  COUNT as defined ONLY charges the non-null instances.

  If you want a count, you want to use COUNT (*) in place of COUNT (site_id);

  Im working on a menu in encore. I have a timeline with a long hour or so video inside. I chapter marked and sync buttons to the top with the markers. All ready to go expcept which again is sort of take the audio from the video in the timeline and pressing to only half of its length... Reading is like a little ahead and it ignores seconds or so to come some... It looks good, but it seems not very well. I tried to replace assets, using a different video... etc if I put anything in this space, it does the same thing. If I put a video just before the last frame of the video that the video will play back fine... I burned DVD and everything is not just a question of preview. Really need a solution, otherwise I have to make a new timeline and all new markers... working hours @.

  If you have the original edition in the first, the best bet would be just export first as "MPEG-2 DVD" - this is the format that still looking. Everything else is open to possible headaches.

  What is the best way to interrogate a line based on its rownum? Suppose I have the following query:

  What you can do, is something like this:

  You need something to order by.
  Then, you create an internal selection with this order by.
  Then you select the inside where select rownum<=>
  And then you select just one third.
  So select the above gets you the third order of the employee by name.

  I use version JDev 11.1.1.4.

  Currently, my requirement is to created readOnly viewObject based on the SYBASE DB table.

  If during treatment of the ViewObject creat step I get error below, when the request of VO is in TEST

  Query: select LeadUniqNum, LoanNum from lead

  Error: SQL Query Error Message: JZ0SB: parameter index out of range: 2

  But if the same query I run spreadsheet SQL jdev will get DB record.

  the "id_of_publishing_client" is the ID of the peer of the editor.  a peer ID is a unique identifier of encryption that has each instance RTMFP. It's the NetConnection.nearID of an RTMFP NetConnection object. the idea is that you use a method (for example a web service database or copy - paste between two windows on your development computer) to transfer the peer ID of a Publisher (a peer with a NetStream in DIRECT_CONNECTIONS mode) to a Subscriber for use in the NetStream constructor.

  Peer ID of a Flash Player NetConnection is the hash SHA256 of the RTMFP certificate, which contains (among other things) a Diffie-Hellman public key.  the public/private key pair DH is made fresh every time that you make a new NetConnection RTMFP on number Pseudo-aleatoires source cryptographic of your computer (example: / dev/urandom on Linux/Unix/Mac computers), and these keys are used (with other data) to create the encryption keys & symmetric decryption for AES, which allows to encrypt all communications between counterparts RTMFP.  a client peer ID is impossible to forge * because you must have the private key that matches the public key to generate the same AES keys that are using your peers. without the private key, the communication will work. implementation of the discrete logarithm of a public key of 1024-bit DH to get the private key or to find a collision to SHA256 is both "quite difficult" to claim that peer IDs are impossible to forge.

  X owns all of the performance of the related data. But read X objects access.
  
  Now in APEX, a developer that dev1 is mapped to the database schema I Y through WS1.
  
  I can't map DEV1 to database drawing X for security reasons.
  
  When I am creating a report as DEV1, it's allowing me to create based on schema objects belonged there.
  
  However it is not allowing me to create a report based on objects belonged to X, although there are CERTAIN privileges of the items of x.
