  Little weird problem here - I checked my project for the accessibility/508 compliance and noticed that on some of my buttons tab order was somewhat paradoxical. Everything worked and was working properly, but the order was switched off.   I had to created slides that had buttons incorporated into groups that only appeared when some variables have been triggered or a shared action them changed to 'show' and that caused the "glitch" I saw above.

  So, here's the deal: when you create groups that divide, the buttons, the ordering tool tab in the drop-down slide fails - he can see that the first series of Group of buttons, the rest are not displayed.   Scope of the Bean doesn't matter, can you try to remove the validator tag and see if the listener is called on the value display in inputText.
  You have inputText inside the form tag? If this isn't the case, surround your inputText with af:form, and then check.

  From what I see, I guess that it is something that is specific to this particular document. Have you tried to add form fields to a whole new document? You can do by ensuring that no other document is open in Acrobat, then Cmd-Shift-T to create a new document with a blank page in it. Now select Tools > prepared form - because this is a new document that was never recorded, Acrobat invites you to save it. Once registered, try to add a form field. It work? The form field is the way that you expect it to behave?

  If this isn't the case, then it is very likely that there is something wrong with the installation of Acrobat. The first thing I would try is to select help > check updates, make sure that you are running the latest version of Acrobat DC. If this does not help, I uninstall Acrobat and install again a new download. You can download Acrobat here: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

  If the problem is specific to your document, we will know why this is. It is possible that the document is corrupt. There are several ways you can try to recover from some alterations: the first thing I would try is to do a "save under" to save a new file name. Does it work or you get an error message? If you can save as a new file, the new file shows the same problems? If so, then try to extract just one page in a new document.   I have a form button with no fill style, no color, no text for all States.

  I have inserted my button in the form (I put size and rounded corners in the same way that the button on the form ).

  The only problem is, that the State of your button does not work / because it's under another layer.

  But that I realize, that I can set for original form button rollover State / with an opacity of 10%, it will be possible to see my button below, just the color changes and it now works together :)

  You can create a form from scratch on Acrobat Pro DC or can download the PDF file and then use 'Prepare the form' to create fields to fill out.

  You can also add text when the form is created using Edit PDF under the tool menu.

  Modify your report and click the report attributes. On the right under 'Tasks' is "Add the link in the column" - click that. This creates a new column. Scroll down to the links section of this new column and add in the following:

  Link text: Add article
  Target: Page in the present application
  Page: (enter the number of the form page)
  Clear the Cache: (enter the number of the form page)
  Point 1 (name): (enter or select the name of the element of the form for the primary key page - for example, P2_ORDER_ID)
  Point 1 (value): (enter or select #ORDER_ID #-which should be the ORDER_ID column on the table for the report)

  Click on apply changes to save and run the report

  This creates a normal hyperlink in the column - each line will have a different value of ORDER_ID, so every link will be slightly different. If you want to make the link look like a button, you can do it with style if necessary

  I expect a few problems with my php script but it seems to me that the button send is not do anything like that, so it is same gettting as much as the script. Is this fair? What I am doing wrong?
