  Streets and trips 2010 is a new version, not an update. Microsoft never publishes updates of Streets & Trips. Each new version updates the maps and the program. So you can actually have more than one version of Streets and Trips on your computer at the same time.

• Lost product key for MS streets & trips agreement 2009. Is there a record (recording) at Microsoft?

  I recently upgraded from Vista to Win7 and lost files, including the streets & trips 2009 I bought in late 2008 or early 2009. When I try to reinstall S & T09, using the original disk, I wonder, enter the product key. I don't have an account of the key to Sting (stupid on my part). I have the CD, the case plastic and paper hard 'box' it came to, but not the original packaging. Can I get the key to sting of Microsoft? I don't know that I registered it with Microsoft during my first install @early 2009. -* E-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

  Yes, you're in luck because you do not have the original DVD plastic case. The product key, if I remember correctly, is on a sticker inside the DVD case or on the back of it.

  And, moreover, there is now a new streets and trips 2010. It has several feature improvements.

• Can not get the zoom slider to view the streets & trips.

  I have the Streets & Trips 2009 and have enjoyed the "zoom slider" for sizing of my cards.  (Yes, I know how to use the drag diagonally right button of the mouse, but don't like it as well.).  A couple of days when I opened streets & trips, the zoom slider disappeared.

  Microsoft Streets & Trips Help window says simply, «Click on the buttons on the Zoom slider to zoom in or zoom out.»

  Other research indicates that the zoom slider must be displayed in the toolbar 'location and scale. "  Fake!  All that the watch is a mileage scale legend.

  I clicked on the selection of the menu toolbar, but can't find the zoom slider is among the options.  I've disabled all the toolbar selections and reselected them one by one, just in case the zoom slider has been covered by another.

  I reinstalled the program in repair mode, but that did not solve it.

  How can I display the zoom slider?

• Installation of Streets & Trips get message requires the installation of Microsoft speech synthesis devices. Failed to install these features.

  When I try to install Windows Street & Trips 2009 on laptop, I get the message that requires installation of Microsoft speech synthesis devices. When I select OK, I get a message that one of the required components failed to install. The installation program will now stop. How can I install S & T?

  I buy a liscensed and legitimate copy (disk) of Microsofts streets and trips 2009 staples and have installed more than once on the same computer due to re-formatting and now the disc is damaged and I need to re - install again.   Is it possible to change the thickness of the GPS circle and you can change its color?

  No, the GPS location icon is an image file, and it cannot be modified/edited by users. (You would have to edit the file containing this resource, and it is perhaps against the EULA).

  I installed the version trial of Microsoft Streets & trips 2013 and wonder why the cards are not updated?

  I live in Edmonton, the Canada and noted that the "ring road" learned by Hyway # 216, or called "Anthony Henday" does not appear in the North section?

  Now the "ring road" has been there on the West side of the North of the city of Edmonton for more then 2 years, it appears in the land of google maps/google earth and mapquest. "."

  Now I was really curios on when the 2013 version of Microsoft Streets and Trips would be updated to show this, and more is there so no other road in Canada as in the United States that is not on this last version?
