch pad and the same thing happens... I want to add a track with the tool point pen to move and create a perfect angle and no matter what I do the pen creates the point with handles and, of course, with handles, it becomes very difficult to create and move a corners with the direct Selection tool... It certainly could be Windows or some other internal force creating the problem... I have three versions of Photoshop installed on my Alienware... Photoshop 6, CC2014 and CC2015.5.1 and it happens in all versions of three... If I'm a fool for lack of something obvious please let me know... If it's something I'm missing or have forgotten that I'd appreciate any help I can get... Peace and thanks

  The default behavior is. I just hold down the alt/opt and then convert the point at a point without handles.

• Strange point attached to textfield

  This may seem strange to some, but I've never seen love and I work with InDesign nearly every day.  I guess that I never use this kind of thing.  It has the most red which is the... area available extra stuf... or stretch text that you usually see with Ctrl + Y or Cmd + Y, but in this case that only shows me the main text field.  This point, when I press the Red sign and click to make the box, it gives me an empty box.  I would like to know what this thing is and how get rid of?  My bos created by chance and wants to understand how to get rid of.  I tried selecing it and pressing delet but who simply deletes the full-text field that is not an option.  I can even click on the Center and increase its vertical size and move it around the main text field, but I can't understand how to remove.  Can anyone help?  (Note: I drew a red circle to better direct the eye to a part of the problem)

  I've recreated it in CS4 - I used the Type on the path to select the path to an image that contains only text. I could not remove it with one of the selection tools, but simply select the object of "parent" and then go to Type-> Type curvilinear-> delete Type from path

• CM1312nfi MFP printing strange colours in plain text documents

  My CM1312nfi MFP printer has started printing text wrong color, even on plain text pages. On plain text pages, with the text selected by default is black, it's printing text sort of greenish in about half left of the page and a blackish purple on half right side of the page.

  I changed the black toner cartridge, but that did not help.

  I ran only a calibration routine, but that did not help or the other.

  I run the site Internet HP postscript driver (upd - ps - x 64 - 5.5.0.12834.exe) because the application that I am printing demands. It printed fine with this driver for hundreds of pages, and then all of a sudden he started this thing green and purple.

  The system is a HP Pavilion e9260f running windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

  There has been no recent change in the system of the printer. This seems to be just all of a sudden.

  I'm at the end of my mind. Any suggestions? It's time to send it to HP for repairs?

  The symptoms you describe are related to a physical defect somewhere on the printer.  The software should have nothing to do with it.

  Your cartridges are brand new HP or handed over to new/completed?

  Assuming that your cartridges are new to HP the other element to be considered is the fuser unit. Bad ovens need to be replaced and can be quite spendy.  Unless you can find a fault with the cartridges, it is likely that's going to be worth it to replace the printer with a newer model.  HP or a certified technician should be able to take care of the repairs for you too if that's what you prefer.

  I need help to find a SQL for an effective solution to the following problem:
  -J' have 20 buses circling on a bus line and their locations are reported every 10 seconds and recorded in a table space 'bus_location' with 'bus_loc' as the SDO_GEOMETRY type.
  -Location of bus each record there is a column msg_datetime with the time when the position has been saved.
  -Bus circle the the bus route 8 to 12 times, from A to B, then b back to A, then new loop from A to B and so on.
  -J' have 3 points of synchronization in the spatial table "timing_point" with "tp_loc" as the SDO_GEOMETRY type.
  -A bus will pass each timing point 8 - 12 times in one direction and 8 - 12 times the other way, while making the loops on the road to the bus.
  
  My task is: for each timing point, every bus, (A - B or B - bis), find nearest bus for each direction of travel place to this timing point.
  
  Example:

  Yes, the problem is one of the non-space analytical. Here's another GB, which should be independent of the year/month/date/hour/minute
  as it does all its math based on an absolute number of minutes since 1970. I turn to 5 minutes but you could round/trunc at all
  interval (5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.)

• x 201 doesn't pen wacom penabled

  He wrote, show that mice or whatever it is.  I uninstalled all the wacom drivers and installed again.  I am very confused, I checked my devices and under the mouse and other pointing devices, it lists only a ThinkPad UltraNav pointing device and wacom mouse router, nothing on a pen.  Advice and assistance would be appreciated.  Tried to find a solution online for a long time.

  I did some research and found that you're not the only one suffering from this problem. Many users received X201T of complaints than their pens did not work on their shelves, or they would stop to work fairly quickly. I found this Lenovo Forums thread which shows the stakes. For many, the solution was the pen itself. That being said, it may be preferable to use a loan a pen friend, or to a different system if you have before you buy one. Some users have reported computer pens of other platforms to work without defects, and it can help you as well.

  One more step for you:

  Go to the Wacom tablet properties > select the grip pen > calibrate tab > check the 'Windows of ink' checkbox in the lower left corner.

  I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Ultrabook of Yoga that has compressed feature through Wacom. I had no problem drawing in Photoshop I've had for months, but when I just installed Flash CC, the tablet doesn't let me use the pen to draw a line correctly. What he does is in fact a long straight diagonal line everytime I try to touch the screen, and then at the end of the said line, it then will build what I touch my hand. The problem is, its offset now until the end of the line, so it is completely unusable. However, there is no problem to work if I had to use my finger on the touchscreen instead of the pen, which is very strange.

  Some things to note:

  -Again, this works very well with the pen in applications like photoshop drawing

  -The problem with the default pen and pen of different brand that I use frequently.

  -J' got all my placed graphic records up-to-date

  -J' have the last Wacom feel it drivers

  -J' disabled all settings of the tablet that may interfere. Which shouldn't matter anyway if the pen works in other Adobe applications.

  -I can't find a single thing online that comes anywhere near what I need on this topic. I have no where else to turn. Looks like a Flash is not able to manage the tablet function parameters.

  -I'm not a newbie to the functionality of Wacom, so I tried all obvious corrections.

  Does anyone know of any fix for this problem? I have 30 days trial of free Flash, and I'm not going to buy it if I can't get it resolved next month!

  I think that the Ps is broken with me for having been in illustrator for weeks. It is not just to take my wacom pen. Illustrator does. Works in other applications. Simply not PS. ideas?

  Do a search to make sure its configured correctly.  For my Wacon Intuos, I put new versions of Photoshop to use the Wintabs API to pen holder and configure Wacom stylus support do not to use the APIs of Windows of INK for Photoshop.  I have an older version that installed Photoshop who only use Wintab API for pen holder.  I also disable some features Microsoft Windows 10 INK etc.

  If you see the brush picker when you do not expect, then you are probably hitting the button on the stylus when you don't realize. You can change the assignment of the keys in the controls of Wacom, so it won't right click and so will not show the brush picker.
