  You can have Creative Cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. To install Creative cloud on a computer extra, just download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account at Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the Cloud creative application, then download the applications you want to use.

  You can activate the subscription on 2 machine but use it only on 1 computer at a time.

  The Adobe ID here in the forums have no CC registered to it, you can activate the CC to your Adobe ID twice. in case you have activated it twice, you have to disable among the previous machine or the third machine will give you the ability to disable from all the previous machine.
