  Change your point of P67_C and change the State of Session Save-> No.

  Change your point of P67_C and make it read-only

Even though I like to show hidden files in Windows XP, I hide in Vista (unless I'm troubleshooting) because otherwise things seem to be so messy. You can do the same thing.   I got it fixed! I uninstalled my speakers, and then shut down my computer. I turned it on the computer reinstalled the sound and the hum disappeared. (:
