• Try to use the feature in Microsoft Streets and Trips GPS, but when my Garmin connection, get an error "device not connected"

  I'm trying to use the GPS feature in Microsoft streets & trips 2011. I connect my Garmin nüvi 40 to a USB port and it says "device not connected" when I click on Configure GPS. The USB ports on my work computer and I connect the GPS and use it to download/download photos and today I updated maps of garmin.com. It was no problem. However, Microsoft streets & trips 2011 is unable to see the GPS device no matter which USB port I use.

  Anyone know anything about this?

• Streets and zoom options card travel 2010

  I've used Streets and Trips for years.  There used to be a feature that allows you to hide a rectangle around a specific area on the map and then zoom inside the hidden area to get this exact area to take full advantage of the map display (and print) (this ability was extremely helpful and is the reason why I bought Streets and Trips rather than use mapquest etc..)  I don't find this feature on the streets and trips 2010.  Often, the cursor is imprecise and zooms too much or not enough reduces the value of the cards it produces.  Is the zoom feature mask I buy the product for another somewhere?

  Streets & trips 2010 also runs, customers here to answer the questions, but I see no clear options to choose from in the best... confusing Select forum...

  No, the GPS location icon is an image file, and it cannot be modified/edited by users. (You would have to edit the file containing this resource, and it is perhaps against the EULA).

  I'm a traveling salesman.  I use the trip planner feature.  I want to enter and save the name of the company and address to create slaes itinerary in a State or a specific city.  A previous version of streets & trips were only allowed to enter and save the address, city, State or zip... I want to record the name of every company too!  Is this possible with the 2011 version of Microsoft Streets and Trips?  Thank you.

  I have streets & trips 2005 and after a re - install it asks me activation key, but there is no activation key on the box of the software on the CD or on the booklet included in the software.  Also, I called Microsoft support and they could not help because they were told that the product was no longer in service. Can you help me with this activation key?  I have used for years and still it and want to use again.  I used it on Windows 7 before it happened.

  When you use Streets and Trips, I can only delete a stop after that I have stop the GPS.  Icon stop delete is grayed out if the GPS is followed.  Is it the way it is supposed to work?

• Activation of the streets and trips 2010

  My name is Jim.  I am trying to install streets & trips 2010 on my new laptop.  It has been previously installed and worked fine on my old laptop.  When you try to activate it on the new laptop and after you enter the correct product key, I get a "invalid or invalaid product key" notice.  I called MS activation service and they confirmed that my product key is valid.  Customer service says they can't help because phone activitation for this version does not work because this version is obsolete and cannot help me.  Can someone help me get beyond this issue, if I may use the product on my new laptop computer?
